Azalea was hungry the whole night as she slept on the bed and she got up early in the morning.
She washed up and went downstairs. She felt even more hungry when she smelled the smell of breakfast from the kitchen. She went into the kitchen and took the initiative to talk to the servant. “Auntie, do you need my help?”
“No.” The servant rejected Azalea. Her stomach growled a few times and she left with shame after the servant glanced at her.
She was very hungry and she really wanted to eat, but she knew the rules of the Floyd family. She was not at the stage where she could do whatever she wanted.
In addition to this. Fandrey, Deborah, and Callum, were nowhere to be seen, so she couldn’t do anything by herself no matter what.
She had no choice but to endure it, so she sat down on the sofa in the living room and began to browse the news with her mobile phone.
Fandrey, Deborah, and Callum finally appeared after Azalea waited in the living room for more than an hour. She immediately stood up to greet them. After the lesson she learnt last night, she did not dare to address them as her family. Instead, she greeted, “Good morning, Mr. Floyd, Fandrey, and Deborah!”
Fandrey and Deborah nodded lightly. Their attitudes were distant, but Callum’s attitude was much better. “Why are you up so early? Come and have breakfast!”
Azalea nodded and followed them into the dining hall.
Everyone began to eat silently after the servants prepared breakfast and no one spoke during the whole meal. Their breakfast was very quiet and Callum noticed that something was wrong.
Why did Deborah and Fandrey treat Azalea so coldly?

Callum and Fandrey went to the company together after breakfast and they sat in the same car. Sammuel drove while Callum finally asked, “Dad, what’s going on between both of you and Azalea?”
“Hehe, I was going to tell you even if you didn’t ask. Azalea really isn’t a good person.”
Fandrey gave the recording and video William had handed him to Callum. “Look at this. You’ll know once you read it.”
Callum was livid after he opened the video and watched it. “That’s ridiculous! She’s too outrageous!”
“Your mother and I didn’t know that she was such a person. We knew about her affair after your mother took her out for dinner and they bumped into Oscar. Fortunately, we knew about it early. Otherwise, it would be a disgrace to the Floyd family if your mother continued to take her out.”
Although Callum was angry, he spoke up when he remembered that Azalea was his and Emily’s only child. “Dad, what are you going to do with Azalea in the future?”
Fandrey sneered. “What else can we do? It’s impossible to reveal her identity.”
“It can’t be kept a secret forever, right? No matter what, she’s still a child of the Floyd family.”
“I don’t care what you think. Anyway, I will never admit her identity in public as long as I’m alive!”
Callum saw that Fandrey’s attitude was firm. He thought that Fandrey was angry, so he kept silent when he decided that this matter should be taken step by step.
Abbie was woken up by Valeria’s phone call in the morning. She closed her eyes as she grabbed the phone casually before she lazily said hello.
“What’s going on? Are you still sleeping? What time is it?”
“Hm?” Abbie asked.
“It’s 10 o’clock. What’s wrong with you? Why aren’t you up yet?”
“I drank too much last night and my head still hurts.” Abbie sat up and she had a pounding headache. She held her temple with one hand. “It hurts!”
“Who did you drink with?”
“Thomas, of course.”
“Why did you drink with him? Wouldn’t Michael be jealous?” Valeria teased.
“Don’t mention his name. I went to drink because of him.”
“Did you guys quarrel?” Valeria laughed. “Didn’t you ask for 20 million dollars from Michael? I’ve prepared the money for you, so how do you want me to give it to you?”
Abbie sighed and said, “I don’t want it anymore! Michael didn’t want the money and he said that I was meddlesome. I was so angry that I went to drink, but Thomas advised me that Michael was worried that he would lose the money. I thought that Thomas was right. Well, it’s alright if Michael doesn’t want the money. Anyway, I don’t want to be part of the Davis family either. Instead of trying to fix the Davis family, I might as well live his own life.”
Valeria asked, “You really don’t want it anymore?”
“Yes!”
“Okay, you can ask me again if you need it in the future. By the way, why don’t you come to my house for lunch? I’ll ask the staff to prepare delicious food for you.”
“Forget it. my head still hurts. Let’s talk about it tomorrow.” Abbie let out a sigh and lay down after she hung up, but she suddenly sat up after a while.
She remembered that she wasn’t wearing this dress when she was drinking with Thomas. How could she change into pyjamas? Who helped her change her clothes?
Was it Thomas?
Wasn’t this too scary? Abbie jumped out of bed in fright.
If it was really him, did he see her naked body?
What did Thomas do to her? Would he take advantage of her?
Abbie looked at the bed. The bedsheets were in a mess and the clothes she wore last night were on the ground. The most important thing was that all of it reeked of alcohol.
Abbie was angry and resentful when she saw the marks on her neck in front of the mirror. She then took out her mobile phone and dialled Thomas’ number without any hesitation.
Thomas answered the phone without saying anything. She gnashed her teeth and asked, “Thomas, to be honest, what did you do to me last night?”
Thomas was stunned for a moment. “I didn’t do anything, I just made you a cup of honey. I left after Michael came.”
Abbie felt relieved when she heard that Michael had been with her. “Did he really come?”
“Of course, weren’t you aware of it?”
“I’m sorry, but I… I’m a little dizzy. I lost my mind when I was drunk last night!”
Abbie hung up the phone and let out a sigh as she held her chest. It was a relief that she was with Michael.
Did Michael, that bastard, want her to have a heart attack? He was so unreasonable to quarrel with her, but he even snuck over to sleep with her and left without saying a word. How could he even do this?
Abbie got angry at the thought, so she reached out to take her phone because she wanted to call Michael. However, her phone rang and she saw that it was Meadow.
Abbie looked at the phone number in disgust. “What’s the matter?”
“Do you know about what happened to Michael?” Meadow asked arrogantly.
“I don’t!” Abbie replied coldly.
“Really? Didn’t Michael tell you?” Meadow laughed a few times. “Michael is going to be with Azalea again!”
“Are you daydreaming?” Abbie sneered. “Why does he need to wait until now if he really likes her?”
“Are you really unaware of everything? The reason why Michael and Azalea are going to be together is that she persuaded her father to invest in the Davis family. You probably don’t know who she is, do you? She is the eldest daughter of the Floyd family. Callum is her father, Fandrey is her grandfather, and William is her cousin!”
