The following morning, the pair arrived at the location bright and early.
The building of the scenes was not yet complete, but the components that had already been completed looked incredible.
Caleb Johnson, a well-known filmmaker, was in charge of directing “Heavenfall.” On the very first day of shooting, he conducted a reading from the screenplay for the cast and crew.
Throughout his career, Caleb has garnered a number of accolades on a global level. He gave off the impression of being a calm and respectful individual. However, he was renowned for being uncompromising when it came to his artistic endeavors.
In addition, well-known action designers and teachers were invited to participate. Every single one of the settings was at the very highest possible level.
Honor Entertainment was Candace’s sponsor for her first attempt at writing a script. The script was flawless, and numerous companies competed with one another to acquire it.
Thea served as a source of inspiration for the movie’s main female character.
As a result, there was no question about Thea taking on the role of the female protagonist.
Caleb, too, expressed a high level of contentment with the selection of the character. Thea was on the verge of becoming a major celebrity, and she had already won a number of prestigious accolades on a global scale. She had a sizable following; therefore she was very selective about the scripts that she worked on. When they saw her face on the poster, they were more likely to purchase tickets.
She had accumulated that reputation of her taste.
Dylan was another secret weapon of the movie. He was no doubt the actor of the nation right now. He had been A-list since the day he debuted.
After the script reading, Zara took Thea to the gym to get some photos for her Instagram.
Thea didn’t like the idea of shooting working-out photos when she hadn’t started the body-building process for the character yet. This movie required its characters to be fit when they were caught on cameras.
She shook her head, “No. Zara… I don’t think this is okay.”
Zara frowned, “What are you talking about, honey? Everyone does this. Are you really thinking all those workout photos on Instagram are real? This is just a way to promote your movie.”
Thea still refused to do that, “I don’t think so. I know everyone’s doing this, but I don’t want to be one of them. I don’t want to lie to my fans.”
Thea was pretty tough when it came to matters like this. Zara knew she couldn’t persuade Thea. She thus gave up.
What Zara didn’t know was that she didn’t even need to worry about the workout part at all. Caleb had already hired coaches for Thea and Dylan.
The official shooting of their scenes was gonna be one month later.
Before that, both of them just needed to get their bodies built and do some basic training for the fighting scenes.
Cody was relieved that the shooting had been delayed. He and Thea had only recently tied the knot, yet they were already so busy that they hardly had any time to spend together. The training that lasted for one month was extremely regimented. However, the time constraints were not nearly as severe as those of the shooting schedule.
There is still a chance that Thea and Cody will be able to hang out together.
Caleb spent the one month he had on the film working on less crucial scenes so that he could become more familiar with the film’s architecture and locales.
Caleb was sure that he could transform this film into a successful example of a traditional young adult fantasy genre, and he was determined to do so.
Honor was the primary investor in the movie, and considering that the screenwriter was the younger sister of the company’s boss, it was a very generous investment.
Caleb did not have to be concerned about the money, and he was, therefore, able to direct all of his focus toward the production of the film.
Both Thea and Dylan received effective training. They were required to perform the fighting drills over and over again for the majority of the day.
During the first day of the training, Thea put in a significant amount of effort. She was required to perform aerobic and flexibility exercises. Cody could not stand to see her in such a worn-out state.
He never left Thea’s side and frequently brought her refreshments and drinks.
Thea, on the other hand, refused to eat any of the goodies that he provided her. No matter how enticing they looked or how good they smelled, she knew that she couldn’t eat any of them since she needed to stay in shape for the movie.
She had always been on the thin side, but now she was considerably thinner. Cody merely felt enraged.
When Thea stood too close to that coach, it drove him crazy. He couldn’t handle it. But he was aware that he should keep his mouth shut.
This was Thea’s dream, and he was meant to cheer her on and encourage her.
It was necessary for him to be an excellent husband.
Cody was able to maintain control over his actions and the words that came out of his lips, but he was unable to maintain control over the way he looked at the coach.
When the coach turned his head away, he could always feel Cody’s murderous gaze pressing against the back of his neck.
Therefore, the coach asked Caleb in a concerned tone, “Did I inadvertently insult Mr. Bradley? Why is he staring at me like he wants to murder me?!”
Caleb gave a condescending shake of the head and stated, “He’s probably only jealous of your muscles.”
“However, that man’s physique is reminiscent of that of a Greek god.” The coach appeared to be very perplexed.
Caleb exhaled through his cheeks as he took a breath. He was aware of the connection that existed between Thea and Cody. He merely held out hope that the coach would not be dismissed.
