Chapter 157 I Killed the Founder of Your Lineage

“Darkboard?” Robin chuckled.
If Sumio’s ranking was higher, Sumio should recognize the mask on his face and know how much all the warriors on Darkboard longed for it.
When Basson was alive, he was the legend of the underworld, and no one could win against him.
However, Robin ended his life.
Moreover, Basson wasn’t the only one from Darkboard who was killed by Robin. Looking at Sumio’s samurai sword, Robin remarked, “Your sword reminded me of another man dressing up like you. He wore a black cloth on his forehead and a white jade on his waist. He held the sword in the same way as you do.”
“You are talking about the founder of my lineage, King of Broadsword.”
Sumio frowned. With a clink, he pushed his samurai sword back into the scabbard and said, “You are lucky. Since you’ve met the founder of my lineage before, I can have mercy on you. Get out of here!”
Sumio didn’t doubt Robin’s words as he had also met the King of Broadsword, who always appeared from nowhere. King of Broadsword was the most competent warrior in Zibbema. Countless warriors in that country recognized him as the founder of their lineages.
He wore a black cloth on his forehead and a white jade on his waist.
That was his sign.
“Do you want to let go of him? Mr. Miyamoto, you can’t do it. What if he comes back to make trouble again in the future? This man likes killing and is harmful. We can’t keep him alive.”
Marcus panicked after hearing Sumio’s words.
So did David. He echoed hurriedly, “Mr. Miyamoto, you can’t let him go. He’s harmful, indeed.”
“I always keep my word. I’ll let go of him today, but it doesn’t mean I’ll have mercy on him tomorrow. I only give him a chance to live a few hours more.”
A murderous look flashed through Sumio’s eyes.
For the sake that Mr. X had met the founder of his lineage, Sumio didn’t mind giving him another day to live. He decided to kill Mr. X the following day.
David and Marcus exhaled in relief.
They thought Sumio meant not to kill Mr. X.
With his hands behind his back, Robin chuckled playfully, “You don’t have to do it for King of Broadsword’s sake. After all, we didn’t get along. To be exact, I chopped off his head.”
“What?”
Sumio was taken aback. Anger surged on his face. “What nonsense are you talking about? King of Broadsword is a famous warrior in Zibbema. He’s even well-respected as a national hero. Years ago, he joined the military and made great contributions on the battlefield. How could you have killed him?”
“I always thought people from Kisia were weak, but you are also arrogant and good at bragging. How could our national hero be killed by you?”
King of Broadsword was a famous hero in Zibbema Empire, so Sumio didn’t believe Robin at all.
“Brat, you dared to insult the founder of my lineage. I’ll chop off your head and send you to apologize to King of Broadsword.”
Seething with rage, Sumio pulled out his samurai sword with a swoosh.
Then he quickly appeared in front of Robin and was about to chop his head off.
“Bang!”
A Wolfman Guard appeared the next second and raised his soldier’s sword to block his attack. A spark was brushed out.
“You don’t qualify to go fight against our commander. I’m Wolfman Guard 009, Big Tail. Let’s fight.”
The Wolfman Guard only exposed his head. He was young with a high fighting spirit.
All the Wolfman Guards had experienced brutal battles, and they were eager to fight.
“Who do you think you are? You are not even on Darkboard. How dare you! You are not my target. All people from Kisia are too weak. Fuck off!”
Sumio disdained fighting with Mr. X’s subordinate. He waved his sword to send the Wolfman Guard away, aiming to kill Mr. X only.
However, the next second, he felt a chill behind him. His experience enabled him to turn his arm with the samurai sword to block the attack. “Bang!”
The Wolfman Guard immediately titled his sword and cut through his waist. Blood oozed.
“Shit!” Sumio cursed.
Flinching, he covered the wound on his waist and felt the blood dripping. Although it wasn’t severe, he felt humiliated.
He always thought he was a competent warrior, but a bodyguard easily injured him.
He was embarrassed.
“Well, nice move. I can tell you fight often. Unfortunately, you’ve experienced too few battles of life and death. You are not flexible. You’re dead.”
Big Tail licked his sword, which flashed under the light.
Then he slowly put on the hoodie hat of his gown, hiding his face in the dark. The Wolfman Guards were like a wolf pack, born to be hunters in the dark.
“You are too arrogant!”
Sumio was enraged. Gripping his samurai sword, he attacked the Wolfman Guard.
“Bang! Bang! Bang!”
Sparks came out when their weapons hit.
Whenever the samurai sword met the soldier’s sword, the two moved fast. For a moment, they were even.
However, Sumio was impatient.
He only wanted to kill Mr. X, so he didn’t want to waste too much time with the Wolfman Guard. “Saber Flow!” he suddenly roared.
His samurai sword moved faster and more crazily.
However, the Wolfman Guard found his flow and stabbed his soldier’s sword into his chest. Big Tail remarked, “As I said, you have nice moves but lack experience in battles of life and death. You are dead.”
Then he pulled out the soldier’s sword and stood behind Robin again.
He hid in the Wolfman Guards.
Gazing at the wound on his chest, Sumio couldn’t believe his move had a flaw.
He had practiced this unique skill for almost half of his life, but it had a flaw.
He used such a skill to kill countless opponents and became famous. However, the Wolfman Guard found his flaw and ended his life easily.
Sumio was too reluctant to die.
“Who… the heck… are you? Why are you so competent?” Sumio covered his chest, staring at Big Tail in reluctance.
He wondered why the Wolfman Guard could be so capable, although he was just one of Mr. X’s bodyguards.
“I’m not THAT competent. Many people are more capable than me. At least, over ten thousand soldiers in Fort Eastern are better at fighting. You repeatedly said people in Kisia were weak. I just want to show you who’s the weak one.”
While speaking, Big Tail pulled out something from his pocket–a white jade. “Do you recognize it?”
“It’s King of Broadsword’s jade.”
Sumio’s pupils constricted. He once saw it and recognized the patterns. He was sure it belonged to the King of Broadsword.
However, he wondered why Big Tail had it.
Big Tail chuckled, “One year ago, my commander killed the 18 generals from Zibbema Empire. One of them was wearing a black cloth on his forehead and a white jade. My commander gave it to me as a gift.”
