Ariella’s Back

Book:The Wingless Fairy (The Alpha's Luna) Published:2024-6-3

***Few Days Ago****
Ariella slowly opened her eyes in a very familiar room, it’s been two months of being trained intensely.
There was no one in the room as Jason had stepped out a few minutes ago to have lunch.
Ariella stayed still on the bed, her body felt so weak, Just at the same moment, Jason barged into the room angrily.
“That fool dares!” He cursed someone loudly without knowing Ariella was watching him from behind.
“Which fool?” Ariella asked, her voice cranky.
Jason froze for a couple of seconds when he heard her voice. Was he hallucinating? Slowly he turned around and saw her lying still on the bed with her eyes opened.
“Babe, you are awake!” Jason dashed off to her side and she nodded with a faint smile on her face while sitting up. Jason hugged her, so tight, like his life depended on it.
“I thought you died, I was so scared,” Ariella sobbed when memories of what happened before she went unconscious came flooding.
“Yes, back then I died, but thank you for bringing me back to life with your powers. I’ll be forever indebted to you, Ariella,” Jason spoke and kissed her forehead.
“Damn, you must be so hungry by now, what was I thinking trying to catch up without letting you eat first?” Jason uttered and mind-linked to the chef, asking her to make lunch.
The chef, on the other hand, was surprised at why the Alpha wanted to eat lunch after finishing lunch a few minutes ago. It sounded weird to her, and she wanted to ask, but it was the Alpha’s order, and she had no right to question him.
“We can still keep catching up before the food gets ready,” Ariella said, and Jason began to fill her with details of what had happened while she was unconscious.
****An hour Later****
Isabella and Daisy stepped into the dining room somewhat surprised. Maids came to their room telling them another lunch was served as requested by the Alpha.
Was Jason not satisfied with the food he had eaten an hour ago? If that was the case, he could have just asked the chef to prepare an additional meal for him alone and not for them all.
Was Jason okay? Because this was unlike him. However, with many thoughts running through their minds, they decided to wait in the dining.
In no time, Jason came down, looking refreshed and calm. He had initially left the dining angrily when he learned that Matias was trying so hard to be coronated next as king.
This time Jason was all smiles, it was as though he had found the solution to all the problems of his life.
“What’s going on, Jason?” Isabella, who was already impatient, asked.
“Yes, why are you so happy? Did you find a way to take out your rival? Did you hear a good news?” Daisy asked.
“Come on, guys, Can’t I just be happy? I just wanted us to have a family time one more time this afternoon” Jason said, chuckling lightly.
“Eat your food, don’t worry you won’t overfeed, I asked for a light meal to be prepared intentionally,” Jason added, and they all dug into their food.
After eating, Isabella and Daisy stood up to leave when Jason politely asked them to stay seated that he had a surprise for them.
“Especially for you, Daisy” Jason added.
“I need you both to close your eyes while I go bring my gift,” Jason requested, and they both looked at him with questioning eyes.
“Please just do it, that’s the only thing I’m asking for,” Jason pleaded, and they both decided to do as he asked.
“Don’t open your eyes, okay?” Jason spoke and ran up to bring Ariella down. Jason gently held Ariella as they descended from the stairs heading to the dining.
Isabella and Daisy, whose eyes were closed, had already gotten tired of closing their eyes and waiting for Jason when they heard him speak,
“So guys, you can now open your eyes!”
Slowly, Isabella and Daisy opened their eyes, and Daisy’s world stopped when she saw Ariella standing right in front of her.
“Ariella? Is this really you?” Daisy rushed over to her side And hugged her while sobbing. Isabella got so emotional and joined in the hug too. It was such a heartwarming moment for them.
“Oh, Thanks be to the creator of the universe,” Daisy kept uttering.
They all stayed awake all night discussing happily like one big family catching up together.
***Present day (Coronation Day)***
“No! That’s not possible, you were confirmed dead, you can’t be alive!” Susan screamed, she wanted to make sure, she wasn’t hallucinating or seeing things, Jason dead right in front of her, he was poisoned with Sliver! No wolf could ever survive silver.
“Confirmed dead? By whom?” Jason asked sarcastically.
Seeing he was truly alive and not a ghost, the people, and the elders, stood up and bowed to Jason.
“Hey! This is my coronation. Mine! Not his! So why are you all bowing to him and not me?” Matias roared.
“We are deeply sorry, Alpha of the north region, but the rightful heir to the throne still lives, and we cannot coronated Someone else since he’s still alive.” An elder explained things to Matias, while he scoffed in annoyance.
“I want to be coronated today. Is it possible?” Jason asked the elders. He knew it would hurt Matias deeply if he (Jason) stopped Matias coronation and got coronated instead on that day.
“Yes, Alpha, it’s very much possible.”
All this while, Isabella just sat still, calmly watching everything as it unfolded. Jason told her the people who poisoned him were her former best friend and her daughter, so she was determined to unleash hell on them for messing with her family.
Susan turned, and her eyes met with that of Isabella, Isabella wasn’t smiling but looked so furious as though she would devour her at that moment.
Susan didn’t know why, but inwardly she shook out of fear, she had never seen Isabella angry ever since she knew her.
“How can he be coronated when he doesn’t even have a bride?” Matias smirked evilly, thinking he had something to bring Jason down with.
“He’s right Alpha, where’s your woman?”
Jason smiles before saying,
“Angel, you can come in.”
The door opened, and all eyes turned towards the door, and they were met with the sight of the most beautiful woman, they had ever seen in the kingdom.
Ariella entered the grand hall with an aura that captivated all who laid eyes on her. She was adorned in an exquisite and expensive gown that accentuated her natural beauty. The fabric of her gown was a shimmering silk, the color a soft yet vibrant shade of lilac that complemented her skin tone perfectly. Her skin, a flawless canvas, glowed like polished ivory against the pastel hue of her dress.
Her hair, styled into an intricate up do, cascaded in elegant waves and curls framing her face. Tiny sparkling jewels were delicately woven into her tresses, catching the light with every movement she made. The design of her gown was nothing short of spectacular. The bodice was adorned with intricate lace details that trailed delicately down the flowing skirt, creating a mesmerizing contrast against the smooth silk.
The silhouette of the gown hugged her curves in all the right places, emphasizing her graceful figure. Layers of tulle and chiffon added volume and movement to the ensemble, making Ariella look like a vision of ethereal beauty as she glided through the hall. Every detail, from the delicate embroidery to the subtle shimmer of the fabric, spoke of elegance and sophistication befitting a woman of her status.
Ariella was a vision of grace and beauty, a true embodiment of regality and charm, as she prepared to take her place beside the Alpha as his soon-to-be wife and Queen.
Matias eyes were wide – opened.
What was this beauty? An angel?
How did Jason get her?
What could he do to steal her from Jason?
Immediately after confirming Jason had a woman, the elders began his Coronation while his enemies watched powerlessly. They couldn’t stop the Coronation from happening because he had all the requirements needed.
Jacinta was the most pained. Ariella the newbie didn’t deserve all the good things.
After the Coronation, after Jason stepped down from the pulpit while Ariella stood up to congratulate him first, at that moment Jacinta attacked her.
