Celeste roared out of control.
Kemp smiled mockingly, “Is it really for the sake of your son’s happiness, or is it for that grievance of yours? You know better than anyone else. You said that you care about your son’s happiness, but what’s the result now? You forced him onto an unhappy path with your own hands.”
“Kemp!”
Celeste was paled, “We haven’t seen each other for more than ten years and you have to argue with me as soon as we meet.”
“I’m not arguing with you. I’m just telling the truth now. Celeste, you actually shouldn’t have come back at all. You no longer have the right to ask whether Louis is happy or not when you chose to leave in the first place.”
