The donation soon started after the ball officially began.
Thea remembered everything her agent told her. She paid attention when Dylan went on to the stage. Dylan donated 1 million. She thus only donated half a million.
After that, there was nothing much to do. She thus walked around and started to mingle.

The female celebrities started to pretend to be friendly and nice, asking each other to stand in the middle.
Thea never wanted to stand in the middle because she knew there were a lot of senior actresses. It would be rude if she took the central spot.
However, someone in the crowd pushed her secretly, and she ended up standing in the middle of the row.
The actresses who stood next to her were all the A-lists of the A-list. Rachel and Eva were standing not far from her. And there were other established celebrities around her. She wanted to leave the central spot, but the crowd was packed, and she could barely move.
This would be ugly if she got in this photo like this. Thea was indeed one of the most popular stars in this industry, but there were still rules.
All those famous seniors didn’t stand in the center, yet Thea was somehow pushed to the most important position. She could imagine what those people would say on the internet when they saw this photo tomorrow.
This was quite dangerous.
Zara was so worried, “How did Thea end up standing there? Those people would slander her and say her have no respect on Twitter tomorrow if these photos are posted.
Cody just came back from his company. He couldn’t care less because he thought Thea deserved that position.
Zara hurried to explain to Cody the rules of this industry. And then, she took out her phone and recorded a video. If those people started to say Thea was rude and had no manners, at least she would have some evidence to explain the situation.
Cody instantly wanted to tell the sponsor to rearrange the positions after hearing what Zara told him.
However, a tall figure suddenly showed up by Thea’s side before Cody could do anything. Thea looked up and saw Dylan’s handsome face.
Zara let out a sigh of relief and put down her phone. A big smile showed up on her face, “Dylan’s such a great friend. Suppose he stood at the central spot with Thea. People wouldn’t say bad things about Thea online. Dylan is one of the biggest stars in this industry, after all. Besides, they used to cooperate a lot. People wouldn’t say anything about this.”
Moreover, the pair was soon gonna cooperate in Heavenfall again. Therefore, this could be considered a preheat.
Dylan’s smart move saved Thea’s reputation and promoted their new movie
Zara was unable to stop praising the talented actor for his intelligence. However, Zara quickly recognized the expression on Cody’s face to be one of extreme gloom.
Suddenly, she became silent.
On the stage, Thea also sighed loudly after taking a deep breath.
She gave Dylan a warm smile and said, “Thank you so much! However, several more male actors are standing behind the row. Have you ever considered the possibility that others online might make fun of you?”
The response from Dylan was, “I don’t care. Have to do everything it takes to keep my female protagonist safe, right?”
Thea laughed lightheartedly before continuing, “But I still need to thank you, really.”
“Will you have some time to kill after we finish taking pictures?” Dylan’s question came out of nowhere, “I actually have something to tell you after this.”
Thea gave a friendly smile and nodded, saying, “Of course. After this, we can look for a cafe to go to.”
Dylan flashed a grin and said, “Cool.”
Thea was carrying on a covert conversation with Dylan. She was so focused on what she was doing that she was oblivious to the looks that other famous women were giving her.
With Dylan looking out for her, there was no question that Thea would once again become the focus of attention. And the fact that they did so inspired envy and animosity in the other actors.
One of them was named Rachel. She was on the verge of losing control of her expression at this point.
“What good fortune Thea has! She is safe since Dylan is watching over her. They will unquestionably be trending on Twitter once more tomorrow.” Paris let out a sigh. She came across as envious yet accepting of the situation.
Rachel was aware of what Paris had in mind, and she gave a chilly smile before asking, “Really? Even if you truly feel envious of her, it is in your best interest to keep this information to yourself. Don’t even think of saying such in my presence!”
Rachel was not a complete moron. She was aware that Paris had stated that in order to incite her hatred of Thea.
Paris could only offer a grin and say, “Come on, Rich. I’m upset because Thea did not treat you with respect, and that has made me angry. I must confess that I do not care for Thea. But now that she has a sugar daddy, she is hogging all of the attention and resources that are available to everyone else. I used to have a lot of problems with her picking on me. However, because of the size of my organization, I have never been successful. You are older than she is. Despite this, she still had the audacity to brag in front of you. Are you truly able to put up with that?”
“Enough is enough! You have to learn to keep your mouth shut. You should do everything in your power to prevent me from seeing any news about him tomorrow because if I did, I would realize that you were the one who had been spreading rumors about him. I will see to it that you are held accountable for that!” Rachel’s expression became sad. It just so happens that the photo session is finished right now. Rachel simply spun around and stormed off in the opposite direction.
She had encountered an excessive number of people similar to Paris. The sole objective of Paris was to incite vitriol and animosity.
She would never be used by Paris Dunn.
