Chapter 494: Meeting Violence with Violence!

A Wolfman guard came to report to Robin. After listening, Robin waved his hand dismissively, “Don’t bother with him. When he is chased to desperation by the Temples, he will come looking for me. Because at that time, I will be the only one who can protect him.”
“Yes, sir.” The Wolfman guard left.
Robin then set out on the road to the imperial court of South Land to resolve one final nuisance…
The imperial capital of South Land, Rose! Rose city was currently the most prosperous place in South Land. But at this moment, it was filled with panic, as the frontlines had been defeated, Walton Myers killed, and the Kisia army was invading. South Land was about to fall.
In the imperial court, panic also reigned. No one had expected the entire million-strong army to be completely routed. South Land now truly had no soldiers left and did not even know how to resist the onslaught of the Kisia forces.
In an inner hall, a minister came to see the emperor of South Land, Whiteford, who had once been heroic and ambitious in his youth, commanding the land. But now, Whiteford sat disheveled on the dragon throne, eyes darkened.
Defeated. Everything was lost. Walton Myers was gone. His million-strong South Land army was gone. His only remaining grandmaster was now gone. He had nothing left. He didn’t even know how to defend against Kisia anymore. He had gambled for ten years, but lost.
Just then, another minister came and said, “Your Majesty, those people have arrived and request that you grant them entry.”
“Your Majesty, think carefully,” the first minister said urgently. He knew who those people were – armies from other countries like Maplia, Riceshire, and United Heartlands. Supposedly they had come to resist Kisia, but who knew if their real intent was to take advantage of South Land’s weakness. After driving out the Kisia soldiers, these armies would likely not leave. South Land currently had no way of stopping them. Then the country would only be ravaged at their mercy.
“Does it make a difference?” Whiteford said expressionlessly. “Approved.”
“Yes, Your Majesty,” the minister said as he left. The other minister finally collapsed to the ground with a sigh. South Land’s foundations would truly now be buried by their own hands.
Outside the imperial court, Jeff Reczek led an army stationed there, waiting for Robin. It had taken the Kisia soldiers three days to kill their way here from the south. They had been waiting for one day for Robin’s arrival.
“General,” Jeff Reczek and the others all greeted Robin when he returned, especially Jeff Reczek who hurriedly said, “Boss, Maplia, United Heartlands, and Riceshire have all made a move.”
“I know,” Robin nodded. He was aware that these major countries could not allow him to annex South Land. Once he did, Kisia’s might would grow tremendously, posing a huge threat to them.
But did he need their interference when he acted?
“March on the imperial court!” Robin ordered. Immediately, the army mobilized. But soon, having heard the news, the allied army also arrived to block the Kisia troops at the gates of the imperial court.
A bearded Western-looking man came forward and said, “I am William, from United Heartlands, now commanding the allied forces. I request an audience with Kisia’s Primus.”
“William, did I not beat you badly enough last battle that you dare show yourself again?” Robin also slowly walked forward, looking disdainfully at William.
He recognized him. An old friend. A great general of United Heartlands with an esteemed status. They had battled before, only William had lost badly, losing the army that was reputed never to fall.
“Robin, you are as aggressive as always,” William looked steadily at Robin, with wariness in his eyes. Because he truly feared him after being defeated so badly. Although mighty, United Heartlands had a small population. That one battle had cost them nearly 300, 000 soldiers, crippling them. They still had not recovered.
“If I’m not aggressive, then who am I? William, for old times’ sake, get lost now. Otherwise, you won’t get away at all. Do you think you are my match?” Robin was not just aggressive, but arrogant, shouting directly for William to scram with the bearing of a hegemon.
William and the others’ expressions turned ugly, shouting back, “Robin, don’t be too wild. Our allied forces here number nearly 400, 000. More than you can handle. Return to Kisia now and we can let bygones be bygones.”
“Let bygones be bygones?” Robin laughed. “William, you really are naive. You want to compete in numbers against my Kisia?”
Robin waved his hand. “Deploy!”
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The ground shook. Then an enormous army appeared: “Eastern Theater Army, White Tiger Corps, Vermillion Bird Corps, Black Tortoise Corps, 300, 000 men reporting!”
Awe-inspiring like a primal beast.
But Robin just laughed again: “You think it’s over? Western Theater, deploy!”
“Yes!” From at least 1, 000 meters behind, a roar sounded, followed by: “Western Theater, all 400, 000 men report for duty before the Primus!”
Everyone was shocked! The armies from all four borderlands had come. All of Kisia’s forces were here.
Then William and the others discovered they were surrounded, completely surrounded.
“Now, do you still think your 400, 000 have an advantage?” Robin asked with arms crossed, looking at William.
William laughed wildly, “You really are a madman, Robin, to be so bold. Let me tell you, I’ve already notified our people to invade Kisia and raze it. I didn’t expect you to make a fatal mistake at the height of your heroic career. Kisia is finished.”
“Is that so?” A sly look flashed in Robin’s eyes. “I, Robin, hereby declare that if anyone dares set foot in my Kisia, I will lead these million soldiers to raze that country to the ground.”
Robin then looked at one country – Maplia – and said, “If anyone dares invade our Kisia, the first country I will destroy is yours. Do not doubt me. The million soldiers here are proof. And don’t argue with me. I don’t do reason. As for why it’s you – I simply don’t like you.”
That man’s face turned white with fright. If any country invaded Kisia, their Maplia would be annihilated. This… this was unreasonable tyranny! But he had no choice, for the other had declared he did not do reason.
Immediately, he contacted Maplia to deploy all their forces to prevent anyone from entering Kisia.
This was true tyranny. Robin did not take the royal way, only the tyrant’s path. He did not rule by virtue, only by might!
He himself was a butcher!
