It was true. She was indeed taking that girl’s case with levity hands. The girl already managed to be among the Top 10 Best South Korean Broadcasters. If she wasn’t taken care of, she would snatch the first position from her. The first position she had just managed to get after Sandra retired from the industry.
Her hope now was the CEO. The CEO was her only hope. The documentary must not be done. Stephanie was one hundred percent sure the CEO wouldn’t give in to Emily’s pleas. But at the same time, she was scared.
She needed to take that filthy witch down to the lowest level and back into the streets; where she came from!
She needed a scandal. Oh yeah, she did. A scandal that would ruin that girl’s reputation completely. A sex scandal would do.
Stephanie grinned in satisfaction.
But with who?
She furrowed her brows.
She huffed and swiveled her chair, “Nancy, get me the list of well-known ministers in Seoul.”
Nancy tilted her head to the left and arched her brows, “what for?”
“Just get it!” She snapped.
“Ah, nde.” Nancy nodded her head curtly.
“Hum, Stephanie you have a radio show now. Let’s go get you ready.” Carmen carried her bag as she stood up on her feet.
“Who is the guest?” Stephanie asked dryly.
“Mr. Lee of XZ Company,” replied, Carmen.
“Minister Lee?” Stephanie arched her brows.
“Nde.” Carmen nodded as they walked out of Stephanie’s office.
Stephanie’s eyes twinkled as she walked down the corridor. Why not use Minister Lee then? She smirked.

Emily smiled at the angled video camera as she ended her broadcast.
Elder Master Choi furrowed his brows as he watched the girl on the TV.
“Grandfather, do you know that that sister has been here before?” Becky grinned widely as she stared dreamily at the lady on TV.
“Really? What did she come here to do?” Elder Master Choi asked in keen interest.
“She is Vincent’s friend. The last time she came, she left in a hurry.” Becky pouted and sighed wearily.
“Uh?” Elder Master Choi furrowed his brows.
“Why?” He asked.
“I don’t know grandpa, but I really like that sister.” Her face fell.
“Really?” Elder Master Choi tilted his head.
“If you want to see her again, tell me.” He smiled
“Hal-aboeji!” Becky frowned.
Elder Master Choi shrugged his shoulders, “Wae? She”s your cousin after all.”
“Grandpa everything is not about mone…” Becky’s voice trailed off.
She blinked her eyes once and turned her head to look at her grandfather. “Grandpa, what did you say?”
Elder Master Choi cleared his throat. “She is your cousin. Your father and her mother were siblings.”
Becky pursed her lips, “Mbo?! How come? Grandpa is her mum dead too?”
“Ani. Her mother went ahead to marry the man your grandfather told her not to marry, so your grandfather disowned her.” Elder Madam Choi chipped in.
Becky opened her mouth even wider, “Mbo?!!!”

“Goodnight sis.” Emily waved her hand and got in her car.
As soon as she closed the door and brought out her car key from her bag, she felt a handkerchief cover her nose, then, she blacked out.
Since the glasses of her car were tinted, no one saw anything.
Pal Gye stared at the lifeless girl and dialed his boss’ phone number.
He spoke up as soon as Vincent picked the call, “Boss, I got her.”
“Good. Take care of her; make it fast and silent. Not in EWEI, though. Drive her out of that place first.” Vincent replied as he drove. He was going home.
“Ye.” Pal Gye hung up.
He carried the unconscious girl out of the driver’s seat and placed her in the passenger’s seat before getting himself settled in the driver seat.
He picked the key that had slipped out of Emily’s hands when he drugged her, from the seat, and kick-started the car; he drove out of EWEI.

“Oppa!” Becky rushed towards the door as soon as she heard the sound of her brother’s car revving.
She grinned as she watched Vincent walk into the lounge, “Oppa!”
Vincent strolled over to her and ruffled her hair playfully. “Uhn, baby sister.”
Becky stared intently at her brother as they walked side-by-side towards the stairs, “do you remember that sister that you brought home the other day?”
“Uhn, what about her?” He sighed.
“She’s our cousin!” Becky squeaked giddily.
Vincent blinked his eyes once and stopped in his tracks. He turned to face Becky.
“What did you say?” He asked with a puzzled look on his face.
“Yeah. Grandpa and grandma told me a while ago. Her mum is dad’s sister; she’s our aunt.” She replied, grinning from ear to ear.
Vincent straightened his back, an unfathomable expression on his face.

Stone clenched his teeth as he trailed after Emily’s car in his.
At first, he had suspected something was wrong when Miss Emily took time before she drove out of EWEI after she got in her car. Butt he had waved it off.
But right now, the car was… Shit! He hit his fist on the steering wheel.
Quickly, he placed a call through to the CEO. “Boss I think there’s a problem.”
*****
Joel clenched his teeth and grabbed his car key. He stood up on his feet and hurried out of his room.
He recalled what Stone told him earlier as he climbed down the stairs; ?”Miss Emily has been kidnapped, Boss.”?
Fixing an earbud in his left ear, he walked out of the lounge and slammed the door behind him.
“Open the gates.” He ordered as soon as he stepped into his car.
A call came on as he got in his car and drove out of the villa, “Track the car. Stone is trailing it but track it down.” Joel ordered.
Whoever that was messing with him out of the two people that could, was messing with fire.
How words that Emily was now his woman, got to the both of them, he did not know. But he was sure it was Vincent, and not the other person, that kidnapped Emily.
He scoffed and gripped the steering wheel tighter as he steered the car to the side.
“Get the guys ready.” He muttered, his index finger on the earbud.
*****
“Pal Gye!!!” Vincent’s teeth clattered as he hit his fist on his steering wheel three consecutive times.
He has been trying to reach through to Pal Gye but it seemed Pal Gye’s phone has been turned off.
“Dammit!” He cursed under his breath.
He grabbed tighter onto the steering wheel and revved up the car as he drove off in an unknown direction.

Danielle wrapped her arms around her chest as she paced back and forth.
Vincent had called her earlier on and told her he was already taking care of her problem for her; Emily.
Danielle had smirked and told him they were going to celebrate whenever she got the chance, but she lied. She was never going to celebrate anything with him because, as soon as Vincent was done with Emily, she would avoid him till she needed him again. That was how and what she had always done: using and dumping him.
But then, she watched Joel drive out of the villa through her window.
Did he already know what she was up to? Did he not? Different thoughts ran through her mind.
She wasn’t sure about anything and the only thing she felt she could do was pace around in her room, and that was what she was doing.
If Vincent gets rid of that girl, her problem would be solved.

Pal Gye gritted his teeth as he looked at the car following him, through the rearview mirror. He was being trailed.
He pressed on the accelerator and increased the speed at which he drove. He quickly swirled the car to the left and drove ahead for thirty seconds or thereabout before steering the car to the right, and back to the left again.
He sped up and looked through the rearview mirror; the car trailing him was no longer behind him. He hastily swiveled the car onto a rough path and parked it there. He brought out his phone and turned on the torch. He carried Emily on his left shoulder, quickly, into an uncompleted building. He dropped her on the floor, dragged an old chair, and sat her on it. Afterward, he walked further into the building to search around for a rope to tie her with.
Emily coughed softly as she gradually regained consciousness. She blinked her eyes numerous times as she tried to blend her eyes with the darkness around.
