Fighter jets!
Everyone was shocked, and Dubin Blake’s smile froze on his face. It was impossible, absolutely impossible. How could a poor guy like this summon military?
Then, as he turned around as well, he was struck by the sight as if by a thunderbolt.
Because it wasn’t just a few fighter jets that had arrived. Hundreds of them filled the sky, an intimidating sight. On the ground, there were green military jeeps one after another.
Row after row.
And behind them, there were even tanks!
The jeeps stopped, and one by one, fully armed men in camouflage stepped out, holding firearms, their gazes stern and their presence imposing.
“Step, step, step.”
They walked out one step at a time.
“There must be at least ten thousand people here, this is the entire North Town military base,” Harvey Blake said, completely dumbfounded. He stared at the massive number of people with wide eyes, finding it hard to believe. This wasn’t just a few people; it was an army of tens of thousands.
The entire North Town military base!
What was going on?
At that moment, a middle-aged man in a military uniform walked out from among the crowd. He appeared to be in his fifties, and Harvey Blake’s face showed both joy and astonishment. That’s because this man was the commander of North Town, a colonel in the military.
The highest-ranking officer in the North Town military base.
He was at first astonished that the military commander himself had come. Shortly after the astonishment he felt overjoyed that he knew this commander, Matthew Grant. They had met a few times before, and Harvey Blake hurriedly walked up to him with a smile, asking, “Commander Grant, are you here for a military drill?”
A military drill.
This reason seemed the most likely. Otherwise, why would so many people come here?
However, the commander completely ignored him, walked straight past him, and stopped in front of Robin. He saluted and said loudly, “Primus.”
In an instant, the soldiers behind him came forward as well and roared, “Primus!”
The atmosphere was grand and majestic.
The sound of their voices filled the North Town Cemetery, carrying excitement and passion.
After all, Primus was an object of admiration for all soldiers. Primus of Kisia, the unparalleled warrior, defended the nation’s gates and borders, striking fear into other nations.
A god of the military!
A faith!
Today, they finally saw the man in person.
However, as these people grew excited, Harvey Blake and his companions were truly dumbfounded. They stared with wide eyes and confusion, “So many people… all from the military base… Primus… which Primus?”
Fighter jets.
Tanks.
Tens of thousands of soldiers.
The word “Primus” filled the sky!
They couldn’t quite snap back to reality. After all, this was an army of tens of thousands, the entire force of the North Town military base. How did they all end up here? It was hard for them to accept.
But the next sentence was even more difficult for them to accept.
“It seems… it seems that our country… has only one Primus… that Primus… known as Primus of Kisia… the unparalleled warrior…”
Someone thought of this and stammered it out.
Primus!
Harvey Blake was completely stunned!
Primus was a legend, with countless stories about him spread throughout the country. He had conquered the east, annihilated two hundred thousand vicious bandits, defeated the so-called number one army in the world, the Far East Knights.
He had crushed several nations that had invaded their country and struck fear into the hearts of countries around the world.
With one pair of hands, he had killed thousands of enemies and had been bestowed the title of unparalleled warrior. He had the power to command all the soldiers in the country, with unmatched authority and influence.
And now, such a figure stood right before them!
With a thud, Harvey Blake was the first to kneel. Then Dubin Blake came to his senses and knelt as well, begging for mercy, “Please spare us, Primus. We meant no harm.”
Fear filled their hearts.
They hadn’t expected that by coming to a cemetery, they would offend Primus of Kisia.
In an instant, not only could their lives be in danger, but the entire North Town could disappear as well.
Robin, however, touched the tombstone with a look of nostalgia in his eyes and asked, “Hey, you fat pig. Do you know who he is? Pann London.”
“Pann London! This is the tombstone of that General London!”
Naturally, the man with the beer belly didn’t know.
However, Matthew Grant knew. He gasped in shock: “Pann London, one of the top ten generals of Eastern Kisia, the head of the military punishment department. He established a powerful Eastern Kisia with fair laws, thus protecting our country. The laws we follow now were created by General Pann London.”
“Moreover, his own martial prowess is extraordinary. He is decisive in battle, killing enemies on the battlefield. He is a general whom we in the army greatly admire!”
General!
Harvey Blake and the others were stunned.
Up until now, there hadn’t been many generals in this world. Eastern Kisia only had ten, but over the years, only five or six remained. Each general’s status was extremely terrifying.
The most supreme among soldiers.
As for Primus, although he was also a general, he was a peerless marshal, the only one in the country!
“But you want to dig his grave,” Robin added.
His tone was light, but his words were filled with a murderous intent.
With a bang.
Dubin Blake was so scared that he collapsed to the ground.
“You want to dig General London’s grave? He is a general, the honor of the soldiers of the country. You dare to dig our honor! What great courage you have!”
Matthew Grant also looked over, his face angry, and he roared out.
The soldiers also turned their heads and looked at these people, their eyes seeming as if they wanted to devour them. A general was their lifelong pursuit.
But now, his grave was to be dug.
This was their honor!
The hostile gazes of tens of thousands of people frightened Dubin Blake into unconsciousness. He not only wanted to dig the grave but also insulted Robin, the Primus.
My goodness!
This was life-threatening!
Dubin Blake fainted.
But those left behind were even more afraid, especially Harvey Blake. He never would have thought that he would have met a general and Primus in such a small, abandoned cemetery.
It was terrifying.
“Primus, I admit my mistake!”
In the end, Harvey Blake knelt on the ground, tears streaming down his face, his attitude sincere.
Scared to the core.
It was important to know that, aside from Primus’s glory, he also had a pair of blood-soaked hands. This man had slaughtered cities, trampled down a nation, and built a capital out of enemy corpses. A ruthless man.
His hands were stained with blood.
“Kowtow to my brother a thousand times. Once you’ve done so, you can leave. If you miss one or I can feel your sincerity, I won’t mind paying your family a visit myself.”
Robin held a glass, gently pouring its content in front of Pann’s tombstone. It was still that bottle of whiskey, dripping one drop at a time.
After it was finished, he lifted his pitch-black eyes and said, “By the way, let me remind you, the last family I personally visited no longer exists.”
