Third Person’s POV:
“Calm down, Nate! Nothing will happen to her. She is your best friend. You can track her, right? We still have the option of a locator spell!” Arthur said to support her and reminded her of a way of getting her back.
Being over thousands of years old, Arthur was very calm and composed in every situation. Giselle was right. A stubborn and impulsive girl like Natalie always needs a calm and old school guy like Arthur.
“Yes, let’s go. I will track her!” Natalie said in a hopeful tone.
“Okay, let’s go to my pack house and we can talk about the rest there”, Kevin offered in a casual tone.
“Please you guys leave first. I will pay for this table and come. I have supernatural speed, anyways”, Arthur said politely while pointing towards the broken table.
“Sorry, I didn’t introduce myself earlier. I am Alpha Kevin of Dark Sapphire pack”. Kevin extended his hand for a handshake
“I am Prince Arthur Spencer. Pleasure to meet you”, Arthur replied with a smile and shook his hand.
“A gifted vampire prince? Nice to meet you too”, Kevin replied plainly. He was in no condition to smile.
“I invite you to my pack house. I am sorry about my behavior earlier. I was just worried that Giselle would get in trouble” Kevin apologized for scolding Giselle earlier in front of him, knowing he is a vampire who must have heard everything.
“No worries. We must focus on Giselle’s safety at the moment”, Arthur replied in an understanding tone.
Arthur held Natalie’s arm and squeezed it in hope she would understand his message, but he was left disappointed.
“What is it?” Nate asked confusedly.
“Tell him!” Arthur whispered in her ear.
“It’s not the right time”, Nate shook his head in reply.
“Tell me what?” Kevin asked in a curious tone.
“As you already know, Arthur is a gifted vampire prince. He has the ability to see, hear and feel the unknown. That means he has the power to discover things which cannot be sensed by even normal vampires. He had felt a presence inside Giselle”. Natalie tried to explain it to Kevin in a nervous tone.
“What? Giselle is possessed?” Kevin shouted in fright.
“No! You idiot! Giselle is pregnant!” Natalie shouted back in annoyance.
“What? Giselle? Our Giselle is pregnant? With whose kid?” Kevin was beyond shock at the moment.
He glanced at Arthur, his eyes demanding answers.
“I don’t know I have to touch her to know that, but I can only reveal it if Giselle wants to reveal it” Arthur made his point clear.
“Okay, we will think about it later”, Natalie said while shaking Kevin’s shoulder to bring him back to reality.
“Yeah. We don’t have much time left. Let’s go”, Kevin nodded in reply.
Kevin called Stefan and Riven during the drive towards pack house and told them about Giselle’s abduction.
Stefan was already home, resting, and Riven told him that he would reach the pack house as soon as possible.
Stefan informed Alpha Riley and the other pack members about the news and told them Natalie was coming with Kevin to help them.
They reached the pack house in fifteen minutes. Riven was still not there as he had to come from another town.
Arthur reached before them and was standing outside. Kevin introduced Natalie’s boyfriend to everyone and pleaded not to react the wrong way as Giselle’s safety should be their main concern right now.
“Natalie, were you there then, how did someone abduct Giselle?” Vera asked in an accusing tone.
“He came as Riven, that’s why I didn’t disturb them” Natalie replied in her defense.
“It’s a given, Vera. Why would she disturb you when Riven is taking her”, Stefan nodded in agreement.
Suddenly, the glass of the meeting room broke and a giant golden brown colored wolf entered. He was so big that he was filling one fourth part of the room.
“RIVEN!”
