In this city, the Linton family was considered a major family. Although they were not as prominent as the Roach or Lindsay families, they still held some weight. Of course, the Lindsay family had fallen into hard times due to the death of Theresa Lindsay’s father and many of his comrades, but in the past, the Lindsay family was a powerful force.
The Linton family might not match them, but they held some stature in St. Sunday.
“Mom, somebody bullied me,” Hanh had run home all the way from South Beach Hotel, entering her mansion guarded by a multitude of bodyguards.
Upon reaching home, Hanh found a distinguished woman in the living room.
“What’s the matter, young lady? Why are you in such a hurry?” On the sofa sat a dignified woman wearing a dress, sipping tea with a jade bracelet on her hand, exuding an aura of nobility. This was Marie Linton, the matriarch of the Linton family.
“Mom, someone has been bullying me. Where’s dad? Where is he?” Hanh cried in front of Marie Linton while looking for her father. Normally, it was the father’s job to stand up for his daughter.
“Someone bullied you? What happened? Your father is out. Tell me quickly, I can help you take revenge,” Marie Linton said hurriedly. In the Linton family, her position was quite high.
“Alright.” Hanh knew that her mother was not to be underestimated. But she felt that this kind of thing was better solved by men. However, right now, she couldn’t care less and went straight to Marie Linton, “Mom, I was bullied at South Beach Hotel. There was a social gathering today, and one of my classmates was there. I reprimanded her a little, and she insisted on making a bet with me. She lost, but she refused to admit it and let her boyfriend threaten me with a knife. I was so scared, you have no idea, the knife was so sharp.”
Hanh cried out. Crying, she was good at, and twisting the truth had become second nature to her.

Where is this guy? I’ll find someone to deal with him right now.” Marie Linton was furious. She didn’t care about the reason, if anyone dared bully her daughter, it was wrong. She was just that assertive and domineering. She had power and influence, so she was always right.
“Okay, make sure you teach him a good lesson. That guy, he actually asked me to apologize. I’ve never apologized in my life, and he expects me to apologize. He’s staying at…” Hanh remembered that Rosey Chambers had a grandmother living in St. Sunday. She had looked it up specifically to play a trick on Rosey Chambers, so she knew the address.
Just as she was about to disclose the address, a doorbell rang. This was the main doorbell, but it also rang in their villa. They could turn on the surveillance at the door to see who it was and then decide whether or not to let them in.
“Who could it be at this hour?” Marie Linton said, she was still fuming. She was just about to seek revenge when someone arrived, which was a bit of an inconvenience. But she decided to check who it was, just in case it was someone important.
“Okay.” Hanh immediately turned on the surveillance. Upon seeing the image on the screen, she was taken aback. It was Robin, standing at the door, holding a bag.
“Who is this?” Marie Linton looked at the screen, just as surprised.
“Mom, this is the guy who bullied your daughter today. Why is he here, and he’s holding a bag too, is he here to apologize?” Hanh thought with her characteristic arrogance. Maybe Robin had found out about the power of the Linton family and was scared into regret, so he brought something to apologize.
“Most likely.” Marie Linton nodded. How could a commoner dare to offend them? Immediately, she looked up with an air of arrogance, “Let him in. I want to see how he plans to apologize. He bullied my girl, his apology better be sincere. Otherwise, I won’t let him off. He really has guts, daring to offend the Linton family. Does he even realize if he can offend the Linton family?”
“Okay.” Hanh was also excited and immediately pressed a button. The front gate opened. Robin walked in. Hanh was eagerly waiting. As expected, she was superior to others. This man who had just threatened her was now rushing to apologize after knowing her identity.

These were clothes that Rosey Chambers had worn for so many years. To throw them away, Rosey Chambers couldn’t bear it. But Robin didn’t want her to wash them because it wasn’t her who dirtied them. So he came to find the culprit.
However, before he could finish his sentence, Hanh spoke.
“So, you’ve come to beg for my forgiveness? You think too highly of yourself. You dared to threaten me with a knife. Where did you get the courage? Now you know how powerful our Linton family is? You’ve come to apologize? You’re dreaming,” Hanh mocked.
In her heart, a sense of superiority rose. Indeed, she was the upper class. These lower-class people, the poor, were only fit to look up to her. Even if she was at fault, they could only rush to apologize.
“Right, do you even realize what kind of family the Linton family is? You dared to threaten our daughter. Let me tell you, this apology won’t be simple,” Marie Linton also added harshly.
They both prepared to give Robin a hard time. If he wanted forgiveness, he was dreaming.
However, Robin laughed. “I’m not here to apologize. I’m here to get Hanh to wash clothes. She dirtied Rosey’s clothes.”
