Marcellus turned back furious, spotting the person who vomited such stupid thoughts, “yes I am you Alpha, the one who protects and guides this pack and how dare you, do you like war? I’m finding peace and you keep talking off point”.
“I’m sorry Alpha”, the woman who said it apologized.
“I’m very disappointed in you and next time, don’t dare or even think about questioning my order. Is that understood?”, Marcellus asked angrily as the woman nodded regretting all she said, there Alpha had kept them safe and she said that hurtful thing to him. She started feeling awful and apologized again, “I’m really sorry Alpha, please forgive me”.
Marcellus looked at her, he Just nodded and left, it wasn’t everything there will be violence, what the woman said was deeply annoying and he didn’t have the energy for that right now. He left the area, returning back.
**At the Black Fangs Clan**
Lord Dimitri stood on the balcony of his castle, surveying the vast forests that surrounded his domain. The night was quiet, with only the sound of leaves rustling and the occasional hoot of an owl breaking the silence. His thoughts were lost in contemplation of the events of the past few years.
He had just finished dealing with a group of rogue vampires that had been causing havoc in the nearby villages. It had taken a lot of effort, but he had finally managed to put an end to their reign of terror. However, his mind was also preoccupied with thoughts of his younger brother.
As children, Lord Dimitri and his brother had been inseparable, but as they grew older, they had taken different paths. Lord Dimitri had chosen to stay in their homeland and rule over the vampires that lived there, while his brother had left to explore the world.
Lord Dimitri had always wondered what his brother was up to and had often worried about him. He had heard rumors of his brother being involved with dangerous vampires and even demons. However, he had never heard from him directly.
As he stood on the balcony lost in thought, a servant approached him and handed him a letter. The servant bowed and left, leaving Lord Dimitri alone with the letter.
He opened the letter and began to read. It was from his brother, and it said that he was returning home after many years of absence. Lord Dimitri felt a mix of emotions as he read the letter. He was happy that his brother was coming back, but he was also worried about what he might bring with him.
Lord Dimitri knew that his brother had always been impulsive and had a tendency to get into trouble. He wondered what kind of trouble he might bring with him this time. He continued reading the letter and was surprised to learn that his younger brother had joined the military and was now a high-ranking officer.
Lord Dimitri felt a sense of pride and relief wash over him. He had always known that his brother was capable of great things, and now it seemed that he had found his calling. He wondered what his brother had seen and experienced during his time in the military, and he felt a sense of excitement at the thought of hearing his stories.
Lord Dimitri immediately sent a reply to his brother, welcoming him home and expressing his excitement at the prospect of seeing him again. He also sent word to his other vampire subjects, instructing them to prepare a grand feast in honor of his brother’s return.
As he waited for his brother’s arrival, Lord Dimitri found his mind wandering back to their childhood. He remembered the adventures they had shared, the mischief they had gotten into, and the bond they had formed. He hoped that they could rekindle that bond and that his brother’s return would mark the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
Days passed, and Lord Dimitri received word that his brother’s arrival was imminent. He instructed his guards to prepare the castle for his brother’s arrival, ensuring that everything was clean, polished, and presentable. The vampires were excited at the prospect of meeting their master’s younger brother and preparing a feast in his honor.
Finally, the day arrived, and Lord Dimitri made his way to the castle gates to welcome his brother home. He could feel his heart pounding with anticipation as he waited for the gates to open. And then, they did.
His brother rode in on clean black car accompanied by a two other people, who was assumed it be his brother Charles friends . Lord Dimitri was struck by how much his brother had changed. He was dressed in a military uniform, his hair cropped short, and his face tanned from years spent under the sun.
“Brother!” Lord Dimitri called out, stepping forward to embrace him. They hugged tightly, and Lord Dimitri felt his heart swell with joy at the sight of his younger brother.
“It’s good to see you, brother,” Lord Dimitri said, smiling. “You look different.”
“I’ve been away for a long time,” his brother replied, returning the smile. “But I’m glad to be back.”
Lord Dimitri led his brother into the castle, where they were greeted by the vampires who were still busy preparing a grand feast in his honor and arranging the place. The smell of roasted meat, fresh bread, and sweet wine filled the air, and Lord Dimitri’s brother looked around in amazement.
“This is incredible,” he said, his eyes widening at the sight of the preparations “I can’t believe you went through all this trouble for me.”
“Of course, brother,” Lord Dimitri replied, leading him to the head of the table. “We are family, and family takes care of each other”.
Lord Dimitri did the honours of helping his brother to his room and his brother’s friends who are also vampires where taken to their own guest rooms by the maids.
Lord Dimitri smiled to his brother who returned it back and said, “now I’ll show you to your room and you can brief me on your life over the years before the feast will start”.
Charles chuckled, “so…”.
