It’s been a few months, my parents and Ryan’s parents are actually getting along quite well, after the trail they even moved them into the castle so they could be closer to Ryan and I. Talking about Ryan and I, we’re now fully mated and we couldn’t be happier, in the beginning, our relationship was a bit rocky, but it’s turned out to be the greatest.
Today was the day I’m officially crowned as a princess again, it’s a bit late but we have had a rough year, I was wearing a knee-high green dress with silver high heels, I was looking at myself in the mirror when Gabbie walks in also wearing a dress.
“Wow don’t you look amazing” she smiles hugging me, her and Justin are doing well as mates it’s so sweet, she was always scared that she’d never find her mate it’s incredible that she’s actually mated to my cousin, now we’re actually family well we were before anyway.
“Thanks, my mum picked it out for me it’s actually the one she wore for her coronation as queen” I smile, looking at myself I really loved it.
“Well come on, you can’t be late to your own coronation” she smiles linking her arm with mine walking me out the door, a towards the stairs where Ryan and Justin were talking, both smartly dressed.
They both look up smiling as we walk over, Gabbie went to Justin as I went to Ryan.
“You look incredible” he smiles at me looking down and my dress.
“Oh I know” I laugh, as Gabbie and Justin start making their way downstairs, Ryan’s holds out his arm for me, I smile linking my arm with his as we also make our way downstairs, where my parents and his parents were waiting.
“You look amazing sweetheart,” Ryan’s mum says to me smiling.
“See, I said she’d look great in green,” my mum says to her, they both look back at me smiling, I laugh a little.
“Come on it’s about to start,” my dad says walking over everyone goes ahead, but I stop him.
“I’ve been thinking, you know you have to announce me like the princess with my name, but I’ve decided I want to be called, Savannah Yasmin Bennett,” I say which makes tears form in his eyes “I have to keep the name you and mum gave me alive, I think the little girl would be happy with how her life’s turned out” I smile, he wraps me in a hug smiling, I follow him to the balcony where everyone was standing on.
“Wait here until I give you the signal, okay,” he says placing his hand on my shoulder before walking out , thousands of cheers and claps start when he does.
“I just want to thank you all for coming to witness our daughter finally take her place as Princess, this has been 15 years in the making, now I would like to introduce our daughter, Princess Savannah Yasmin Bennett,” he says, I walk out into the balcony to see thousands upon thousands of people cheering and clapping at me.
My father walks over holding a crown, I knell a little as he places the crown on my head even more cheers coming from the crowd, he also moved Ryan to stand next to me where he places a crown upon his head too, I didn’t know that was happening.
He holds my hand smiling down at me as I look back to see both sets of parents, both mums were crying and the dads just had smiles on their faces clapping, I turn back to Ryan whose eyes didn’t leave me, I move in placing a kiss onto his lips.
After all the hardships, being mated to my brother turned out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
