It was dark, and breeze caressed them at the top of the mountain. Kevin looked down at the beauty in his arms who had been already sleeping sweetly. He couldn’t bear to wake her up, so he changed his position, so that she could sleep with comfort.
Bella having been tired relaxed for a rare time, and was sleeping for nearly two hours. When she woke up, it was dark all around. She was shocked, stunned and asked, “Where are we?”
Kevin was helpless, “Are you sleeping stupidly? Don’t you know where you are?”
“We’re not still in the mountains, are we?”
He reached out and poked her forehead, “Of course we’re on the mountain. If you hadn’t jerked off halfway and had to come back, we’d be in a hot bath and comfortably in bed by now.”
She sighed in frustration, “Then why didn’t you wake me up?”
“You were sleeping soundly. You probably can’t be woken up.”
Bella glared at him, looking around at the gloom and fear, “Let’s get down the hill.”
“Can you walk by yourself?”
“It doesn’t seem to be working yet.”
“Well, wait a little longer. I’ve already called home and someone will pick us up later.”
“Why do you ask them to pick us up? Can’t you just carry me down the hill?”
Kevin patted her on the shoulder and said, “Look carefully, it’s night, not day. I can’t see it clearly, so what if I drop you?”
“It shouldn’t be that bad, should it?”
“To be on the safe side, it’s better to wait for someone to come and say it. Anyway, an afternoon has been consumed, and I don’t care if it’s a moment.”
Bella thought of it reasonable. It was so dark, and it would be a real problem if something happened.
“Are you hungry?”
She nodded, “A little.”
“Didn’t you bring any food with you when you left the house? What’s this?”
Kevin pointed to the plastic bag by her feet, just wanted to reach out and take it, but Bella hid behind her in panic,”Nothing.”
“Why don’t you stay here and don’t move? I’ll go to the King’s Temple and get you some food over here.”
“No.”
She hugged him and pressed against his chest and said, “I’m afraid.”
Kevin dotingly smiled, “What are you afraid of? There are still people here. Who can scare you?”
“I’d rather starve to death than be scared to death. You’re not going anywhere.”
Seeing her body tremble slightly, Kevin helplessly shook his head, “Alright, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll stay with you.”
In the darkness, they leaned close to each other. Kevin suddenly said, “I’m hungry.”
“Bear it. I’m hungry too.”
Bella failed to hear his meanings and even leaned closer to his arms, her face closer to his hot chest, her hands around his waist.
For some reason, at this moment, she was so afraid of losing him. She was so afraid that she hugged him tightly.
Kevin lifted her chin and asked, “Is it okay to kiss me?”
Bella didn’t say anything, just tilted up her face, straightened up, and softly kissed on the man’s beautifully shaped lips.
The kiss was so shocking that Kevin touched his lips, looking at her in fascination. She blushed, and she just wanted to get out of his arms, but before she could straighten up, he dragged her back by the arm.
Turning over, he pressed her to the ground, and then his voice was hoarse as he said, “Originally, I just wanted a kiss, but now it seems that one kiss is far from enough.”
Bella was shocked and shy, and looked around to remind him, “It’s the sacred place of Buddha Hall, and it’s forbidden …”
The ground was hard. She was uncomfortable, and she hurt. She tried to brace herself, but he pressed back against her shoulders. He pulled her shirt halfway off, revealing her black bra and icy skin.
Bella lay exhausted in Kevin’s arms, squinting and staring at the distant crescent moon in the sky, her breasts rising and falling violently.
Kevin felt a handkerchief from his trouser pocket, and after it was almost cleaned up, he gently picked her up and said, “Hurry up and get dressed. I guess the people are coming up.”
He picked up the clothes on the ground, and was no longer irritable and rude when taking off her clothes but more gentle dressing her up. When buttoning for her, he also teased her indecently.
Four or five of the strong men of the Jones-Sharps family came, and Bella stared at the stretcher they carried, and asked in horror, “It’s too much, isn’t it?”
“Here we are. Let’s lay on it first.”
Compared to having these men carry his little petite wife on his back, Kevin was actually very happy with the stretcher.
“I’m not going to lie down. You can lie down if you want.”
Bella rolled her eyes. She was not half-dead. What’s the point of sleeping on a stretcher?
“Young lady, this is the old lady’s instructions, so don’t embarrass us.”
One of the men begged, and the others chimed in, “Yeah, yeah, it’s so windy. It might even rain later.”
Bella was hesitant. Looking at the anxious expressions of a group of men, she took a deep breath, “Alright.”
Kevin carried her to the stretcher to lie down, and then the group of people also walked down the mountain. Kevin’s car was parked on the roadside. He carried Bella into his car, then commanded, “You guys go back. I take a young lady to the hospital to cure the sprain.”
Bella was speechless and slapped him on the shoulder, and angrily reprimanded, “Stop the nonsense.”
At the hospital entrance, Kevin first got out of the car, opened the other side of the door, stretched out his hands, “Come on.”
Bella was too embarrassed to let him carry her in, so she tried to try to jump in with one leg, but her heel was unsteady and she fell to the ground. She just wanted to wail, but miraculously found that her feet didn’t even hurt anymore.
“What? What’s going on? Why am I not painful?”
She was surprised, took a few steps and walked back, “It really doesn’t hurt anymore. Oh my god, what’s going on?”
Kevin leaned against the car door in a bad mood, put his hands around his chest and said, “I dare you to fool me so far.”
She immediately held up a hand, “I can swear to God that I’m definitely not fooling you. I couldn’t move in the afternoon!”
Bella genuinely felt depressed and moved around a few more times, wondering at the conclusion, “It’s strange…”
“Well, now that we’re good to go back, get in the car.”
Kevin yawned. His body was sticky and wet, mostly due to the sweat after passion. He just wanted to hurry home and take a comfortable hot bath.
Bella re-entered the car, still wondering about her feet. No wonder she hadn’t been able to feel any pain. Could it be that the gods had blessed her and quietly cured her foot injury? It was impossible. She defiled the pure land of Buddhism. It was good that the gods didn’t punish her. How could it be possible that it blessed her?
The car slowly drove to the Cloud Mansion. Bella was sleepy. Although not long ago she slept for two hours, making love consumed all her physical strength.
Puff-.
Kevin was startled by an emergency brake and the drowsy Bella was awake. She asked in a panic, “What’s wrong?”
She looked ahead and was suddenly even more surprised, woodenly said, “Braxton …” and pushed open the car door and jumped off.
Bella strode to the person who stopped the car and asked in shock, “Braxton, why are you here?”
She hadn’t seen Braxton for half a year, and at this time Braxton in front of her looked haggard and heartbreaking. As soon as he saw her, he hugged her and cried loudly.
“Bella, Daddy said you don’t want me anymore right … Bella, do you really don’t want me anymore …”
Bella patted his back sadly, “Don’t cry. Don’t cry. I won’t leave you alone.”
“Then why didn’t you come to see me for so long … I missed you so much …”
Kevin also got out of the car, saw an inexplicable man hugging his wife and missing her, and was raged. He went forward to separate them, said angrily, “Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing?”
“Who is he?”
Braxton sniffed and asked Bella in confusion.
Bella was afraid of irritating him, so she lied and said, “He’s … my brother.”
After she finished, Braxton was confused while Kevin was angry.
“Bella, when did you have a brother?”
Braxton was puzzled.
Bella smiled sharply, “Well, I always have a brother. Not only do I have a brother, I also have a sister.”
“Oh, I know. I know it’s that ugly woman who took me to you last time.”
Bella nodded, knowing in her heart that he was referring to Gillian.
“Who do you think I am?”
Kevin glared at Bella indignantly . How could he let it go that he had been snuggling with her only an hour ago and was introduced him as her brother an hour later?
“You come with me.”
Bella smiled stiffly at Braxton and dragged Kevin to a secluded spot, lowering her voice, “He’s Braxton.”
“So?”
Kevin raised his eyebrows. Because he was Braxton, so would he have to aggravatingly act as her brother?
“He’s an idiot.”
“So?”
“He’s a foolish Braxton. So you can’t be bothered with him in general.”
“You have five minutes to get rid of him.”
Kevin didn’t care if he was a fool or a stunner. In short, he didn’t want to see a man other than him hugging her wife and crying hard like parting forever.
“Where am I going to send him away in the middle of the night?”
Bella roller her eyes at him and turned to walk towards Braxton.
“Wait a minute.” Kevin held her back, “What are you going to do then?”
“What else can I do? Take him home first.”
“What?”
Kevin stared incredulously, “Are you taking your ex-husband home in front of me?”
“What ex-husband? We only have a marriage contract, and not officially married. If I divorce you, marry him, and bring you home, I will call you an ex-husband.”
Kevin was a little dizzy and made his position clear, “I’m telling you I don’t agree!”
Bella sighed long and hard, “Do you disagree, right? Okay, then I’ll take him to a hotel.”
“I beg to differ even more!”
Kevin was livid,”What hotel are you staying at, a man and a woman?”
“He’s an idiot!”
“What’s wrong with the fool? Are you sure the fool doesn’t know anything about men and women?”
Bella rubbed her forehead speechlessly, “You don’t agree with this and that, so what will you agree? Anyway, since Braxton has approached me, I can’t ignore him!”
Kevin saw her resolute attitude and knew her temper, so he had to swallow his anger and took a step back, saying, “Alright, alright, you bring him in.”
“Thank you, honey.”
Bella didn’t look cold and smiled attentively at him.
“I warn you the most you can do is take him in for the night, and tomorrow at dawn, you send him to wherever he comes.”
Bella turned a deaf ear to this, walked up to Braxton and said softly, “Braxton, come home with me.”
They went into the living room, and the family had already gone to bed. Bella asked Braxton, “Are you hungry?”
“Yes.”
Braxton nodded heavily, his stomach rumbling.
“Sit here for a while. I’ll go to the kitchen and cook noodles for you.”
“Okay.”
Braxton obediently sat down on the sofa, and Bella immediately ran into the kitchen, tied her apron and started to cook.
Kevin was angry. Bella forgot about him, and did not ask him if he was hungry. She only cared about this fool.
“Hey, how did you find your way here?”
He sat across from the idiot and questioned him fiercely.
Braxton had a wary glance at him and didn’t answer his question.
Well, this idiot ate his food in his house and dared to ignore him. Kevin slapped on the table, “I’m asking you. Are you dumb?”
Bella in the kitchen heard voices coming from the living room and rushed out to ask, “What’s wrong?”
Braxton was about to shed tears, aggrieved, ran to Bella to confess, “Bella, he is so fierce.”
Bella rolled her eyes and angry reprimand, “You should talk to him in a lower voice. You scare him.”
Kevin raised his eyebrows and held back his anger, wanting to pack Braxton and throw him off the planet, “How am I mean to him? I just asked him how he found the place.”
“You don’t have to ask about that. I’ll ask later. You go to your nap.”
“I haven’t eaten yet.”
“I didn’t cook your dinner.”
Bella turned around and went back to the kitchen, leaving Kevin where he was. He was so angry that he almost passed out.
Frustrated, he went upstairs, took a hot shower and then sat on the couch waiting for them coming up from downstairs. Waiting forty or fifty minutes, he heard footsteps coming from outside the door.
He opened the door and went out, and Bella was surprised, “Are you still awake?”
Kevin grumbled and glared at her. A stupid man was pestering his wife, and it was a wonder he could sleep.
Bella led Braxton to the guest room, then said to him, “Braxton, you take a shower.”
Braxton shook his head and grabbed her sleeve.
“I’m not leaving. I’ll wait here for you to come out.”
Bella knew that he was insecure, so she was extremely patient and reassured him.
“Don’t lie to me. Don’t be like before. You said you wouldn’t leave but then you couldn’t be found.”
“Don’t worry. I really won’t leave this time.”
Bella repeatedly assured. Only then did Braxton feel at ease to enter the bathroom.
Standing by the door, Kevin saw this scene and was amused, sarcastically said, “Confucius was really damn right. In this world, only fools and villains are difficult to raise.”
“It’s women.”
Bella corrected him helplessly.
“In my eyes, the fool is much harder to raise than the woman.”
Braxton went into the bathroom less than ten minutes before he came out, and as soon as he got out of the bathroom door, he grabbed Bella’s arm and said, “Bella, let’s go.”
Kevin was startled and raised his eyebrows in confusion, “Where are you going?”
Braxton replied purely, “We go to sleep ….”
