California, the bustling commercial hub, in the shadows of the glittering skyscrapers where businessmen closed deals and politicians plotted schemes, seemed to beckon Frederick to stray. From its bustling parties and opportunities to meet new people, the city offered no shortage of temptation.
On a beautiful night, while on a business trip in the city’s ritziest area, Frederick stepped into the nightclub, the thumping beat echoing through the room.
His eyes locked with those of a statuesque woman, in a sparkling white dress that hugged her body like a glove, across the room. He couldn’t help but linger on Anthonia as she moved through the club.
There was a certain confidence in her stride that drew him in and he felt his heart racing. The woman was everything his wife wasn’t. She was a vision of beauty with her long flowing blonde hair, wielding a sensual body and long legs that stretched for miles. She had a slim figure- tall and lithe, highlighted by her curves that begged to be explored. Her white glowing skin and her blue almond shaped eyes a concoction of beauty and mystery. Her eyes seemed to smolder with an inner fire. Her lips were full.
She had a smile that lit up her whole face. She smiled at him and he felt his heart skip a beat and left him breathless. She was fluidly flirty that Frederick found intoxicating. She was quite passionate and wild beyond reason.
His heart raced with nervous energy as he approached Anthonia. She was nothing like he had ever seen before, and he had never felt this way around anyone else. His eyes wandered, taking in the curves of her body, the way her rich beautiful skin shone in the light, and the look deep in her blue eyes that felt like she could read his soul-understanding him like no one had before.
He cleared his throat,
“Would you care to dance?”
Anthonia smiled warmly, her beautiful eyes twinkling in the light. She extended her hand and they moved onto the dancefloor.
They started dancing and as they swayed to the pulsing rhythm of the music, Frederick could feel a stirring inside that he hadn’t felt in years.
“Princess,” he whispered.
She looked up at him and smiled.
With a sudden burst of courage, he looked into Anthonia’s eyes and asked,
“Can I kiss you?”
He held his breath, waiting for her response. Without hesitation or judgement, she moved closer, and he slowly leaned in, and she met him halfway. Their lips touched and
pressed together, his hands snaked around her waist and pulled her closer. The kiss was tender, but there was a fire burning in it that made both of them gasp for breath.
The kiss was a doorway to a new world of freedom and joy for Frederick. He felt a warmth inside that had been missing for years, and he wanted to stay in that moment forever.
“You are amazing,” he said softly against her lips.
He couldn’t believe how easily the conversation flowed between them. It was like they had known each other their entire lives.
“So what’s the craziest thing that’s ever happened to you?” He asked.
“Well, I once accidentally set my kitchen on fire when I was trying to make dinner,” she said with a laugh.
“Oh wow, you don’t mean that! That’s intense,” Frederick said joining in the laughter.
They laughed and talked for hours, revealing the stories of their lives. He found himself telling her about the glamour of his work and possessions, and also about the struggles of his marriage.
“I feel so trapped sometimes,” Frederick murmured.
“It doesn’t have to be like that, you know,” she replied with a faraway look in her eye.
Their conversation was ebbed and flowed. With each new secret they shared, he felt the heavy chains of his marriage loosen just a bit more. Until their conversation lulled and the sky began to lighten. As the dawn crept through the windows, they exchanged numbers.
“I’m glad we got to meet, Anthonia,” he said as he left.
“You feel like something special.”
Soon, his desire for Anthonia moved from pure affection entanglement and bled into an illicit physical affair. He knew it was wrong, but every second he spent with her felt like a breath of fresh air, a reprieve from the expectations of his marriage that had been weighing on him for years. He felt liberated, living out his wildest fantasies in her arms, and reveling in the joy of feeling truly seen and accepted.
As the weeks went by, the intensity of their love affair deepened. The two started seeing each other regularly, and Frederick found himself unable to contain the joy that bubbled up inside him when he was with Anthonia. Her smile unraveled the knots of stress and tension that had been tightly wound deep inside of him, and he felt a freedom that he had been desperate for in his life for far too long.
They planned romantic trips and often went on luxurious getaways on private yachts, where they could leave the shackles of society behind and just be in each other’s arms. They spent days lounging on deck, taking in the sea breeze, swimming in the dazzling blue water, and making love under the stars.
The first day they went shopping, and
as soon as they walked into the new Coast Mall, Anthonia was petrified. It was not her kind of place, she had never been in such a mall that was so upscale, even when she had lived in Europe. They were surrounded by glass windows with stores stacked to the ceiling with luxury goods . The air was thick with the scent of fine perfume and cologne, so intense it almost made her feel dizzy.
They entered the mall through a side entrance, her heels clicking as she walked around the tiled floor. She flashed him a sexy confident smile, one that seems to say, “you really know how to treat a lady to good things.”
Her eyes immediately spotted a luxurious purse. The soft, warm leather of the brand new Bottega purse felt like butter in Anthonia’s hands. She couldn’t stop touching softness of the fine leather. She ran her fingers over the smooth surface and gently touched the gold zipper that ran the length of the purse.
“Oh babe! This one is a keeper. I’m definitely having this” She cooed.
Frederick looked at her with a bright smile feeling a swell of pride that he could make his woman happy and buy her something she loved. He knew this gesture would make her happy and that made him even happier. He walked to the counter, swiped his card and presented Anthonia with the purse as if it was a precious piece of stone or jewelry meant for only her hands.
She grinned from ear to ear, and hugged him tightly in appreciation of this luxurious treat he had just so graciously given to her.
He watched smugly as Anthonia carried the shopping bags around, showing off her new purchases in the mall like she owned it all. Every now then he would draw closer to give her an affectionate kiss on the cheeks while whispering sweet words of admiration in her ear; how beautiful she looked, how lucky he was to have found such an adventurous companion who matched him step for step, how he wanted her badly and can’t wait to have her in the bedroom later in the night. They laughed at inside jokes only them understand.
They went their merry way visiting other stores, fancy restaurants to eat and eventually ended up making out in a white, large and luxurious private yacht in the night on the waters.
