Solving problem

Third Person’s POV
Celina had been worried about Jefferson after she found out about the problem with the company he was facing. Although she knew that everything on the social media had been manipulated by someone, that scared her even more. She couldn’t think of anyone who would do that to the company because, as far as she knew, Scott Group was the number one company in the country, not just for its services, but also for the fair treatment of its employees. The company compensated its employees more than others, competitors or not.
When she was working there, she saw how much their employees valued the company and she knew that it was because the company treated them well. If not, they would have been on the street fighting for their rights. Most of what she heard were all praise and gratefulness that the company had helped them in so many ways.
“Got some problems?” Dennis asked. She didn’t notice that he was already in front of her.
“No, not much.”
“You’re in deep thoughts and you’re saying not much?” he asked again. Celina smiled at him as she shook her head.
“It’s really fine, now, what do you need?”
“Get down to business, eh?” he said but still continued as she didn’t respond to that. “Anyway, I would like to ask you about the development of the country club.”
“Everything’s going fine. That was the exact reason why I came to visit the site every week, because I wanted to ensure that there would be no problems with the construction. I didn’t want to make unnecessary explanation reports, you know.” she replied and Dennis laughed.
“OK, since you didn’t want to tell me what’s bothering you, I am not going to pressure you. But if you ever need anything I can help you with, don’t hesitate to tell me.”
“Thank you, Dennis. I appreciate your concern.” she replied,
“We’re business partners and I get to like you being my friend,” he replied before he left her table.
Celina started working again and tried to clear her mind. She was certain that her husband would be able to find out everything and would surely settle what needed to be settled and end their problems.
On the other hand, Jefferson was in his office talking to the IT person he asked Daria to find the other day. “What do you think?” he asked,
“Yeah, it was definitely those keyboard warriors, as we called them. They were paid to post malicious comments on anyone their clients asked them to destroy.” Luigi the IT guy replied,
“What do we need to do?” he asked. Daria was just listening to them. She tried really hard to find someone good and it was such a good thing that her husband knew someone.
“The one who did this to your company must have known someone like me and he was the one who was spreading the comments rapidly. Although these keyboard warriors were already powerful enough to destroy someone, they still needed an expert to make it appear like it was not a personal attack.” he explained,
“We will be able to find them, but I think you need to find who was behind this, because even if we solve this now, a new one will certainly arise.” Luigi added, and Jefferson nodded. He agreed with him and even if he didn’t suggest it, he was still sure to find the one behind all of the things that were happening. He will never stop unless he finds him or her. The only problem is, where is he going to start?
“First, I am going to find out the one behind the spread of all of these. Once I find him and get to know his identity, I will be able to track him and all his transactions. Even if he was paid in cash, they would certainly meet or ask someone to do the transaction.”
“Then do what you have to do,” Jefferson replied,
“But, this will take a little longer. Finding someone like me will be very difficult.”
“I understand.”
“For now, I can take down some comments and have your tech support to respond to them the way you deal with complaints.”
“I’ll do that,” Luigi stood up and left as Jefferson got back to his seat.
He was reading the report from the customer service when Noris came in. He didn’t want to talk to him because he was busy, but he was persistent.
“What is it?” he asked, looking at him.
“What do you plan to do with all the complaints that have been flooding into our social media?”
“Since when did you care about the company? ” he asked. He never once remembered his half brother asking him about company problems and it was the first time that he talked to him about it.
“Don’t I have the right to ask?”
“I didn’t say that. I was just curious and surprised. I would have understood it if it was the board, but you are the very first person to ever ask me about it.” Jefferson replied,
“Do you think the board will just sit there and watch as everything happens? I am here to prevent that. That’s why I am asking you. Are you really going to wait for them to use this to oust you?”
“So, you are concerned about me. That’s something I never thought that you would feel towards me, Noris.”
“Are you really going to act like this? If this thing goes on, Celina will definitely think about it and I didn’t want that to happen. I wanted her to just relax and enjoy herself and not make her feel worried about you or the company.”
“So this is all about MY WIFE?” he asked, stressing the last two words. He wanted to remind his half brother that Celina is his wife. “Don’t worry too much, I am going to deal with this my way and will definitely find whoever was behind this.” he added.
“What do you mean behind this? Aren’t those complaints from our clients and customers?” he asked, confused. Jefferson saw that and he was thinking whether he was sincere or not. He didn’t know, but he felt somewhat different. Although Noris looked like he was innocent and had known nothing about anything, he still had this cringing feeling that he had to be wary of his half brother.
“Don’t worry about it, I am going to deal with it. We have faced problems much worse than this and we managed to survive. Now, you go back to work in peace, because even if the board calls me for this, I definitely have answers for them.” he said, indirectly telling him that their conversation was done. Noris gets it and he stands up and leaves his office.
‘I am going to find whoever you are, no matter what. And I just hope that you, Noris, have nothing to do with it,’ he thought.
