They had classes in the afternoon. At about 1:50 in the afternoon, Elena still hid in Luacs’s second-hand car.
“How are things at your end?” She took her phone and whispered to Lois.
Lois, who wore a hat, picked up the phone and whispered back, “There are still people here; you should come down later.”
Luacs had only recently gotten the car, so not many people recognize it. No one would have thought that Elena would hide in a used car. After another five minutes, Elena looked at the time again. She only had five minutes before her class would start. Before she could send another message to Lois, the Lois’s message appeared on her phone.
[Elena, there are still people at the entrance of the building. Wait for another minute. I think they are leaving soon as they look like they are losing their patience.]
Elena immediately replied. [Okay.]
There was indeed a group of angry crowds that hung around at the entrance of the classroom building!
“That evil woman would probably not come to class today.” Some of them checked the time, and there were only four minutes before her class would start, but there was no one at the school gate. If she were to attend the class, she would have arrived already.
“Indeed, since she has a wealthy sugar daddy, she probably does not need to pay attention to her studies anymore. I don’t think that b*tch will come back to class anymore!”
That was right. If they had a wealthy sugar daddy, they probably would have fun all day long too. Why would they bother to come to class? That b*tch was disgusting! After Eldest Young Master Williams dumped her, she had immediately turned her attention to Second Young Master Sharp. The things one would do to climb the social ladder! Were those men blind? How could they even look at the ugly lady? Finally, the group of girls who guarded the entrance gradually dispersed!
When she saw the chance, Lois immediately informed Elena. “Elena, it’s clear now. Come in quickly!”
At the very last minute, too! Elena put on a cap and some loose clothes. After she got down from the car, she immediately dashed into the classroom. Those girls, who were already at a distance, turned to look at the figure that zoomed toward the classroom. Doubts sprang in their minds.
“Was that Elena? The one who got out of that car.”
Everyone looked at the car that she pointed, and the gleam in their eyes turned into disappointment. Why would the b*tch arrive in such a poor excuse of a car if she had a rich sugar daddy? That must not have been it.
Elena was relieved that she would get to the classroom, and her classmates were blown away when she entered it. Who was that girl? Even though she wore a cap, they could see her face clearly. She looked fair, delicate, and flawless! They did know they had such a beautiful classmate!
Layla wanted Elena to sit beside her, but Elena went straight to the corner seat at the back. Lois came in after that. Just when everyone was still awe-stricken, the bell rang, and the tutor walked into the room.
There was a ten-minute break in between the two classes. Everyone was curious about the girl at the back, but their Lois had fully utilized the ten minutes for a class meeting! There were plans for an autumn trip around that month or so. They had to fix the date and the itinerary soon. Girls were particularly interested in events like the autumn tour.
Soon, the girls in the class forgot about that beautiful girl at the back. As for the boys, several of them were still eager to check out the girl. However, Aryan and Rufus sat in front and on the right side of Elena, respectively. The walls behind her and to her left completed the square that protected Elena. The two boys completely blocked everyone’s view so no one could approach her.
Elena hung her head low as she looked down at her book. She pulled her cap down lower and remained quiet as she ignored everyone. However, she knew that she could not do that in the long run. Everyone would soon find out that she was Elena. She would have to face all the obstacles by then. Not that day, though, because they did not have time for that!
Caleb sent a message to say that Luacs had moved his car closer to the classroom building. All Elena had to do was to rush out of the classroom immediately after her class to get into the car.
Elena replied to the message. [Got it.]
She looked up and noticed that Lois was still discussing the autumn tour with everyone else. The bell rang again. Lois spun her head around and winked at Elena cheekily.
Elena smiled and gave her a thumbs up. She was not afraid of any invincible enemies as long as she had reliable teammates. She would be frightened if she did not have good teammates with her. They were not only reliable, but they had great tacit understandings too.
Elena listened attentively for the next 45 minutes in class until the bell rang again. Then the tutor packed her books and walked out of the classroom.
Elena immediately sent a message to their group chat. [Let’s go!]

Lois, Layla, as well as Rufus and Aryan surrounded Elena, and they rushed out of the classroom in a group. The entire class was quiet. Everyone saw them leave, but they were too stunned to react to that.
“Was that Elena? The one with the cap just now?”
Other than Elena, who else would hang with that group of people? All of them had belonged to the September Studio.
“But, how could that be Elena? The girl looked so beautiful…”
“We don’t have such a beautiful classmate in our class. Furthermore, Elena did not come today.”
“Yeah, Elena was absent today. If it was not her, who else could it be?”
“Do you think Elena is beautiful?”
“Do you think it was makeup?”
“Impossible! With all my years of experience in makeup, that girl did not even put any foundation on her face.”
“What is going on?”
There were a lot of discussions about that.
The group laughed as they piled into the car.
“Lois, you are a smart cookie, aren’t you?” Autumn tour? They had not discussed that at all.
“Of course, how can I be your Lois if I have insufficient IQ?” Lois looked proud.
“Well, we managed to get away with it today, but what about tomorrow? We have more classes tomorrow.”
Layla was worried, but her main concern was not their classmates. Even though their classmates must have seen all the posts on the Internet, they must have been curious about it. However, they would not act so rashly. The same could not be said about the people who kept watch at the entrance to the building and the school gate. Most of them looked like crooks. The memories where scoundrels surrounded Elena the previous time still haunted Layla. They need a better solution so that they would not have to hide all the time.
“Elena, do you have any solution?” Layla looked at Elena eagerly.
Elena had always been the wisest and most resourceful. They could only depend on her to think of a great plan.
“Let’s talk about this later.”
The most important thing then was the press conference in the evening. Then there was the dinner party after that. Second Young Master Sharp had been so ruthless; he did not even send them any help. He did say that they were free to use any of the company’s resources, like people from various departments. However, they would need to come up with the plans for the evening.
“Luacs, you can just let us off by the side of the road. You should get on with your other tasks quickly.”
The car pulled to stop by the road, and Elena, Layla, and Lois climbed out of the vehicle. The others went with Luacs for their other duties.
“Lois, call the information department and get them to notify the reporters that we have a press conference at seven in the evening. Tell them only to call the reporters at six. Then, get in touch with the hotel.”
“Layla, please prepare some formal wear for us. I will go back and discuss with Second Young Master Sharp about the flow of the event.”
Elena waved her hand. “See you both later.”
After she bade them goodbye, Elena turned to flag down a taxi. Then, two striking figures caught her eyes.
