The next morning, after Hayden woke up, he didn’t wait for William and Valeria. After breakfast, he brought Lucas and his bodyguards to Wolf Group.
In the presidential suite’s dining room, Callum and Angel were accompanying Fandrey and Deborah to have breakfast.
Except for Angel, the other three people’s face expressions were obviously unnatural. Angel knew the reason well. She said, “Grandpa and grandma, I saw bad news last night when I was visiting on the forum. It was about William. Someone posted that it was William who ordered his bodyguard to kill David. There were all kinds of speculations and comments. What is going on?”
Hearing Angel’s words, Fandrey’s expression turned awful. “What forum did you see?”
“There are several famous forums in the country. Look, the posts on the forum are still there. There were only a few when I saw them last night, but the pages are full now.” Angel said as she opened the forum to let Fandrey read those posts.
Fandrey glanced at the title of the post and looked at Callum. “Do you know this?”
“I just heard about it when I got up in the morning. I was about to tell you after having dinner with you.” Callum nodded.
“Who’s making trouble for this matter?” Fandrey’s expression was a bit serious. “This matter is so severe, the public comments are in a negative way. William knew about this matter, right? What’s his reaction?”
“I don’t know!” Callum shook his head. “It’s impossible that William doesn’t know about this. I have been wondering why he didn’t order people to suppress these negative public opinions. What the hell is he doing?”
Deborah took over Callum’s words. “Perhaps William doesn’t know about this yet. Otherwise, he wouldn’t let things develop like this. We have to tell him about this. We can’t let William misunderstand.”
“That’s what I’m thinking too. Call William and let him know.” Fandrey was not in the mood to have his breakfast. “Call now!” He ordered Callum.
Callum picked up his phone and was about to call William. All of a sudden, the doorbell rang. Sammuel walked over and opened the door. When he saw the angry Hayden with the bodyguards at the door, he was shocked. “You…”
Before Sammuel could finish his sentence, he was interrupted by Hayden. “Where’s Callum? Tell him to come out immediately!”
Upon hearing Hayden’s voice, Fandrey and Deborah exchanged glances. “Why is Hayden Howard here? Is it because of the public’s comments?”
“Mom and Dad, continue having your breakfast. I’ll take a look!” Callum knew that Fandrey and Deborah were having hatred with Hayden. He immediately stood up to check as he worried that they would have a quarrel with Hayden.
Although Fandrey and Deborah were unwilling to meet Hayden, they knew that they should not have a quarrel at this moment. The two of them sat at the table, but they did not continue to have their breakfast. Instead, they were listening to the commotion at the door.
Seeing Callum come out, Hayden sneered and said, “Callum, I’m here today to ask you something. I’ve always been straightforward. Tell me, are you the one who wrote on the forum? What are you doing? Why did you slander William is the one who killed your bodyguard?”
“What nonsense are you talking about? Am I that kind of person?”

In fact, there are only you, William, and the police who know about this matter. William isn’t a fool and he wouldn’t be self-destructed. The police would not reveal the case either because that’s their responsibility. You’re the only suspect right now.”
Callum shook his head and said, “You’ve exaggerated. I didn’t do that. To be honest, I just knew about it, and I was going to call William to ask about the situation.”
“Call William and ask about the situation? Why did you ask William about something you did? Let’s get this straight. Did William offend you to the extend that you want to kill him?” Hayden’s voice was savage. “I understand that you’re sad for your bodyguard’s death, but what does it have to do with William? The police didn’t even make a conclusion. Why did you deliberately ruin William’s reputation? What is Howard family to you?”
In the face of Hayden’s aggressiveness, Callum was embarrassed. After all, this was all caused by him. If he didn’t call the police, William wouldn’t be involved in this matter. It was unfavorable to him, but he was innocent too.
“Hayden, calm down! William is my nephew, why should I ridicule him like this?”

“You are talking nonsense. Don’t mess around with me!”
“You’ll soon find out whether I’m messing around with you or not. William is honest and frank, he has nothing to do with your bodyguard’s death. He treated you well, what did you repay to him? Callum, William is kind, but it doesn’t mean that I’m kind too. This isn’t over!”
Hayden’s words were clearly heard by Fandrey and Deborah. In the beginning, Deborah had tried her best to endure, but she couldn’t suppress it anymore when she heard this. She got up and rushed out, “Hey, what do you want?”
Hayden took a step back when he saw Deborah was rushing out. “I’ll treat your son exactly as how you treat my son!”
“How dare you! You’ve harmed my daughter, and yet you still dare threaten my son. Do you think the Floyd family is so easy to bully?” Deborah was furious when she saw Hayden. “You’re going to make a fuss about it. Pay your life for Matilda! You still owe the Floyd family!”
“I know that I owe to Matilda, but it has nothing to do with Callum who had slandered William! Is Floyd family did this to William in order to take revenge on me because of Matilda?”
“Stop saying nonsense!” Deborah was so angry that she stomped her feet. “William is my grandson. How can I be unkind to him?”
“That’s the fact. William’s situation is caused by Callum. It’s no use denying it!”
The two of them quarreled noisily. Valeria came hurriedly from the corridor. “Dad! Dad! Why are you here?”
