“Let go of my hand”Amelia yanks her hand from Liam’s grip.
He looked at her a bit annoyed by her action but shook it off. He stood from his seat and walked towards the door before locking it.
“Why are you locking the door? Amelia asked out of curiosity.
Liam ignores her questions and goes back to his seat. She stares at him like someone that was insane.
“Did you fight again?”Liam suddenly asks, Amelia was shocked by his questions.
“Really?”She scoffs as she rolls her eyes in disbelief.
“What did I say wrong?”Liam questions her rude attitude towards him.
“How can you ask me if I fought again, when it was obvious that bitch pushed me”She curses at Claudia.
“Language”Liam firmly stated.
Amelia frowns at his choice of words, She started laughing all of a sudden making Liam raise his eyebrow oblivion to what was amusing her.
“I get it now, you are in love with Claudia”Amelia declares, earning a glare from him.
“Don’t start okay”Liam frowns.
“I shouldn’t start, do you know how it feels having your boyfriend support someone else!”She barks at him.
“I’m not supporting her okay, I just asked you a question”Liam pointed out.
“What question is that?”She frowns before standing up.
Amelia stumbles back to the seat losing her balance due to the injury in her kneel. Liam groans before pulling her chair with her on it towards him.
“Teddy, you know I love you right?” Liam asked but she didn’t respond.
“Teddy”He calls out for her but she ignores him.
Liam was getting irritated by her silence. He lifted her chin up for her to look at him. Liam eyes widened when he saw tears dropping from her eyes.
“Don’t cry teddy”He tries consoling her.
“I’m not crying”She sniffs a little before cleaning her face.
“You know you mean the world to me, I can never leave you for anyone okay”He assures her before pulling her into a hug.
“I love you so much teddy”He confessed while patting her back lightly.
“I love you too,”Amelia finally utters.
Liam pulled her away holding onto her shoulders lightly. She looked up to see his gaze on her with a smile on his face.
“You look so beautiful even when you cry”He tells her, earning a blush from her.
“Ah let go of me”Amelia whines wiggling her shoulders from his grip.
“Aww is my teddy shy,”Liam teasingly said.
“No I’m not, by the way don’t you have a meeting to attend too?”Amelia questions him changing the topic.
Liam hissed as realisation hit him, He quickly stood up from his chair.
“Gosh I’m late!”He groans.
“Then go”Amelia ushers him to be quick in packing his file.
She was about to leave his office when he held her hand which made her halt in her tracks.
“Where do you think you are going too?”He questions her movements.
“I’m going back to work”Amelia responded in a confused state.
“What is your work in this office?”Liam questions again.
“What’s with all these questions?”She asked, feeling uncomfortable.
“Just answer,”Liam tells her.
“I’m your secretary,”She answers.
“Well isn’t my secretary supposed to be with me in all my meetings?”He pointed out.
“Oh”Amelia mutters, understanding what he was trying to say.
“Come on you are going with me”He tells her, He held her hand before opening the door.
Liam and Amelia came out of the office holding each other’s hands. Everyone gasps pointing to their direction while murmuring.
Amelia was wondering why people were staring at her when her eyes suddenly went down to her hand making it widened.
Amelia POV
Omg I didn’t even realise we were holding hands, Gosh all eyes are on us now. I tried whispering to Liam to let go of my hand but he ignores me.
“Just let go people are staring”Amelia tries yanking her from his but fails.
“So let them stare”He nonchalantly utters as they both walk out of the building still holding hands.
Liam and Amelia enter the car buckling their seat belts before Liam drives off to the meeting.

The car ride was dead awkward as silence settled inside the car making everything look dull.
“So what is the meeting all about?”Amelia asked, breaking the silence.
“Just going to see if I will partner with Mr Jones on his latest project”Liam tells her with his eyes on the road.
“Oh okay”Amelia mutters, having no idea what he meant.

Few minutes later, They both reached the meeting and were greeted by lots of business men and women.
“Finally Mr scott is here”A voice announced.
“Welcome Scott”Mr rover greeted Liam shaking him.
Everybody’s eyes went to Amelia who was standing beside Liam. Amelia shifted under their gaze feeling a bit uncomfortable, Liam noticed.
“This is my secretary Amelia”Liam introduces Amelia.
“Oh nice!”They all said.
“Is the meeting over?”Liam questions before taking his seat with Amelia standing behind his chair.
“Actually Mr Jones wanted to wait till you get here before he begins his presentation”Mr Rover tells him.
“How neat,”Liam sighs.
“Finally Mr Scott is here”A voice utters making Amelia’s eyes widen.
She knew that voice sounded familiar, Amelia eyes scanning the room nervously not daring to look back. The person footsteps became louder in Amelia’s head as the person approached her.
“Is this your new secretary?”The voice utters from behind Amelia.
“Yes, can we begin the meeting now?”Liam asked feeling a bit irritated.
“Sure”He declares before walking towards the stage.
Amelia was bending her head down with her hair covering her face, She looked up slowly as her eyes widened seeing Andrew setting up the projector.
Amelia POV
Oh my goodness I have to get out of here, I knew the voice sounded familiar. Oh gosh I can’t allow Liam know that he is the andrew I mistook him for, Gosh this isn’t the right time for Liam to find out . I’m not really to lose Liam not now or ever.
Andrew was done with the projector and was about to turn to Amelia’s direction when she quickly turned her back at him. Andrew stared at her wondering why she was back facing them.
“What’s wrong?”Liam questions her direction.
“I need to go,”Amelia whispers.
“Why?” Liam questions her.
“I need to use the restroom,”Amelia tells him before running out of the meeting room.
Everyone looked at Liam wondering if she was okay.
“Is your secretary okay?”Andrew worriedly asked.
“Yeah she is , you can go on”Liam coldly states.
