Ella thinks she had to leave Damian’s house. Even if he doesn’t want to leave the people he loves, there is nothing he can do. Everything will be a mess if she chooses to stay in the big house with Damian and his fiancée. Between Tanya and Monique, she would chose Monique. Tanya’s actions were strange but she didn’t realize what it was.
He called Sofia but her cellphone turned off. Where will he go? He cannot go to another province because of his condition. It’s hard to get pregnant alone but she can’t take Rebecca or one of their helpers with her because she doesn’t want Damian to track her.
Ella packed her things because her decision to leave first would never change. If Damian is happy with Tanya, he won’t let it go. It’s just as tiring as fighting alone. It’s also annoying that she’s always making an effort for the man.
“Are you leaving?”
Ella was surprised when Rebecca came in packing her things. “It’s you, Rebecca. Yes, I’m leaving first because I can’t bear to see Damian happy with others.”
“Ella, I don’t know what’s going on with you two, but I hope you think about it carefully. What are you up to with your pregnancy?” Rebecca felt sorry for the woman’s fate because she also couldn’t leave Damian because she promised Jack before he died.
“You know I’m pregnant?” she did not expect other people to know she was pregnant.
“What are you, I’m old, so I know. Have you told Damian the truth yet?” Rebecca inquired.
“He doesn’t need to know anymore. One more thing, I can stand on my own. If you can, don’t tell Damian about my condition, Rebecca.” Ella begs Rebecca to just hide her pregnancy.
“What’s your plan? Just raise the child alone? Who shamelessly got you pregnant? I haven’t heard of anyone being your boyfriend!” Rebecca’s voice rose a bit because she didn’t expect Ella to be victimized by a man without testicles.
“Damian is the father,” Ella admitted.
“Repeat what you said,” Rebecca wasn’t sure if what she had heard earlier that Damian was the father was correct. “Damian’s name?”
“No. Damian is really her father,” Ella said because there was no reason for her to hide the truth from Rebecca. “So I hope you don’t just tell him about it, he’s happy, shall we make more trouble?”
“God be merciful! What happened? Why Damian?” A series of questions came out of Rebecca’s mouth as she had difficulty processing the truth Ella had revealed.
“I love him,” Ella replied.
“And so you gave up? If Jack were alive, I don’t know what his reaction would be but I’m sure he’ll bald you, Ella.” Rebecca is angry with Ella because of what happened.
“Dada has known for a long time about my feelings for her son,” Ella said. What he said was true because he did not hide from the man who stood as his father for many years.
“But Damian he didn’t know,” Rebecca reminded.
“I already mentioned him, after something happened to us.” Ella admits.
“And what did he say?” Rebecca also wanted to know the man’s position.
“She apologized to me,” Ella’s voice trailed off a little as she remembered that conversation.
“What a shameful thing he did!” Rebecca’s anger for her pet finally subsided. “But Ella, what if you talk to her again? Just try,” Rebecca suggested because nothing would happen if she let the girl go.
Ella smiled when she heard Rebecca’s suggestion. “Thank you so much and you’re so kind to me, that’s why, I can’t face him again. I’ll just let him go, so please, don’t just tell Damian that you saw me leave. Neither will he notice I’m not here anymore because he’s busy with Tanya. ”
“I really feel sorry for you, if only I could go with you.” Said Rebecca.
“Oh no, don’t. I’m more comfortable when you’re just here at home,” Ella replied. “How are you Rebecca, I’m leaving, but don’t worry because I’ll call you when I get there.”
Rebecca sighed as she stared at Ella. “If you really love him, fight back.”
Ella smiled at what the old man said and replied, “Whether I like it or not, the words we don’t have are holding me back.”
