“Of course, they will!” Vampires voice had a touch of excitement. “I have found a few editors here who plan to help me edit your work. Currently, first 50 Chapters have been edited. So we can put it online!”
“… Okay.” A word escaped my throat tremblingly, wanting nothing but to go back and burry in my throat all over again. I felt embarrassed by my own nervousness, but I shook my head and said, “Thank you!”
After we talked more, he hung up the call and prepared for publishing the book. After an hour, I was still nervous when I was sent a link to my novel. I stared at it for quite a while before daring to click it.
My fingers trembled as I waited for the website to load. And as soon as it did, I saw my book, a professional cover, and synopsis in front. I just had to click on the ‘read now’ button at the bottom of the page to read the novel.
It even had first 50 Chapters that has already been edited thoroughly. I read through it, and I found that the professionals really made my work better. A smile formed on my lips at that as a trace of warmth spread across my chest.
After an hour, I saw the rating of my book climbing up until it reached the top. It surprised me so much that I squealed in response while keeping my palms on my mouth.
What the heck?! Did I reach the top just like that?! I didn’t know such a thing was an easy feat!
Just then, I got a text from Vampire.”
“Since you’ve reached the top, let’s celebrate. Come to the address within half an hour!”
Below this message, he had sent an address and the hotel number. I instantly realized what this guy wanted, and I blushed. My ears turned red, and I lowered my head.
I quickly got ready, downing the best and sexiest clothes I had in my cupboard. It was a black lacy dress that revealed my legs and pushed up my chest so that cleavage could appear in full view. After applying make-up on my face, I smiled and covered my body with an overlarge coat.
It took me fifteen minutes to reach the place.
