Beatrice walked to their room alone with an unstable mind, still trying to process all the information she had learned from the conversation between Nate and Quiver. She feels a bit of confusion right now as she’s processing all the information in her brain.
She was baffled. First, Nate said to Quiver that he was not the one who killed her sister, and Second, Quiver said to Nate that Margarett was supposed to be his Luna. And last, Quiver said that he already knows who killed her sister.
“Who was he referring to?” Beatrice asked herself and stopped walking when she was in front of their room door.
Nate was not with her when she’s arrived home, Nate said that he would accompany Quiver to the person he referring to, she insisted on going with them, but Nate told her not to because he didn’t want her to get involved with their problem.
She wanted to secretly follow him, but Nate gave the order to his Beta to keep an eye on her and ensure she would sleep when she arrived home.
Beatrice was madly confused now.
She took a deep breath before she opened the door to their room, as Beatrice opened it, she looked inside without moving from her location.
“Ms. Margarett.” She looked at the speaker. Rayver is standing behind him.
“Please rest now as my master in forming me to ensure you sleep before I go to them,” Rayver said, which gave Beatrice hope.
“He will go to them,” Beatrice said to herself and started to create a plan in her mind.
“I will,” Beatrice said and observed Rayver.
“Oh, anyways, please ensure Nate’s brat sister will not annoy me tonight.” She said, as she also contacted her Beta using her mind link.
“Sure, Ms. Margarett.”
“And one more thing, please ensure Nate will be fine.” She added, which made Rayver stop, He looked at her and nodded slowly.
“Noted.” He said, Beatrice smiled at him and turned her back to Rayver.
“Ms. Beatrice… what’s with the sudden call?” Her Beta, Mark, asked.
“Pick me up here on the mansion, now.” She instructed as she went inside their room.
“Is there something that happened?” Beatrice looked at Rayver again, who was still at his location and looking at her. She closed the door of their room and went to her bed immediately.
“Don’t ask any more questions and just follow my instruction, we must follow Nate’s alpha this night,” Beatrice said, which made her Beta immediately follow.
A minute later, after Beatrice went to their room, Rayver looked at his watch and couldn’t wait for Margarett to sleep, so he went outside and got into his car. He will go to Nate and make sure that Nate is safe.
On the other hand, Mark was waiting for Beatrice outside someone’s house a distance away from Nate’s mansion, he saw a car getting out of Nate’s mansion, so he connected to Beatrice’s mind.
“A car drove away from the mansion.” He said he didn’t hear any words from her. Instead, a little bit of noise was heard, and after a minute, Beatrice stood outside his car, opened the door in shut the gun seat, and got in.
“Follow that car.” She said so his Beta followed her order immediately.
They followed Rayver’s car.
“Where is he going?” Mark asked as he followed the car.
“To Nate,” Beatrice answered. “Nate was with the alpha of the Vougch clan, and they will go to the person who killed my sister.” She said.
On the other hand, Nate and Quiver stopped in front of one building, Nate looked at Quiver and saw that Quiver’s face was severe, and he knew what it meant.
When Quiver becomes serious, that means he is really mad.
“There’s a lot of his man in this place,” Nate said. Quiver just smirked.
“I know,” Quiver said and looked at Nate. “That’s why I call some of my men too,” Quiver said, returning his gaze to the building.
“If I confirm that he’s the one who killed my Luna, I will make sure that I will also kill him,” Quiver said. Nate just watched him and looked back to the building. Quiver suddenly started to walk towards the building entrance, and Nate followed him. As they enter the building, an armored man is the one they see, and Quiver immediately slashes its head.
“There’s an intruder!” A man from the stair shouted, which made Nate and Quiver alerted. Seconds after the man called, a group of armored men showed up and tried to kill the two Alpha, but they were so strong that the armored man couldn’t even have a chance to touch them and hurt them.
Soon as Nate and Quiver defeated tons of armored men, the group’s Beta suddenly showed to them.
“Where is your alpha?” Quiver asked as he looked at the Beta holding a samurai.
“Why are you making a fuss in our territory?” The Beta asked.
“We are looking for your Alpha,” Nate said.
“You know this is our territory, yet you invaded and killed some of our people.” The Beta said.
“I will repeat my question,” Quiver said and loaded his gun. “Where is your alpha?” He asked and pointed the gun to the Beta. The Beta looked at the gun and didn’t answer him.
“Are you going to tell me where is your fucking Alpha or I’m gonna shoot your fucking head?!” Quiver asked angrily. The Beta remained calm and didn’t answer his question.
“Just tell us where your Alpha is,” Nate said calmly to the Beta.
“What’s with the noise here?” A voice came from upstairs, so Nate and Quiver looked at the stairs where the voice came from them. They saw Darwin standing with his arms crossed.
“Nate, my friend. What are you doing in my territory?” Darwin asked and smiled when he saw Quiver.
“Quiver, you’re here too? what a nice reunion happening this time,” Darwin said while smiling at the two playfully.
