William was lost in his thoughts while Sammuel, who was sitting next to him, was also surprised by the ambush. He recalled that after receiving the call from William, he immediately took two bodyguards to wait in the parking lot for him.
Sammuel did not have contact with anyone after that. How did the news of William going to the hospital to visit Natasya leaked out?
“Is there a mole among the people that he had brought along?” Sammuel was going through his men in his head one after the other.
They were carefully selected and loyal to him. Sammuel found it difficult to make an assumption about them.
Sammuel decided to be on his toes and would head back to investigate further.
Bobby was already waiting for William as they headed back to the hotel of Wolf Group. Bobby opened the door and reached out his hand to help William out of the car. He then nodded to Sammuel and accompanied William to head back to the presidential suite from the underground parking lot.
Sammuel and the two bodyguards didn’t follow Bobby when he came to pick William up. They headed back to their own rooms instead.
William finally dropped his act after returning to his room. He sat down on the sofa and told Bobby, “Get my father to arrange for a few men to make a scene at Natasya’s ward! Tell him to put on the best show that he can with the reason that Natasya had shamelessly seduced me!”
Bobby grinned and went to make a phone call while Valeria just came out from the bedroom. She proposed with a smile, “Why don’t you leave it to me? I promise you that I’ll let Natasya have a taste of hell!”
“Cut it out. How could we let you go when you’re currently pregnant? It’s better for you to stay at home and wait for the updates,” William replied with a smile.
“I would really want to, and I am thinking of grabbing her head and smashing it against the wall! I would be like the wife who beats up the mistress and gives her a hard time!” Valeria rubbed her fists.
“Sweetheart, it’s not good to act violently, alright? Besides, you have made a mistake in your previous statement. You are my wife, but Natasya is not my mistress as she is just a shameless woman who ought to frame me and I am not interested in her at all.”
“I know that. There’s no need to explain further!” Valeria sat down next to William and continued, “But, I really want to beat her up! How about I head over to watch the show instead?”
“No! If something happens to you, killing her would not even be able to patch things up,” William refused sternly.
However, he immediately added as Valeria had her sad face on, “I’ll ask them to record it live and we can then enjoy the show when they get back. Is that okay?”
“Alright then,” Valeria unwillingly agreed.
Sammuel’s face turned cold and stern as he returned to the room with the bodyguards. “Which one of you had leaked the news of William paying a visit to the hospital today?”
They shook their heads and retorted, “We have been keeping our mouths shut. Bro, we’ve been working under you for so many years. How could we do such a thing and turn our backs against you?”
“Who could it be then? You shall put your heads together as William is expecting an answer from us!” Sammuel’s tone was increasingly serious.
The bodyguards thought carefully, and one of them suddenly said, “Bro, I remember something! When I was preparing to head out, Angel had asked me about the updates of William.”
“What?” Sammuel paused for a moment before he continued, “What did she ask you and how did you answer her questions? You have to tell me everything clearly.”
“Angel had sent me a message when we had been appointed to accompany William to the hospital. During this period of time, she has been very interested in William and would ask me about his news every day. I would report to her accordingly as I did not think it’s out of the blue. I then told her about William paying a visit to Natasya in the hospital and she was unhappy about it. She also complained to me why would William make an effort to see that b*tch.”
He then let Sammuel have a look at the conversation with Angel and Sammuel was flustered upon reading it. There was no doubt that there was a mole in the Floyd family, but it was definitely not her.
Angel must have made a slip of the tongue to let the enemy knew about the plan. However, the enemy must have his men here as the arrangement in the hospital was being made swiftly. It looked like Sammuel had to be on his toes to avoid such a thing happening again.
Sammuel then reminded the bodyguards, “I’m warning you. Do not repeat this silly mistake again!”
They immediately nodded while Sammuel gave a call to Fandrey and told him about the situation in the hospital today. Fandrey sneered, “Are you saying that there is a traitor in my family? Wow, I have spared no efforts to avoid enemies from outside and did not expect this. I’d like to see who is playing tricks on me!”
In the hospital, Natasya and Raelyn were talking about William’s illness. Natasya complained, “I’m so pissed! It’s a rare thing for him to visit me but it was all ruined because of that thing! Who is behind all of this? I will not let him off the hook if I managed to find out the culprit!”
“Who else could it be? My bet is on Hardy! He is now head to head against us but Talitha still insists on marrying him. This is such a piece of saddening news to me!”
Raelyn’s words made Natasya sneer, “Is Talitha really in love with him?”
“Yes! She shuts her ears no matter what I say to her. How could he be interested in marrying her judging by the current circumstances? She would still have a chance if the company is fine and we are on good terms with your grandfather and uncle. I have to find a way to make her give up!”
“What? Mom, you don’t have to squeeze your brain. I have a good idea!”
As Natasya replied to Raelyn, a noisy voice suddenly emerged outside of her ward. “Natasya! Natasya, get the hell out of here!”
“Natasya, you shameless b*tch! Get the fu*k out of here! I will beat you to death and teach you a lesson!”
“Who is that ill-mannered person?” Raelyn stood up with anger and was ready to have a look outside. As she paced to the door of the ward, several middle-aged women who looked strong and tough were heading towards them with anger on their faces.
A woman, presumable the leader of the group, pointed at Raelyn upon seeing her. “This is the mother of that b*tch, which means that she must be here. Let’s get in and beat her up!”
The women pushed Raelyn away and marched into the ward. Raelyn tried her best to stop them, “What are you doing? How could you be such a bully?”
“Bully? Pfft! Such a shameless piece of trash! Is your daughter having trouble marrying someone? Or is it that there are no more men in the world? I have never seen such an unprincipalled women who pretends to be Wlliam’s girlfriend! Why doesn’t she take a look at herself in the mirror? Do you think your daughter actually stands a chance?”
The woman spat at Raelyn’s face, “They say that a parent is a child’s first teacher. You were also a wh*re who was dying to get married to a wealthy and influential man. You’re now letting your daughter take your place since your life now is in a big mess? Where and how does she intend to sell herself? Why would you deceive Mr. William?”
“Why are you so uncultured?” Raelyn was extremely angry but could not do anything as she had no chance against those women. She intended to call for help, but the group of women threw her phone away. They then rushed into Natasya’s ward.
