Regret

In his drunken state, Alpha Ben stood up from the bed with a shrug, and then looked at the beautiful damsels who stood in front of him now . Her eyes stared deeply into his, with a feeling of disappointment that showed on her face.
She sighs , holding onto him ;she dragged her back and slowly, she hugged him to herself .
Alpha Ben looked at her beautiful face, and the Image of Daphne appeared to him.
He smiled widely while holding her beautiful face, Maria smiled to herself . She groaned as she held onto him , her hands on his neck and her face which was pointed towards him.
She slowly drew close to him, and crashed her lip against his;Alpha hungrily took her lip in , he slammed her lip deeply into hers.
The atmosphere became very cool , tension built up within them as they couldn’t get enough of each other .
Maria was more than Happy to see this day , her dreams finally coming true ;With the man of her dreams in her room , kissing her widely like his life depends on her .
She couldn’t help, but enjoy the moment as it lasted longer .
Slowly, Alpha Ben broke the kiss and smiled at her . She smiles back at him while hugging him deeper , their body which was closely part to each other and the desire that ran through their system was a feeling that could not be controlled.
Alpha Ben Lifted her head up with a smile.
“Thank God, you are here with me” He spoke , staring deep into her eyes .
“I’m always here with you, I will never leave you to another” Maria responded, she smiles at her achievement and how lovely he was towards her.
“Daphne please don’t go, please do not do this to me any more . I love you and you are my mate ” He voiced out to Maria, who disengaged from his hug and stood at a gap while staring at him with sadness all over her face.
She couldn’t bear but think about the fact that he still thinks of Daphne even when he was with her . The fact that he considers her to be Daphne boils her anger .
Just when he was with her and just when she thought he would finally be hers .
She smiles sadly at him and seeing how sad and hurt he was , this truly means he loves Daphne alot .
She was his betrothed and yet , he loved another . She wanted nothing but love and yet he couldn’t get to be loved by him .
She hated Daphne for taking him away from her and she vowed to deal with Daphne for this . She suddenly felt the hot tears running freely from her eyes .
Alpha Ben stood in shock as she watched her draw far from her and then , She sat back at the bed .
Slowly, he sat near to her and then tapped her back . Her silent morn can be heard and this breaks his heart more .
He loves Daphne alot and when he sees her very sad and hurt. Hurt him more and that he couldn’t bear
“Stop crying.” He said , tapping on her back repeatedly like he always does whenever he hurts her, and when she is angry with him .
Maria was actually the one crying, but Daphne’s memory had refused to let him be .
“Why don’t you wanna stay with me? Maria asked , her voice filled with sadness echoes in the room .
“Daphne Stop. ” He said , hugging her right to himself .
He always hates to see her sad .
Maria hugged him back , His hugs seemed to be doing something she couldn’t explain. She couldn’t help but cling more to him.
Alpha Ben smiles to see how calm she is now and this glady his heart more .
Slowly, he fell asleep while still hugging her and she put her to bed .
This was a golden opportunity for her and she is not ready to miss it .
She took out her phone from her pulse and then took a picture of him , but not without stripping him naked .
She smiled at herself, and then she walked confidently out of the room .
This is her only chance of getting him and she must use it to her advantage .
Daphne couldn’t help, but worry about Alpha Ben . She had asked Austin about him and he also did not know his whereabouts.
The last she can remember, Alpha Ben hardly sleeps out late and even when he does he would always inform her about where he is . But this is quite unusual .
She paces back and forth from the room, her mind which is filled with fear .
She was worried and also sad that he had made him angry .
The fact that she ignores their mate bond, and while holding onto her lost mate who had rejected her , makes her more angry .
This must have been very difficult for him to bear and keep to himself, Even when he knew about it . He still didn’t bother to talk to her about it .
He must be brave enough to have let it slide, while pretending to be a fake mate .
Although she never liked the idea of a second mate , she still can help but love him more .
Daphne continued to pace round the room until the door cracked open . She rushed down towards the door thinking it was Him, But she was more surprised when she see Maria walking Into the room.
“Oh , I guess she couldn’t sleep without him ” She mocked her , smiling widely to herself as she cat walked into the room .
“Why are you here ?” Daphne asked, she is not ready for her trouble right now.
“Why else , to meet him of course? ” She responded, walking towards the bed more confidently .
She looked round the bed with expectations, her imagination running wide.
She was more overwhelmed when her mind flash back at how he kissed her, and made her fill with need and desires .
She walked back towards her , taking a closer look at her , they are not in any way far from each other .
“What is mine will always be mine , do well enough to return to your pack as the lone omega you are . I guess my brother has made the right decision” she mocked , with a feeling of satisfaction she walked out of the room , slamming the door so hard .
Daphne sighs , releasing the breath she had been holding for over a long time now . She couldn’t help but think about how cunning she is. She sat back at the bed with a heavy heart and trembling feet.
She says a silent prayer to the moon goddess , begging her to keep Alpha Ben safe before she drifts to bed in that awkward position.
The alarm which rang continuously woke Alpha Ben up , he turned to his left only to see a figure which lay next to him naked.
He stood up from the bed , And then turned to take a proper look at the figure , he was shocked to see Maria laying naked in the bed with him .
He was more shocked when he looked at the room and it was not his room either.
“Oh no, what have I done?” He screamed, Waking Maria from her sweet morning sleep.
“Good morning love ” She greeted the surprised Alpha Ben , who stared deeply at her with anger .
“How did I get in here ?” He asked instead, as she smiled.
“Oh you mean you didn’t remember?” She asked , smiling to herself
” What have you done , Daphne “He called , with a haste he took his clothes and hurriedly put them on . Before dashing from the room .
He ran on the road that led to his chambers with haste . Even when the omegas and the betas were made to greet him , he ended up ignoring them completely.
He had made a terrible mistake last night and he couldn’t help but fill the burden in his heart.
He rushed towards his room, to see Daphne laying down in an awkward position with his picture which she held onto very tightly.
He smiles as he watches her sleep , he regrets ever taking an alcohol and also walking on her . If only he was patient enough to hear from her , then things would not have been this complicated between them .
He cheated on his mate with another she wolf , who happens to be an enemy of his mate .
Daphne yawns loudly and slowly , she opens her eyes to see Alpha Ben’s eyes which remain glued to her eyes .
She rushed down from the bed in Shock and then hugged him so tightly.
“Where have you been ? I’m sorry I made you feel this way , I’m sorry I ignored all the signs ” She apologized , still hugging him tight.
Alpha Ben’s heart skips a bit , His mind filled with thought. He hated himself for cheating on his mate when their relationship was about to take another turn .
“Why are you silent? Are you still mad at me” She said , disengaging from the hug .
