The Next day, Beatrice ran off the car and excitedly hugged Eille when she went in front of her.
They’re in a coffeehouse today as Beatrice changed her mind. Eille is supposed to go to Beatrice’s place, where Mark instructed her, but Beatrice changes her mind when she remembers that Nate doesn’t want her to have a visitor in his mansion. Additionally to that, Clerophine, the spoiled brat, is there.
“Eille! I missed you so much.” Beatrice said as she hugged Eille, her smile wide. She really missed her friend.
Eille pinched her cheek, “You are still beautiful. I am jealous now.” She said, which made Beatrice laugh.
“Don’t you dare say that? Looked at you.” She said and examined her friend from head to toe. “You’re a goddess.” She commented, which made Eille blush.
“You really know how to make me blush,” Eille said and rolled her eyes at her friend while her smile didn’t fade.
“Anyways, let’s go inside. I would love to have a gossip with you.” Eille added, Beatrice held her arms as they entered the coffeehouse.
“What’s your order?” Eille asked as she looked at the menu.
“As usual. “Beatrice said, so Eille looked at her and laughed.
“You really like Banana shake with frappe on top,” Eille said and started to order.
Beatrice looked for their table and waited for Eille there.
When Eille was done ordering their drinks, she went in front of Beatrice with a smile.
“So, how are you? Our last conversation was last year, and after that, I haven’t heard from you.” Beatrice said.
Eille laughs a little and leans on the table.
“Well, I’m fine, doing good, and starting to manage my clan.” She answered.
Eille is from Custov Clan from the east. They met at a university and built their friendship there until Eille decided to leave their town and go to Vacrat City.
Beatrice doesn’t know why she suddenly left and went to Vacrat City. The last word Eille says to her before she leaves her is, “I will just unwind myself and find myself.” Which Beatrice made confused.

“So, how’s your soul searching?” Beatrice asked, making Eille laugh as she remembered her last word.
“Well, I successfully found myself and realized something as I went far away to this town.” She said. Beatrice laughed.
“Well, that’s good for you, so what is your realization about? Did you realize that you can’t leave without me?” Beatrice asked. Eille just laughed at her joke and shook her head.
Beatrice rolled her eyes as Eille shook her head. “How dare you breathe and say No,” she said.
“Haha, well, I realized I shouldn’t leave the town without you.” Eille teased her, which made Beatrice laugh.
“I knew it. You really can’t breathe and live without me.” Beatrice added.
The way they talked now, they just missed each other.
Beatrice becomes goofy when she’s near Eille, which is why she loves her.

“So, I heard what happened to Margarett.” They suddenly became severe as Eille mentioned the name Margarett.
Beatrice’s heart beats fast as she remembers her sister; she suddenly misses her and wishes she was there with them.
“Yeah.” Beatrice suddenly became emotional, and Eille held her hands.
“It was hard for you since you guys are so close,” Eille said, smiling a little at her friend.
“I am so sorry for your lost.”
“You don’t need to be sorry. It’s not your fault.” Beatrice said and looked into her friend’s eyes.
“Margarett is surely in a peaceful place now, watching and guiding you,” Eille said; Beatrice averted her gaze and laughed a little.
“Well, I guess she will become mad at me because of what I am doing.” She said. Eille suddenly frowned.
“What are you doing?” She asked. Beatrice removed Eille’s hand from her and smiled a little.
“I am already married,” Beatrice said, simultaneously making Eille smile and shock.
“Really? When? Congratulations, tell Darwin my congrats to him.” Eille asked. She was so happy for her friend, especially when her dream became a bride had come true. The thing is, Eille doesn’t know that Darwin is not Beatrice’s mate. It’s not her fault since Eille knew Beatrice and Darwin were together.
“Not him,” Beatrice said, so Eille’s smile faded.
“Then who? And why? Are you guys already separated?” She asked. Beatrice shook her head as she answered.
“I married the one who killed my twin sister,” Beatrice said, so Eille’s eyes were suddenly wide.
“What?! For real? How about Darwin? Is he know about this? And also, you said, ‘the one who killed my sister’ Does it mean you married a killer?” Eille asked.
“To make the long story short, I married the man who killed Margarett to take revenge,” Beatrice said. Their order suddenly arrived, and the waiter put their drinks in front of them and left.
Eille looked at Beatrice again.
“Really? How did Margarett die? Is it a massacre?” Beatrice shook her head, laughed slightly, and drank her Banana shake.
“She was stabbed during the clan war,” Beatrice said, which made Eille serious.
“Clan war?”
“White clan and Vougch clan,” Beatrice answered, which made Eille uncomfortable.
“Darwin knows about my plan and the wedding. In fact, he secretly attends the ceremony but leaves early,” Beatrice told Eille. “He also said that he will help me with my plan, and after that, we will settle together.” The smile on her lips curved as she told the story of her friend.
“I can’t wait to make that happen.” She added and looked at her friend. Her brows suddenly frowned as she saw that Eille had become silent.
“Are you okay?” Eille looked at Beatrice and nodded at the answer. She forced her smile and sipped the drink she had ordered.
“Yeah, I was just shocked at what happened in Margarett,” Eille said. Beatrice looked at her drink again and sipped it.
“Wanna meet the guy who killed Margarett?” Beatrice asked, so Eille looked at her thoughtfully.
