The news of Alpha Ben engagement is spreading so fast, everyone except Daphne and Alpha Josiah already know about their engagement. Evan and Eve rushed into the alpha chambers heading to Daphne room , they stopped when they saw how calm she was on the bed she was sitting holding a comb , both looking at each other and then back at her , wondering why she was so calm.
“Didn’t she hear the news” they thought, slowly taking a step towards her.
“Why are you both here?” She asked, her eyes now fixed at them , why still combing her hair .
” The news. “They announced, chorus at the same time. She wondered what they were talking about.
But before she could utter another word , alpha Ben walked in while holding Maria’s waist .
She heard a giggle outside and she decided to go look at who was there, surprisingly she found Alpha Ben and Maria kissing and smooching each other in the sitting room.
She watches them in surprise , in a total confusion . She looked at Evan and Eve and then back at the alpha , who was careless about her being at the scene.
She couldn’t think of anything as to why he was here , she watches Maria who looked at her with an evil smile on her face.
She walked up to her and then showed her the ring that was placed in her hands.
“I’m now engaged to the man of my dreams,” she said , flaunting the ring in her face as a beautiful smile escaped her lips .
The dumb found Daphne stoon there in awl staring at the ring and then back at her face , she couldn’t control the tears and she couldn’t bear to look at the Alpha who ended up staring motionlessly at her.
Just when she thought, he was different. He ended up being the worst , she had expected this but she never expected it to be this soon and also Maria being her replacement was what she never thought of. She stood there in shock at the sudden discovery.
Her feet could not carry her any longer and her eyes were dammn wet , she didn’t notice she was crying. All she does was to stares at the alpha , who do not give a dammn fuck about what ever happen to her .

He stood up ignoring both Maria drama and Daphne, with one stare at Daphne he walked to his room ignoring his wolf who seemed to be heart broken .
Maria laughed out victoriously kissing the ring in her hands as she hugged it tightly to herself . She had achieved this just by convincing the elders and also by ruining Daphne’s images of them.
She smiles looking at Daphne and her two prey , just as she always called them . She walked away since none of them uttered a word to her .
A great victory and being a Luna was her wildest dream. None of them would dare say anything to her anymore, she also has the right to call on any one or choose her personal servant now .
Josiah watches as Maria enters the chambers happily , she was angry a minute ago and here , she was returning with a gloomy face .
“Cheers to many victories.” She said , spreading her hands in the air . Alpha Josiah looks at her in confused states.
He could not think straight, and the reason for her happiness was definitely unknown to him .
He stood erect and with his hand on his waist , he watched his little sister walk round the room happily, his eyes caught the ring in her fingers and he rushed to her , taking her hands , he glanced through the ring.
Trailing his hands around it , with admiration .
“How did you get this.”? He asked in disbelief, and in doubt .
He knew Alpha Ben had no entimom of like her, and buying expensive gifts when she hadn’t visited the human world for some time was not in the list .
“I’m engaged.” She jumped up, flinging her hands from him.
“He engages me, I’m now the future Luna to this pack.” She beams in joy, staring at the ring .
” Omg , this is not true! “Alpha Josiah exclaimed, in doubt . The last thing he thought of was Alpha Ben , engaging His sister.
He wondered what really happened and how he easily agreed to engage her .
“How did it happen?*he questioned, still surprised at what really happened.
She smiles at his questions, she had expected the same question and she was also in doubt but whatever had caused him to engage her.
She was happy that it did turn out to be reality not just a dream .
She sighs taking a seat , she crosses her face and her hands are placed on her lap as the ring shines brightly.
“He wasn’t charmed , was he?” Alpha Josiah asked , to be sure he was not dreaming.
“No he wasn’t, everyone knows I’m engaged” she said , happily.
“Today must have been your lucky day.” Alpha Josiah said, staring at the ring with a smiling face.
“Definitely it is.*she smile

” Don’t you dare. “Alpha Josiah warned.
Daphne was still in shock and in her position also, she had never imagined this and accepting it is hard for her. Evean and Eve stood close to her, they watched her reaction and the tears rushing from her eyes , both were hurt that she hurt. But they could not do anything .
She turns , walking to the alpha room in anger and disbelief, she opens the door to his room to see , he was relaxed like nothing happened.
“Why did you?” She asked , but got no response from him .
She tapped on her feet and then walked closer to him.
“I thought I was your mate,” she said , believing it was all a lie.
“Not my exact mate, a fake mate” he corrected, still fixing his eyes at whatever he was doing .
“Oh, was I ?” She said , believing she was dreaming.
“Book a time next time, you have no right to this room any more.” He said to her , taking off his clothes . His wolf seemed hurt but he had chosen to ignore it all .
Daphne could not bear it , she ran out of the room only to be stopped by Maria .
“Starting from now, you are my personal servant.” She announced, smiling at her .
She could not bear it , but watched her in anger .
“What makes you think I want to be your servant?” She asked , confidently looking at her.
” You had no choice but to be, except you want to return to your pack with the news of your rejection”she mocked
” Sorry to say, I’m definitely not interested “she responded, with her folded around her breast.
” As far as I can remember, this pack is mine and she is my Luna , you dare not disrespect her”Alpha Ben spoke from behind, his back resting on the edge of the door.
He had been listening to their conversation , and her boldness despite everything seems to be very disturbing to him. He watches her with a stone face.
“What if I don’t.” She said , bravely looking at him .
“You don’t have a choice.” She responded, taking a walk away .
She walked out on the both of them angrily, Maria watches her in anger.
“She still seems to be rude,” she said, clenching her feet on the floor .
“Ignore her attitude , she will come around” Ben smiles at her.
He had wanted to do this for a long time, and that was why he pretended to be her mate.
Daphne is trapped without single knowledge, If only she was more Careful enough to avoid this, then she would have Gladly avoided it .
Maria walked up to him , hugging him. Both smile at each other as they merry at their victory .
Daphne ran down the narrow road that led to the bush . She howled in anger and in. Pained , her second chance mate seemed to be worse than her first mate.
She wished she had listened to her mother earlier, once again she had made another grievous mistake in trusting alpha Ben.
Just when she thought everything would be okay, he ended up playing with her emotions.
She curses her life and her existence, she wishes she was not born and she wishes this was a dream .
She sighed , ran angrily into the deep forest avoiding the howling of some animal and the sound of the trees.

She hated herself and right now she needed to talk to someone , since everyone in the pack had betrayed her and also made her a laughing stock.
She sigh once again, she wanted nothing but power and power now to hurt all these who had cause her pain
