“Wolfman Guards, attack!”
A fierce glint surfaced in Robin’s eyes as he issued the command.
“Yes.”
The Wolfman Guards behind him began to move.
“Kid, Too late. Haha, just go to hell.”
Pop, one of them, was no fool. He immediately pulled out his sidearm, aimed at Robin, and fired, his face twisted in both excitement and ferocity. The opportunity to join the Lamonia Security was his.
However…
With a bang, the muzzle flashed, and the bullet flew out like a streak of flame. But a figure suddenly appeared in front of Pop. A guard’s sword swung out horizontally, and with a clang, the bullet was deflected.
“What!”
Pop’s eyes bulged in disbelief.
How was that possible?
Deflecting a bullet with a sword, such a move was unimaginable. And how could the speed be so fast? He had no time to react. But the Wolfman Guards wouldn’t give him a chance to ponder his questions.
They approached him directly, swung the sword, and cut his throat with a single stroke. But they still left a message for his lifeless body, “Our master’s command wasn’t late, because we are the Wolfman Guards!”
Wolfman Guards!
The royal guards of Primus, unparalleled in bravery, capable of standing against a thousand enemies. For the Wolfman Guards, there was never a command that was too late!
“So ferocious!”
Seeing Pop’s death, the crowd felt a chill. Pop was considered one of the stronger ones among them, yet he still ended up dead.
“Ten million, kill him!”
At this point, seeing his men hesitate, Crow gritted his teeth and shouted.
Ten million.
Upon hearing this, many of them drew in a deep breath. Ten million was not the previous one million, it was a bona fide ten million. Instantly, their eyes turned towards Robin, viewing him like a big fat sheep they could slaughter.
“Attack!”
Several men quickly chimed in.
Robin only had a few men, while they had hundreds. They had the advantage in numbers.
“Taking me for a fat sheep? You’re the first ones.”
Robin’s gaze was sharp and piercing.
Primus of Kisia, a name that reverberated across various nations. Nobody had ever dared to consider Primus of Kisia as easy prey.
A minute later.
No, it hadn’t even reached a minute when the ground was already littered with bodies. All of these men were villains, and those who could appear here all had blood on their hands. The Wolfman Guards showed no mercy.
The so-called Mr. Wolf lay on the ground with a slash mark on his neck, his eyes wide open in death. He had never imagined that Mr. X’s men would be this formidable.
They had three hundred men.
Mr. X, on the other hand, only had thirty. And when they went into battle, only three of them were engaged. Yet, these three had wiped out all three hundred of his men.
Terrifying!
In the end, they had slit his throat with a single stroke.
Given another chance, he would never dare to provoke Mr. X. It was too terrifying. Truly, too terrifying.
Unfortunately, there were no second chances.
“Continue? I’m curious to see how you intend to make me wish I were dead.”
Robin turned around, his eyes filled with murderous intent, looking at Crow.
At this point, Crow was already stunned. His group of over three hundred men was now gone. Who exactly was this man? He was so powerful.
Had he known, he would never have gotten involved in this matter.
“I…”
Crow was already terrified, wanting to beg for mercy.
However, suddenly, the sound of revving engines echoed from outside. The sound brought a glimmer of hope to the pale-faced Crow, “That sound… it’s Lamonia Security’s vehicles. X, you’re done for. My men from Lamonia Security are here. Haha, you’re finished.”
Lamonia Security, originally the most significant organization in Stillwater, the Lamonia clan, had been whitewashed by the boss, Dexter Newman, into a security company. But underneath, they still dabbled in shady business. They were notorious.
Thud, thud, thud.
With the sound of footsteps coming in, men dressed in black walked in from outside. Each had a black dragon tattoo on their necks, their eyes fierce, their aura menacing.
“Surround them!”
One of them commanded, and the men in black completely surrounded Robin.
Subsequently, two men entered through the door. One was two meters tall, a true bear of a man, with a domineering gaze. His fist was as large as a person’s head, calloused from use. Each step he took radiated murderous intent. It was easy to imagine how formidable this man was.
The other was a man past his fifties, dressed in a suit. He was leisurely fanning himself with a woven fan, his eyebrows shadowed with a hint of cunning.
“Max Berry, Mr. Carlton!”
Upon seeing these two, Crow’s face lit up with relief, as if he had just been saved.
“As expected, it’s you two.”
Upon seeing who had arrived, Robin had a rough guess.
The two were from Stillwater’s Lamonia Security. One was the legendary third-in-command of Lamonia Security, Max Berry. No one in Lamonia Security could match him. He controlled Stillwater’s underground organization. The other was Lamonia Security’s second-in-command, Mr. Carlton, a strategic mastermind. He was skilled in schemes and had always been in charge of Lamonia Security’s business affairs.
“As your humble servant, I am honored to be here, Mr. X.”
However, to everyone’s surprise, upon seeing Robin, Mr. Carlton, the second-in-command of Lamonia Security, immediately bowed respectfully, even referring to himself as a ‘humble servant’.
Unthinkable.
Unbelievable.
Did he just back down?
Crow, who was still on the ground, was dumbfounded. This was the second-in-command of Lamonia Security, the one who managed all of Lamonia Security’s business activities. He was Dexter Newman’s confidant.
“Humble servant, I like that. That will be what you are from now on.”
What was even more surprising, Robin did not reject Mr. Carlton’s deferential greeting. Instead, he accepted it openly, causing Mr. Carlton’s face to momentarily freeze.
This man didn’t play by the rules.
What was the background of this Mr. X?
At first, Mr. Carlton was somewhat puzzled by Robin, but he soon put on a smile. “Mr. X,” he began, “this incident today was a misunderstanding, clearly a scheme by Walter Wraith. He wants us to fight so he can reap the benefits.”
“And so?” Robin asked.
“Therefore, the actions of our Lamonia Security were unintentional. The ones you should be settling accounts with are the three major families of Stillwater. Mr. X, wouldn’t you agree?”
Mr. Carlton offered a kindly smile and fanned himself with his woven fan once more.
He had discerned that this was a conspiracy and wanted no part in it. Thus, his initial humble demeanor was meant to give Mr. X a way out.
He was confident that Mr. X was no fool and would understand his meaning.
However.
The very next second, a loud bang echoed.
Crow, who was still elated, thinking he had been saved, suddenly felt his head fly off his body. His eyes caught sight of his decapitated body before everything plunged into darkness.
He was dead.
Beheaded.
The room fell into a deafening silence. Despite the circumstances, Crow was still killed. Everyone stared at Robin, dumbfounded. Was this a blatant disregard for Lamonia Security’s warning?
Robin held a bloody military knife in his hand. He glanced at Mr. Carlton, his gaze cold as ice. “And so?”
Crossing my bottom line and expecting to live?
