Chasel leaned against the wall, nodding and smiling. He thought to himself that this girl looked a bit like Leo when she was seeing patients.
Leo smiled but said nothing. If she couldn’t even treat such a small illness, she wouldn’t be a top student at Traditional Medicine University.
After the elderly woman left with the medicine, a middle-aged woman approached Shiloh and said, “Doctor, I have severe swelling on my body. I’ve been to many hospitals but haven’t gotten better. I heard that Dr. Bloomer is highly skilled so I came here today.”
As she spoke, she looked hopefully at Leo as if she wanted him to help her with her illness.
“Ma’am, what do you feel?” Shiloh asked expertly.
“My arms and legs always ache; they hurt more when it’s cold outside. My chest feels tight and my bowel movements are irregular,” the middle-aged woman replied.
“Open your mouth so I can take a look,” Shiloh said as she examined her carefully before taking her pulse.
Leo watched her with anticipation; if she could cure this disease, then it would prove that her skills were indeed exceptional.
“Ma’am, according to medicine theory, you have water retention disease which requires ephedra decoction plus white atractylodes first for reducing swelling and relieving pain followed by Poria Cassia decoction for recovery after three doses,” Shiloh explained while writing down the prescription for her patient.
The middle-aged woman looked skeptical until Leo nodded his head reassuringly saying, “You can trust this prescription because even if it were me treating you myself, I would give you exactly same one.”
Finally convinced of their expertise in medicine treatment methods, the middle-aged woman thanked them both before leaving with the prescription in hand.
“This apprentice of mine is good; I’ll keep her,” Leo said smiling at Shiloh who was still standing next to him.
No wonder Willow had praised Shiloh so much – she truly had exceptional talent!

Suddenly an S-class Mercedes-Benz pulled up outside.
Two people got out of car – Curtis and Brayan who had come looking for Willow earlier.
Brayan carried a gift bag in his hand while Curtis glanced up at the sign above Nameless Clinic asking, “Is this place?”
Brayan nodded affirmatively saying, “Yes, this is it.”
The two men walked straight into the examination room without noticing Willow or Leo sitting quietly beside Chasel against wall.
Curtis and Brayan couldn’t believe their eyes. How could there be such a beautiful female doctor in a medicine clinic? Maybe she was just a nurse, not even a real doctor.
Curtis focused his gaze on Shiloh’s pretty face and asked with a smile, “Excuse me, Miss. Is Leo or Mr. Bloomer here?”
Shiloh looked at Leo instinctively but before she could say anything, Chasel walked in coldly and asked, “Who are you guys? Don’t you know you have to register before seeing the doctor?”
“What registration? We’re here to deliver gifts to Mr. Bloomer,” Curtis said as he took the gift bag from Brayan’s hand and pulled out a wooden box from it, placing it on the consultation table.
The box opened up to reveal an exquisite Maitreya Buddha statue that was about the size of an adult fist.
When Willow saw Curtis, her face changed instantly as she whispered to Leo, “It’s them!”
“What do you mean by ‘them’?” Leo was confused.
“The one with glasses is Curtis,” Willow clenched her fists tightly.
Willow never expected to run into Curtis again at this place of all places!
Leo tried calming Willow down with his eyes before clearing his throat softly. Both Curtis and Brayan turned their heads towards Willow.
“Yo, Willow, what are you doing here?”
When he saw the young man beside Willow, Curtis couldn’t help but scoff, “You’re just like your mother. Last Time I saw you, you were single. You got a man so soon.”
“Slap!”
Curtis had just said that when he was smacked to the ground.
His cheeks swelled up at the same time; subconsciously he spit out a mouthful of blood and blood water to see the emergence of a white thing.
Sensing that something was missing from his mouth, Curtis’s face changed and he quavered, “My tooth!”
“Damn it, how dare you hit Mr. Calder!” Brayan yelled and threw a punch at Leo.
Leo threw another slap backhand.
Brayan’s fist didn’t even touch Leo. Like Curtis, his cheeks got swollen.
“At the Nameless Clinic,” Leo said flatly, “If you swear, you get beaten.”
Shiloh, who was behind the table, witnessed the scene and looked into Leo’s eyes, which were full of worship.
Shiloh loved strong men!
It was just a shame that Leo and Willow must have some kind of connection, otherwise, why would he be so protective of Willow?
When Curtis’ beating made Willow feel better, she gave Leo a grateful look.
“You dare to fight in Dr. Bloomer’s clinic? You’re dead!” Curtis held his cheek with one hand and mumbled.
Leo sneered, “Is that so? If Dr. Bloomer saw you giving him fake gifts, you’d get even more slaps.”
Curtis screamed hysterically, “You don’t know anything! I bought this jade Maitreya for 500 thousand dollars at an antique store! It’s an antique!”
“500 thousand for something worth 5 hundred? Do you really think Mr. Bloomer is blind?” Leo glanced casually and knew the Maitreya on the examination table was fake.
Leo’s words made Curtis shudder uncontrollably. He never expected Leo to have such sharp eyesight to see through the value of the jade Maitreya at once.
Although it wasn’t worth only 5 hundred as Leo said but still cost three digits; Curtis had spent 998 dollars buying it.
Curtis began cursing the antique store owner in his heart – that black-hearted guy who had solemnly assured him that this jade Maitreya was an excellent imitation product; people without any knowledge couldn’t tell if it was genuine or not.
Now everyone could see through its authenticity easily – let alone Dr. Bloomer!
Of course, under everyone’s watchful gaze, Curtis wouldn’t admit that what he brought was fake but insisted stubbornly, “Don’t talk nonsense! You don’t know anything about it! This Jade Maitreya is my gift to Dr. Bloomer; how can money measure its value?”
“I don’t want your kind of gift; take it back.” Leo sneered disdainfully.
Curtis widened his eyes and shouted loudly, “Are you crazy or something?! Who wants to give this Jade Maitreya to you?! I’m giving it to Mr. Bloomer!”
“You don’t even know who Mr. Bloomer is but dare act recklessly here at Nameless Clinic – how ridiculous!” Chasel coldly chuckled before adding, “And standing right in front of you ready for another slap is none other than Mr. Bloomer!”
Chasel’s words first stunned then suddenly changed Curtis’ expression as he stared wide-eyed while exclaiming incredulously, “You…you are Mr. Bloomer?”
