Azalea was still confused when she woke up and she thought that she was dreaming. She rubbed her eyes and asked, “Where… where is this?” Monthel’s voice came from beside her ear. “This is my home!”
“What?” Azalea turned to look at Monthel, who was shining a flashlight toward her. “How could this be? Isn’t your house in the central district? Is this a place where the wealthy is supposed to live?”
“Yes, only people like me can live here.”
Azalea did not understand the meaning behind Monthel’s words and he wasn’t the man she thought he was.
“Why would you choose to live in such a shabby place when you’re so rich?”
A cold smile flashed across Monthel’s ugly face. “Alright, get out of the car first. Don’t you feel tired after sitting for such a long time?”
When Azalea followed Monthel and got out of the car, she felt extremely uncomfortable when she looked at the surrounding environment. If it weren’t for the fact that the MPV behind her was worth a million dollars and that she had lived in Monthel’s luxurious villa, as well as the fact that he had given her 2 million dollars, she would have thought that he was a poor man.
Monthel took the child from the car and handed it to Azalea. “Let’s go. My parents and grandfather are waiting for us.”

Azalea felt strange but she didn’t know anyone in the poor countryside, so she had to hold back her temper as she followed Monthel into the house.
An elderly couple in ordinary clothes were sitting in the room watching TV. They were surprised when they heard the sound and looked over, “My son, you’re back!”
“Mom, Dad, I’m back. I’ve also brought my wife and son with me!”

It must be so. “Where’s your grandfather?” Azalea asked.
“Do you want to see him? I’ll take you to his grave tomorrow. Since you’re my wife, you have to offer some incense to my grandfather.”

Monthel sat down with a sneer. “The mansions, luxury cars, and the hundreds of millions are all fake. I’m just a scoundrel from a poor family. You were living in Michael’s house and I was driving his cars as well. He was the one who hired the people who sent us here and the money that was transferred to you belongs to him, so I have to return it.”

“You… you…” Azalea’s vision darkened and she was speechless as she pointed at Monthel.

“This is impossible! I will never live with you!” Azalea cried out in despair.
Monthel sneered and said, “You are my legitimate wife and you are pregnant with my child. Do you think I will let you go so easily? Azalea knew that Monthel was telling the truth, so she collapsed onto the ground in despair.
