When Perla Prats walked in the door, she saw Jonathan Tasis slumped on the couch, drunk as a skunk.
She pounced on Jonathan Tasis, grabbed him by the throat and cursed, “Jonathan Tasis, look at you! Do you have to keep cutting yourself for a woman, when Analena Lozada has been gone half a year and you still can’t get over it?”
Jonathan Tasis slapped her away, but Perla Prats didn’t stop, charging Jonathan Tasis and saying in a forceful tone, “I’ll take you home!”
Jonathan Tasis reached out and pushed her away, “I’m not drunk, I don’t need a ride.”
“How are you going to drive home like that, do you want to get into a car accident and have people worry when you’re that drunk?”
Jonathan Tasis is silent, his step faltering as he leaves the booth, he’s not drunk, he’s sober.
He clearly recognizes that the woman who has come to the bar to see him right now is Perla Prats, that she has not returned home at this hour and that he has not had a single missed call on his cell phone.
Eleanora Lozada is not interested at all.
Perla Prats has been nagging him for half a year, and he wants to try to get over the woman who doesn’t love him at all and try a new relationship with Perla Prats that can blossom, but he finds that he can’t harbor anyone else in his heart.
His heart was full of Analena Lozada, but vaguely, it didn’t seem to be full of Analena Lozada.
It’s complicated, he can’t tell the difference.
Jonathan Tasis opened the door and got into the car, Perla Prats sat in the driver’s seat and started the car.
Jonathan Tasis sat in the back seat and did not stop.
As Perla Prats drove, she saw in the rearview mirror that the man raised a hand wearily and pinched his forehead.
She frowned and couldn’t help but scoff, “Why didn’t I see you before as a lover?”.
Since Miss Analena’s departure, Jonathan has spent his days in the world of sex and drinking, and got drunk every day, apparently out of a love affair.
As Jonathan Tasis said nothing, Perla Prats muttered, “What’s so good about Miss Analena, she’s so attractive, I don’t see how she’s attractive, and frankly, to be fair, I’m no worse than her, what’s attractive about her?”
Jonathan Tasis, in the back seat, hummed quietly, half-serious and generally self-critical, “If I had known, maybe I could have loved someone else.”
Perla Prats nodded approvingly, “And so it is. Like you, for example, so bad before and you set up my brother-in-law and Estrella, and now I’m after you, it’s a sinful business.”
“Perla Prats,” Jonathan Tasis called after her, suddenly serious.
“What for?”
“Don’t ever follow me again and don’t ever waste your time with me again, you’re a good girl.”
Perla Prats was undeniable, brushing her lips, “What’s wrong with being a good girl, a good girl can’t like a bad boy?”
Sitting in the back seat, Jonathan Tasis, eyes fixed on the rearview mirror in front of him, met Perla Prats’ eyes and told her, word for word, “A good girl shouldn’t chase a man like me who has someone in his heart. It hurts you.”
“It’s none of your business whether I get hurt or not, that’s my business. Anyway, now that Analena Lozada hasn’t come back yet, that means I still have a chance, and there’s no man I want to chase that I can’t chase right now, other than you. Jonathan Tasis, the more you reject me, the more I can’t let you go.”
The man in the back seat, let out a long sigh, not sure if from exhaustion or helplessness, “What if I told you that Analena Lozada is back?”
No sooner had he uttered these words than the black Bentley had driven past two rows of French trees and had reached the entrance to the villa.
Perla Prats’ hand on the steering wheel, slightly dazed, slammed on the brakes, “What did you say?”
“Analena Lozada is back.”
“¿Y?”
Jonathan Tasis pursed his thin lips and said with a sullen look, “So don’t waste any more time on me.”
Perla Prats laughed and said, “You’re married? You’re a couple now? As long as you’re not married, I have a chance, don’t I? Everyone has the right to look for love, why do I have to quit when Analena Lozada comes back? Jonathan Tasis, I’m telling you I’m not quitting unless you and Analena Lozada get married.”
Jonathan Tasis sat in the back seat, half-lit, half-dark, his eyes deepened for a moment, “If you want it so bad, why don’t you play along?”
“So, by agreeing to let me send you back, you’ve actually been planning to use me for a long time?”
“I told you to stop following me, you’re the one who didn’t listen.”
Perla Prats: …
So she deserved to be used.
Perla Prats entered the villa with Jonathan Tasis on her arm and the first thing she saw was Eleanora Lozada sitting on the sofa in the upstairs living room.
Eleanora Lozada, slightly stunned by the sight, turned silently and went upstairs immediately.
Jonathan Tasis, however, suddenly straightened up and stared at the woman’s back before suddenly speaking up and calling out to her, “What are you doing downstairs?”
Exaltation, on the one hand, thinking Monsieur was blaming her for letting Miss Analena out in private, became angry and quickly said, “Monsieur, Miss Analena said she was a little bored of being up there all the time, so I let her out to get her moving…. …”
Eleanora Lozada, fearing Jonathan Tasis’ wrath on Exaltacion, turned and said, “I begged Exaltacion to let me out.”
Jonathan Tasis looked at her with deep, staring eyes, “What are you doing down here?”.
She was sitting on the couch in the living room, still by the floor-to-ceiling window, where she could see the movement in the courtyard more quickly, waiting for him….
The tip of her heart fluttered slightly at the thought.
Eleanora Lozada’s gaze swept discreetly to Jonathan Tasis’ side, Perla Prats, who was also looking at her through the emptiness of the air, and reached up to take Jonathan Tasis’ arm, to which Jonathan Tasis was only slightly puzzled and did not refuse.
Eleanora Lozada’s eyes slightly averted, hiding all the emotions beneath them.
“I’m going downstairs to get some air, it has nothing to do with Exaltacion, I’ll be up in a moment.”
Jonathan Tasis did not stop her again, and the moment Eleanora Lozada hurried up the stairs, after entering the bedroom, and turned to close the door, she saw the faces of Jonathan Tasis and Perla Prats, close together, in the living room below.
Eleanora Lozada hurriedly closed the door, without disturbing the men and women downstairs again.

Eleanora Lozada went upstairs and Jonathan Tasis pulled Perla Prats’ arm out, “It’s late, you can take my car home.”
Perla Prats growled softly, “Stop in the middle of the play? What, are you getting distressed so fast?”.
“Perla Prats, come back.”
Perla Prats suddenly pulls a lipstick, a positive red, out of her purse and, after carefully tracing it over her full lips, suddenly approaches Jonathan Tasis, pulls the man by the collar of his white shirt and plants a soft kiss on him.
Jonathan Tasis frowns and looks down to see a bright lipstick mark prominent on the collar of his white shirt.
“I’m leaving.”
Perla Prats closes her lipstick, picks up her purse and turns to leave the villa.
Jonathan Tasis looks at the lipstick mark for a long moment and lets out a low, mocking laugh.
He came to approve of Perla Prats’ attempt to irritate Eleanora Lozada with such a poorly thought-out tactic.

Upstairs, Eleanora Lozada emerged from the bathroom after her shower and saw Jonathan Tasis already sitting on the edge of the bed.
Eleanora Lozada grabbed the dry towel she used to wipe her hair, with some surprise in her eyes, why wasn’t he there with Perla Prats?
Jonathan Tasis’ dark eyes stared at her, “What, you don’t want to see me that badly?”.
Eleanora Lozada’s eyes landed on the red carmine on the collar of the man’s white shirt, and her hand, which held the towel, tightened a little more, and a slight tingle went out of her heart.
“You should go keep Miss Pearl company. “
