Abbie called Leonard in front of the butler, which made the latter surprised to receive her call as soon as he woke up. “Abbie, what’s the matter?”
“I have something very important to tell you. I gave birth earlier than my due date!”
“What?” Leonard was extremely shocked.
Abbie repeated, “I gave birth ahead of time. The child is very healthy, and I’m fine as well.”
“Why would you suddenly give birth? What happened?” Leonard’s intuition told him that this was not a simple matter, but he controlled his anger and asked Abbie.
“I accidentally fell down, so my child had to be born early…”
“B*stards! Weren’t they supposed to take care of you?” Leonard gnashed his teeth.
“It’s my fault. It has nothing to do with the housekeeper and bodyguards. My child and I are fine, so please don’t blame them. I’m begging you, okay?”
Leonard wanted to slaughter the butler and bodyguards. If they called him as soon as something happened to Abbie, he would never allow that child to survive.
But Abbie said that her child was very healthy, so it was impossible for him to ask someone to kill the child.
It would be too obvious! Abbie wasn’t a fool either. If she sensed his intentions, his goal of making her loyal to him would ultimately fail.
It was fated and it was all God’s will!
Leonard was furious, but there was nothing he could do. Abbie was still waiting for him to say that he wouldn’t hold the butler and bodyguards accountable, so he could only agree. “I’ll let them go for your sake!”
However, Leonard threw his phone out and roared angrily after he hung up, “B*stards! D*mn it!”
His assistant heard his furious shouts and quickly pushed the door open. “Mr. Floyd, what happened?”
“Abbie gave birth! These d*mned b*stards actually hid her accident from me. I originally had a chance to kill the child, but my plans are ruined now!”
“Please calm down, Mr. Floyd. It’s not a bad thing for her to give birth, at least we can use her to control Michael.”
Leonard sneered when the assistant mentioned Michael. “Michael doesn’t have any of the Davis family’s shares, so what use can he be to me?”
“Michael is not a fool. He doesn’t love Azalea that much, so I don’t believe that he would give up his shares. I have already arranged for someone to go to the hospital to keep tabs on Wayne and I will report any news to you immediately.”
Meanwhile, in the hospital, Wayne finally woke up after the doctors tried to save him for the past 24 hours.
Stanty and Meadow, who were waiting by the bed, breathed a sigh of relief when Wayne regained consciousness.
“Dad, do you feel uncomfortable anywhere? I’ll call the doctor right away.”
Wayne waved his hand and coughed a few times. Then, his eyes were filled with disappointment when he didn’t see Michael in the room. “Where is Michael?”
“I drove that b*stard away.” Michael didn’t show up at all, but Stanty made up a lie to appease Wayne.
Wayne became agitated. “Ask him to come over now! I have something to ask him!”
“Dad, you’re not feeling well right now. You should rest first and settle your scores with b*stard after you’ve recovered,” Stanty advised.
“Everything will be too late when I recover. I want to see Michael immediately and have a good talk with him! Call him immediately!” Wayne was adamant.
Stanty had no choice but to call Michael, but his call couldn’t get through. “Dad, I can’t get to him.”
“Ask someone to find him! Do it immediately!” Wayne coughed violently.
“Dad, it’s not easy to find that b*stard. His whereabouts have always been a secret!”
“I don’t care what method you use, I want you to find Michael immediately! If you delay any longer, Francis will really take control of the Davis Group. Do you want to see that happen?”
Stanty didn’t want that to happen as well, so he could only order the bodyguards to find Michael. As Wayne took a deep breath and suddenly glanced at Meadow, his anger suddenly rose again.
He glared at Meadow. “You managed to mess everything up again! You are nothing but a a jinx!”
Wayne was absolutely livid when he thought of the current situation.
He naturally wouldn’t blame himself, so he pushed all of the responsibilities to Meadow.
If Meadow hadn’t brought that b*tch Azalea into the Davis family, Michael would have definitely married Abbie and they wouldn’t be enemies with the Clark family.
Michael would also be the head of the Davis family according to the original plan and he wouldn’t go against Wayne’s advice at all.
Meadow was the cause of all this! She was just a good-for-nothing.
Wayne vented all his anger on Meadow. Then, he pointed to Meadow and ordered Stanty, “Send a message to Michael and tell him that if he still wants to go his own way, I’ll drive this shameless b*tch out of the Davis family!”
“Dad!” Meadow panicked. “It’s none of my business. You can’t blame me for what happened to Michael!”
“This woman is a jinx. Our family has been in a mess since you got together with her. I tolerated her for the sake of Michael, but it’s different now!”
Wayne gasped and said, “Send a message to Michael immediately and tell him that this is my last warning! Also, get this woman out of here. I don’t want to see her face ever again!”
When Meadow was driven out, she pulled Stanty’s hand with a sad face and said, “Honey, you can’t leave me alone. It really has nothing to do with me, you have to talk to Dad.”
Stanty was in a dilemma because he never dared to go against his father’s wishes. His life would probably be in jeopardy if he helped Meadow.
Of course, Stanty couldn’t ignore Meadow. “Dad won’t listen to anyone because he’s angry now. I would only make matters worse if I give him advice right now, so the only thing you can do is to ask Michael for help.”

Meadow finally called Michael and it was unexpectedly connected. Michael’s cold voice could be heard, “What’s the matter?”
“Michael, where are you?”
“Why should I tell you?” Michael asked.
Meadow felt Michael’s indifference towards her, but she braced herself and said, “Michael, what did you do? Your grandfather almost had a big accident and he just woke up. You should come to the hospital to see him immediately.”
“I’m busy! I’m going to hang up if there’s nothing else.”
Meadow didn’t dare to talk anymore when she saw that Michael was about to hang up. “Michael, your grandfather is targeting me because of what you did and he wants to drive me out of the Davis family, you need to help me!”
“Really? That’s great!” Michael said with a smile, “You’ve enjoyed a glorious and wealthy life in the Davis family for so many years, so it’s time for you to return to where you came from.”
