The entire shop went for a moment; Second Young Master Sharp had hurt Ewan.
Ewan’s team of bodyguards swarmed around them, and Ashton also brought his people into the store. The two teams stared at each other, but no one started a fight. Just as Henry wanted to walk toward the fitting room, a cold voice echoed from behind him.
“What made Second Young Master Sharp hurt my people?”
Eldest Young Master Williams! That place and that time! Why was he there? Henry’s face turned even darker, but as soon as he turned around, he heard another voice called out to him, “Henry, why are you here?”
Henry’s gaze cut through Michael and fell on the man who was behind Michael.
Henry looked puzzled. “Joseph?”
“What’s going on?” Joseph was also there with Old Master Garcia.
They had waited in the rest area and rushed into the shop when their men reported a disturbance there. Henry had planned to meet up with a friend for lunch, and that person was Eldest Young Master Garcia, Joseph. They had been friends for years, and they would meet up whenever the other was in their city.
If Layla had not been admitted to the hospital that day, the two would have gathered for dinner.
Henry told him that he could not attend the appointment, so Joseph accompanied the old master and Ava to the shopping mall. It was a dull activity, and he did not expect he would bump into Second Young Master Sharp, who had turned down the appointment.
“Eldest Young Master Williams, you are here as well?” What a small world!
Joseph had planned to meet up with Michael with his grandfather after his plans with Henry. Michael was home when the Garcias went to WongRiver Pavilion. So they explained the situation to Ava and took her to the hospital for the DNA test.
Ava had lived at Eldest Young Master Williams’s place, so Old Master Garcia insisted on visiting him regardless of the relationship between Ava and him. No one had expected to meet at the shopping center instead!
Old Master Garcia studied Michael. The young man was not flamboyant, but it was hard to describe his charm and charisma. At a glance, he knew that the young man was no ordinary person. He was an old man who had done business for years, and yet he still praised and applauded Michael in his mind. Michael was really an outstanding person! As for Ava and Eldest Young Master Williams’s relationship…their aura was not compatible at all.
Did Eldest Young Master Williams like Ava? The old master had developed excellent observant skills over the years. He noticed they did not have a compatible temperament, and they did not look like a couple.
“Eldest Young Master Williams, this is our Garcia family’s old master.” Joseph introduced them to each other.
Michael and City L’s Garcia family had had business dealings in the past, but Joseph had been the point of contact. It was a rare opportunity for anyone to meet Old Master Garcia. Michael nodded politely and stretched out his hand. He was neither modest nor arrogant; he presented his habitual calm composure.
“Old Master Garcia, my pleasure to meet you.”
Old Master Garcia immediately reached out and shook his hand. “Nice to meet you. Eldest Young Master is an outstanding man, indeed.”
Michael smiled and accepted his generous praise.
Joseph turned toward Henry and introduced him to Old Master Garcia next. “Grandfather, this is the friend that I often mention to you, Second Young Master Sharp.”
“We’ve met before, I think. Young lad, how are you recently?” The old master looked at Henry with a smile.
Henry was worried about Elena, but he responded with a soft smile. “I’m fine, thank you, Old Master Garcia. How are you?”
“Quite good.”
However, what had happened? Why did Eldest Young Master Williams and Second Young Master Sharp’s people face off against each other?
Henry did not have time to explain in detail, so he hastily said, “Something is wrong with my friend, I’ll have to…”
Before he could finish his sentence, a woman’s sudden scream tore through the store. Henry’s heart stopped, and he dashed toward the fitting room. However, there was someone even faster than him. The black figure suddenly ran past him toward the fitting room.

Elena stood in front of the fitting room, and she had a bloodied knife in her hand. It looked like Ava’s arm had been injured as blood oozed from the sleeve of her dress and dripped onto the ground. She grimaced in pain. When she saw Michael, she slammed herself into his arms without a second thought.
“Michael, save me, save me! She… She wants to kill me!”
Ava stumbled forward and was about to fall into Michael’s arms. Michael supported her shoulders with both his hands to make sure she was steady on her feet. Ava’s eyes sank. Eldest Young Master Williams was reluctant to let her lean into his arms. The man had always shunned away from women and never allowed anyone to get close to him! However, why was Elena allowed to be his arms in the past? He even had Elena laid down beneath him as he made love to her! She was his favorite!!
Ava’s face turned pale due to pain. She was supposed to look fragile, so she was careful not to show any bitterness and resentment.
“Michael, she wants to kill me, she wants to kill me! It hurts, ooh…”
Michael’s cold eyes swept over to Elena, and finally, his gaze locked onto her eyes that blazed with rage. Her hand shook profusely, and she had a blood-stained knife in her hand. She had stabbed Ava!
“Elena, that’s very dangerous. Please put the knife down.” Henry rushed toward her; he was afraid that she would hurt herself, so he snatched the knife from her hand.
“Elena!” Both Lois and Luacs rushed into the store.
The store, which was quite spacious, suddenly became crowded with people.
“Elena, why… What’s going on?” Lois was stunned when she saw Ava’s injured arm.
Elena might be impulsive, but she would never react so irrationally. It must be Ava! She must have pushed her buttons!
“She confessed, she confessed!”
Elena grabbed onto Henry’s sleeve, and her eyes were red. “She confessed that they had hurt Layla!”
“You…” Lois clenched her fists. She wished she could deliver punches onto Ava’s face.

Ava looked pale, and she was in pain. Her lips trembled as she cried. “She accused me of snatching her man, but… I didn’t. Michael and I are in love.”
Then, she looked at Michael, but he wore his usual poker face. Ava had no choice but to give up on him and turned to look at the anxious-looking Old Master Garcia for help.
“Grandfather, she hurt me for no reason. Grandfather, I am in so much pain…”
The old master was thrown into an inexplicable dilemma. If his granddaughter was injured, she should be taken to the hospital immediately, and the person who harmed her should be brought to justice. However, the person who hurt his granddaughter was Elena! He was not sure why, but he did not want to put her in a difficult situation. Never at all!
“Let’s take you to the hospital.”
