Freya was silent, and Kevin smiled mockingly, “Let’s eat.”
“Kevin, divorce Bella. As long as you divorce her, I won’t hand over the evidence to the police.”
Kevin took a sip of wine and got up, “Sorry, I can’t divorce her at will. If you want to hand it over, then do it.”
He walked to the counter to pay the bill. And then he left. Freya watched him walk away without looking back. Freya couldn’t hold back her tears anymore.
It was already past ten o’clock when he got home. It had been a long time that he hadn’t returned home so late. Bella sat on the sofa waiting for him. When she saw him, she smiled, “I’ve been waiting for you for a long time.”

Bella continued, “You went to ask her about the evidence, but Freya forced you to divorce me. As long as you divorce me, she won’t hand over the evidence.”
Kevin’s eyes widened. He was wondering if Bella was also in that restaurant at that time, or if he had installed a bug on him.

“Celeste.”

Kevin snorted confidently, “Don’t worry. She won’t do it for now.”
“How do you know?”
“It’s the only evidence she has at the moment. How can she hand it over so easily?”
Bella nodded. She agreed with him. After they snuggled for a few moments, she suddenly added, “By the way, my mother-in-law wants to take me on a trip for a few days next Monday…”
After saying that, she waited apprehensively for Kevin to get angry. Actually, they were not going to travel but for a review.

Bella got up, took her mother-in-law’s blood pressure medicine out of the bedroom, and went straight to the in-laws’ room. When she was about to knock on the door, she suddenly heard the painful cries from inside,
