Jason’s and Jacinta’s wedding took place in a clearing nestled beside a lush forest, enveloping the ceremony in a vibrant tapestry of greenery.
As guests arrived, they were greeted by a gentle breeze, carrying the refreshing scent of blooming flowers from the nearby forest.
A canopy of tall trees casts dappled sunlight over the scene, creating a magical ambiance. The aisle, adorned with delicate flower petals, led towards a beautifully crafted wooden altar, where the union of two souls will be consecrated.
Floral decorations played a central role in enhancing the natural beauty of the venue. Ornate arches, intricately woven with roses, lilies, and other enchanting blooms, marked the entrance to the ceremonial area.
These arches acted as a gateway into a world of romance and union.
The guest seating areas were meticulously arranged, embracing an organic feel.
Guests were awed by how beautiful the venue was. It was magically and enchanting, beyond what they had expected.
Jason woke up feeling so reluctant to go to his wedding, he felt very annoyed. Getting married to someone he never loved was something he never dreamt of in his entire life.
His wedding venue was near a forest, of course, the venue was chosen by his mother, who was the master planner of everything.
“Talk of the devil,” Jason murmured inwardly when his mother walked into the room.
“My boy!” Isabella hailed him, smiling so brightly, while Jason just grinned at her.
“I’m so glad you are finally getting married. I wish your dad were here to witness this beautiful day, but I’m sure he’ll be happy wherever he is.”
“We are here to get the Alpha dressed,” Some men came in and announced to them.
Isabella couldn’t help but smile uncontrollably at them. She was the most thrilled. Which mother wouldn’t be thrilled to witness her only son getting married?
Finally, she was going to have Jacinta as her daughter-in-law and her friendship with Susan will become deeper than how it was already.
Jacinta, on the other hand, woke up feeling so happy. Finally, it was her wedding; she was getting married to the most handsome and powerful man ever. Jacinta wasn’t worried anymore about Jason not ever falling for her because her mother assured her, and she trusted her mother.
Jacinta’s beautiful wedding dress decorated with crystals was a stunning gown specially designed to make Jacinta look even more elegant on her special day. The dress had shiny, sparkly crystals carefully placed all over it. These crystals caught the light and created a beautiful, dazzling effect. They could be found on the top part of the dress, the sleeves, the waist, and even flowing down the skirt. The crystals came in different shapes and sizes, and they made the dress look fancy and luxurious. Overall, this dress was a real showstopper that added a touch of glamour and sophistication to Jacinta’s appearance.
Jason also looked smashing hot in his two-pieces tuxedo. He dressed in a simple yet classy and stylish way. Jason decided to dress simple because he wasn’t getting married to someone he loved, so there was absolutely no point dressing to impress her.
Jason and his convoy left his castle to the wedding venue, but then something unexpected happened immediately they were close to the venue.
Alpha Jason, with his keen sense of smell, could detect the scent of his new mate from a distance. As he approached, he caught a whiff of a delightful floral aroma that made his stomach growl in pleasure and his wolf-like instincts danced with excitement. The particular flower exuding this enchanting fragrance was known as the Rose Flower.
Everest jumped in excitement in his head, Jason anticipated. He couldn’t wait to see the person who made his heart beat so fast from afar.
Jason came out of the vehicle and began to walk hastily. He couldn’t wait to see her.
Suddenly, Jason heard gasping around him from the people who came for the wedding.
Why were they gasping?
Jason’s eyes caught the people pointing to a direction and murmuring. He was surprised. What were the people pointing at?
The fragrance of rose flower hit Jason’s nostril again, and Jason trailed where the scent was coming from. The first thing he set his eyes on was a boar, what was a boar doing here outside the forest, which was it home?
“Attack!” Jason heard Jacinta command and the warrior wolves began to charge at the direction of the boar, and it was then Jason saw her.
Jason’s world stopped when he saw his Ariella, his stomach growled in excitement, Everest was beyond excited and kept waggling it tail happily. All Jason wanted to do at that moment was to kiss her and hold her tight all to himself.
Ariella looked even more beautiful than the first time he even saw her, the only difference was that now she looked pale
What happened? Jason couldn’t help but notice how slimmer and tired Ariella looked.
What was she doing here, far from her kingdom?
How did she get here?
Jason also noticed that her wings were gone. Who attacked her?
Anger surged up from within Jason when he realized that the warrior wolves were on their way to attack his mate.
He groaned in anger, and they all stopped in their tracks. That was a warning groan, and they dared not to anger him.
Isabella, who had been sitting quiet all along, raised a brow when Jason, stepped in to rescue another woman on his wedding day, with his wife to be present.
What did he think he was doing? Why was he intervening for a total stranger? But there was something Isabella found strange; Jason’s eyes were sparkling, and it held the emotion a wolf always holds when he looks at his mate.
Jacinta couldn’t help but stare, confused. What was Jason doing? He was acting like an Alpha who just found his new mate.
Even the groan he groaned a few minutes ago held a vibe of “She’s mine.”
Well, she couldn’t possibly be Jason’s mate because she wasn’t a wolf.
But how did a human and a fairy find their way into her kingdom and not just anywhere but her wedding venue. Jacinta thought Ariella was a human because she saw no wings on her.
Jacinta felt so jealous. Jason’s attention was supposed to be on her and her alone.
Susan was surprised at how Jason was acting protective towards a total imposter. Susan wasn’t pleased at all, especially as she saw the look of jealousy on her beautiful daughter’s face.
All eyes were fixed on Jason as he walked majestically to the stranger, who looked like a human. Jason kept inhaling her beautiful rose scent, and it made his heart dance in joy.
Jason got to her and their gaze locked with each other. Jason noticed how Ariella stiffened when her eyes met his.
Ariella was everything beautiful and more. Jason began to admire her facial features.
Ariella was gorgeous. She had a face that was balanced and symmetrical. Her skin, although pale, was flawless and had a healthy glow. Her eyes were stunning, it were bright blue. She had long and thick eyelashes that made her eyes even more attractive. Her eyebrows were nicely shaped and added to the beauty of her face.
There was a rush of excitement in Jason that he couldn’t help but utter audibly,
“Mate!”
Jason noticed Ariella’s eyes slowly closing like someone who was beginning to get dizzy, and he grabbed her firmly before she finally blacked out.
Jacinta was still battling with herself, trying to convince herself that was she heard wasn’t true when Jason declared,
“I just found my mate, this wedding is cancelled.”
Jacinta clenched her chest in pain when Jason dropped the bombshell.
Jason carried Ariella in his arms and walked away.
“Who are you and Where are you taking her to?” Daisy asked, flying alongside Jason that was walking. The boar also trailed along.
“A place of safety.”
