Daniel stared at Louis, it was no news that the mere sight of Louis was enough to get him angered but this time, he was even more furious than he had ever being.
Loosening his grip on Louis’ shirt, his hand made his way to Louis’ neck as he held on to it, so firmly that his brother started to choke. Louis wasn’t going to give up so easily either and he held on to Daniel’s neck too, both brothers choking themselves.
Even though they were hurting each other, Louis had to admit that Daniel had the upper hand here because he was suffering more here. “Daniel, it’s just a little deal, you just have to agree” he said as he coughed but then Daniel, he didn’t even flinch.
It was almost like Louis was giving him a massage and Louis hated that fact. “In your dreams” Daniel said and before Louis knew it, using his second hand, Daniel removed Louis’ hand from his neck as he started to bend it while Louis stared in pain as he struggled to get free.
“D.. Daniel?” He called as his brother slowly started to bend his hand and before he knew it, Daniel was now free of his grip and then, much to his dismay, Daniel threw him across the living room and he was sent, crashing into one of the pillars.
He remebered what had happened the last time Daniel had gotten this angry. He wouldn’t even wait for it to happen again and he got up to try and run off but then Daniel was quick to get to him and he caught him in the nick of time as he held on to the collar of his shirt, hatred and fury in his eyes. “You want one night with Kathryn don’t you?” He asked as he hit Louis’ head against the pillar. “Well then, you’ll have to first enjoy a day filled with beatings from me before that” he said and before Louis knew it, Daniel sent a punch to his stomach and he gasped in pain as Daniel flung him to the door.
He wanted to get to and make for the run but he was just too weak at this point. He would not show his weakness, he would subdue the whole pain, he would never let him know the amount of pain he was in.
Daniel went and grabbed the vacuum cleaner as he turned the suction on and Louis stared in shock, what was he planning to do? He wouldn’t dare! The maid, Rosè stared in shock, what was going on between the two brothers? Why were they always fighting?
Louis stepped back slowly as Daniel moved closer to him with the vacuum but then, considering how inhired he was, he couldn’t move very much farther and that helped Daniel as he immediately placed the suction on Louis’ skin and Louis screamed in pain.
It was when he was feeling this pain that a painful memory hit him.
FLASHBACK….
“Rule number one, be ruthless, fear no one..” a grown man said as he walked to a twelve year old boy, a vacuum suction in his hands and the little boy moved back slowly as tears streamed down his cheeks.
“No papa, I’m already ruthless, I fear no one, I’m sorry” he said and that was when the grown man reached him as he grabbed on to his hair.
“That’s what I hate. Never apologize and always fight back, even if it’s your last” the man said and then placed the suction on the little boy’s leg and the boy let out a loud scream.

Remembering this, Louis held on to the suction as he pressed it even more against his own skin and Daniel stared at him, confused. He had never expected that Louis would take such a step in hurting himself.
“You want to hurt me don’t you? Come on, hurt me but get this, keep it in mind that the amount of pain I feel is the amount I’ll inflict on Kathryn, double fold” he said and Daniel’s hand started to shake but then Louis pressed it on his skin even more. “You enjoyed that night right? Trust me, I’ll make sure Kathryn enjoys the pain I’ll inflict on her even more ” he said as he sniffled and just then, Daniel took the suction off as he hit Louis hard on the neck.
“There was nothing that transpired between Kathryn and I and if you even dare to hurt her, trust me, I’ll kill yo” he said and with that, he kicked Louis in the chest .
He turned and made to leave the house when someone walked in. “Mr Lopez, do you really want to kill your brother for your assistant?”
Daniel stared at him as he sent a punch to the man’s stomach and it only took that punch to knock the man out. He turned to Louis, “wait and watch what I’ll do to you ” he said and walked away.

The smell of chloroform filled the air softly as Kathryn tried to open her eyes slowly, but she was welcomed with nothing, just utter darkness. She tried to stand up, but felt her hand tied behind her tightly on the chair. She winced at the pain caused by the tension on her wrist, and on her legs.
The last thing she remembered was having a cloth over her nose when she was outside the company building, the reporters questioning and saying such mean things to her and Daniel.
She couldn’t remember much afterwards, only the fact that she had struggled a lot but eventually gave in. She heard the door opening slowly as the lights came on, she felt her blindfold come off as she tried her best to open her eyes. She stared around the room to get a better view of the environment, in hopes that it would be useful for her incase she had plans to escape later on, as it was getting clear to her that she had just been kidnapped, and for reasons she couldn’t quite put together right now.
She didn’t remember doing anything bad or hurting any big don that would warrant her being here in this position. She was still in thought when she recalled something, could it be that one of the people Daniel had hurt wanted to hurt her? She shook her head, it couldn’t be.
She was trained, made sure she cleared all her graces and still yet she had gotten kidnapped with so much of a struggle.
She turned back around to stare at the man who was sitting next to her already. She immediately recognized him, he was one of the reporters. Her eyes widened in shock as she stared at him, had the whole interview being a trap to kidnap her?
“Miss Kathryn Rivera,” she finally heard his voice softly yet seductively. Why was the sound of her name on this man’s mouth different? She hated this, so much!
She stared at him, his face didn’t ring a bell as she was trying so hard to recall if she had ever stepped on his tail but then, he didn’t look familiar to her. She kept on trying hard to get free but then, she had being tied rather too tightly.
“Coming between two brothers and making them fall for you is a crime and it comes with a repercussion…..” He sighed for some time “Why did you do it?” He added.
“Do what?” She asked, still not knowing why she was here and what he was talking about.
“I do have time for games!!!” He snapped, not batting an eye from Dawn.
“But I’m afraid the boss doesn’t.” He told her and she stared at him, confused.
“What are you even saying? Let go of me right now or else you would regret what I would do to you” she said as she continued to struggle to get free and before she knew it, she heard laughter coming from a side of the room and as she turned, her jaw dropped in shock as she stared at the man who had just walked in.
“This isn’t Daniel’s town Kathryn, it’s my town and unlike Daniel’s town, I’m the one who calls the shots here”
She stared at him, shocked. “Lo…Louis?”
His face came to light, he was quite injured.
“Yes, I’m here” he told her with a smile on his face. “After today, you’ll become mine and Daniel wouldn’t be able to do anything about it” he said and she stared at him.
She couldn’t believe this, had Louis really kept her hostage the whole time?
