The photo was not a simple one. In the photo, William was naked as he hugged a woman and lay on a bed. He had an intoxicating expression. The woman’s face was censored, but the red mole on her chest was quite obvious.
A look of astonishment flashed across Valeria’s face as she looked at the photo. She did not believe that William would do such a thing.
With William’s abilities, people couldn’t take photos of him secretly, even if he did sleep with other women.
But what about this photo? Who was the woman in the photo?
Evelyn had been staring at Valeria ever since she showed her the photo. Valeria retracted her gaze from the photo and looked at Evelyn, who was wearing a low-cut dress today. The red mole on her chest was glaringly obvious.
So the woman in the photo was Evelyn? Did Evelyn and William know each other? And had an intimate relationship?
Valeria felt that it was impossible. If William had a relationship with Evelyn, would he send someone to break her hand and shave her head?

Valeria sneered. “Is the woman in the photo you, Ms. Gurney? I didn’t know that you have such hobbies that you would keep photos like these?”
“Mrs. Howard, don’t you keep mementos of things worth remembering? Like the intimate moments between you and William?” Evelyn asked shamelessly.
“I’m not that disgusting! Besides, Ms. Gurney, my husband, and I are affectionate every day, and we will continue to do so for the rest of our life. We don’t need to keep mementos.”
Seeing that Valeria disregarded the photo, Evelyn was infuriated. “You must have used tricks to capture William’s heart. That’s why you’re so sure he will continue to love you forever, am I right? Don’t you think you’re pretty despicable to use such undignified means to keep a man? That he would be faithful to you even though he doesn’t know what happened?”
“Ms. Gurney, are you out of your mind? Should you see a doctor?” Valeria was furious. She lost her patience with Evelyn and spoke without holding back.
“Valeria Brown, you’re now angry because I’ve exposed you, right? You are such a despicable and shameless woman. Think about what you did. You were the one who used repulsive tricks on William and got pregnant before marriage so that he had to marry you. If he knew you had deceived him, do you think he would still treat you this well? He will make you wish you were dead!”
Valeria was so angry that she laughed. “Ms. Gurney, I want to clarify two things. Firstly, my husband was the one who proposed to me of his own will. We are in love with each other, and getting married is only a matter of course. Secondly, I didn’t get pregnant before marriage. We were married before that. We were legal husband and wife!”
Evelyn didn’t believe it. “You’re lying! You obviously played a trick to get to today’s position with your children.”
Since Evelyn didn’t believe her, Valeria didn’t want to waste more time on her. “It doesn’t matter whether you believe me or not. I don’t need you to believe me. Who do you think you are? What right do you have to comment on the affair between my husband and me?”
“I was the woman he loved. Before you tricked him, he was always with me. The person he loved was me, not you! Valeria, you are a thief. You shamelessly stole his feelings with despicable means!”
“You’re crazy! I won’t talk to a lunatic. Please leave this place immediately!” Valeria ordered Evelyn to leave in disgust.
“What if I don’t want to?”
“You don’t have a choice! Either you get out of here on your own, or I’ll get the bodyguards to throw you out of here. Do you want to leave that way?” Valeria left no room for negotiation.
“How dare you! Valeria, I’m the daughter of the Gurney family. You’d better think this through. The Gurney family are not nobodies and not people you could simply bully. If you dare treat me like this, I will make you wish you were dead!”
“Then I’ll wait and see!” Valeria picked up her phone and made a call. “Send two people to VIP lounge No. 1 immediately!”
“Valeria, are you sure you want to do this?” Evelyn’s expression changed. She had thought that Valeria was easy to bully when she saw how gentle and kind Valeria was. As she did not expect Valeria to throw her out, she was furious. “Think this through. This is no longer between us, but it is related to the Howard family and the Gurney family. Are you sure you want to do this when our families have business relations?”
Valeria ignored Evelyn and took a few sips of fruit juice. Soon, the door of the lounge was pushed open. Two bodyguards in black with grim expressions came in and asked respectfully, “Mrs. Howard, what can we do for you?”
“Ms. Gurney here is getting on my nerves and making me uncomfortable. Please throw her out!”
“Yes, Mrs. Howard!” The bodyguards immediately came forward to grab Evelyn, who was shocked. “Valeria Brown! How dare you!”
Valeria ignored Evelyn and continued to drink her juice. The bodyguards went forward and picked Evelyn up.
Evelyn’s hair was in a mess, and her face was pale. She had thought that Valeria was scaring her.
Now that she was dragged out by the bodyguards like a dead animal, Evelyn finally realized that Valeria was serious. Valeria really wanted to throw her out.
There were so many rich and powerful people outside. If she, the daughter of the Gurney family, were thrown out by the bodyguards, she would lose her dignity.
Then, the sound of footsteps came outside the door. William’s voice rang out, “Valeria! Honey!”
“I’m here!” Valeria responded.
When Evelyn heard William’s voice, she thought she had found a savior. “William! William, save me!”
William appeared at the door of the lounge and was stunned when he saw the bodyguards carrying Evelyn.
Evelyn immediately called for help like she had seen hope. “William! Mrs. Howard wants to throw me out! William, please stop her!”
William looked at Valeria and asked, “Honey, what’s going on?”
“Ms. Gurney was impolite and spewing nonsense, making me disgusted. I feel uncomfortable having such a ill-mannered person here, so I wanted her to leave. Since she refused to, I could only make her!”
Evelyn thought that since Valeria had deceived William and made him lose his memory, she would definitely not dare to tell William about the photo. She immediately retorted, “I didn’t. Mrs. Howard is treating me unjustly!”
“My wife is not the kind of person who would treat others unjustly. Since she said that you are ill-mannered, then you must be! Take her outside!”
William said this lightly. Evelyn was dumbfounded as she thought the situation would turn around when William came. She didn’t think that William was obedient to Valeria to this extent. Of course, Evelyn didn’t want to be thrown out, so she immediately conceded. “I’ll walk out myself! Can’t I walk out myself?”
Valeria didn’t even look at her. Evelyn looked at William, who shrugged and said, “I can’t make the decision. You have to beg my wife! She has the final say.”
