Thea let out a long sigh as she went on Twitter. Apparently, people made her Cha-Cha Slide stage into countless memes again. They even made the part where she called Paris a ‘bitch’ under her breath into a gif.
Thea didn’t like those Cha-Cha Slide ones because she thought she was really cringy back then. But she loved the ‘bitch’ ones.
She resisted the urge to repost that meme. She didn’t want to be openly rebellious against Paris Dunn yet. She had a tough mindset after stepping into showbiz. Paris Dunn kept giving her shit and Thea refused to take it.
If Paris wanted drama, she would get it. But Thea wouldn’t use this great opportunity so soon. She would save it for future use.
Cody sighed heavily after watching the show online. After weeks of training, he could already walk. The show was extremely popular on the Internet. It was probably the most popular show during the time globally. Cody didn’t expect the result to turn out so great.
“Sir, Miss Todd attracted a lot of audiences to watch our show. Those memes about her are everywhere on the Internet. People absolutely adored her. They think she’s cute and down to earth. We owe her,” Matt couldn’t stop smiling as he reported to his boss.
His boss, however, was pulling a face, “I wonder if those people are still gonna like her after finding out that she’s a liar.”
Cody was still mad that Thea hid herself under the stupid makeup and lied to him. He felt so bad when she told him that she was gonna go back and open a restaurant with her mom.
Cody hated it when people lied to him!
Matt observed the look on his boss’s face and shut up, not daring to say any words again.
Candace approached her brother, “Cody, I know you’re angry this time. But you can’t deny that Thea has done a really good job. Aren’t you proud of her? I surely am.”
“Proud of her?” Cody hissed, “Why should I be proud of her? She’s a massive liar!”
“Nope. You’re definitely proud of her.” Candace grinned.
However, she still didn’t know what to do with her stubborn older brother.
Candace thought for a second and decided that she should go visit Thea on-site.
Thea woke up quite early the next morning; when she went to the canteen for breakfast, Candace suddenly showed up, putting a tray of breakfast on the table and sitting across Thea.
“Jesus… Candace! What are you doing here?” Thea was surprised.
“I’m just here to check out on you,” Candace hushed her voice, “How’s everything going?”
“I’m great,” Thea’s face was blushing out of excitement, “How is your brother?”
“He didn’t send you any messages?” Candace frowned, “He’s watching your show every day.”
Thea blushed as she heard what Candace said, “He watched the show? Well… Our phones have been taken away for training reasons. So…”
“Oh!” Candace took a sip from her glass of milk, “Cody’s doing great. He just seems seriously annoyed after finding out your identity was faked.”
“I didn’t fake my identity.” Thea hurried to explain, “I only faked my face… for acting training.”
That was not entirely true because back then, Thea had been chased by a really difficult chaser. She had only tried to get rid of him.
“But he’s sulking that you lied to him. You probably need to show up and tell him that you’re sorry to ease his anger.” Candace shook her head while looking at Thea, amused.
“I know. I will visit you guys soon after this round of shooting.” Thea promised.
“Oh… By the way, you’re doing really great,” Candace held her hand on the table, “My brother and I are very proud of you.”
“Thank you, Candace,” Thea gave Candace a sweet smile.

The next round came soon. This time, there were 10 songs that showed up on the screen. All the competitors left could choose any song they liked and team up like the last time.
The judges would give their opinions, and the fans would vote via the Internet.
“Can we pick any song we like?” Tiffany whined as she asked Adam. She was always sweet and cute before the camera.
“Of course,” Adam smiled, “But each song can only be chosen by 9 competitors at most. Each of you has ten minutes to make up your decision. You can go forward and insert your name under the song after you have chosen.”
“So urgent?” Tiffany batted her lashes, “What if everyone just chooses the same song?”
“Well… That is completely depending on your speed. Once the quotas were out. None of you can choose that song again. Now, girls, get ready.”
When the countdown on the screen finished, all the girls just ran off their seats and went toward the big screen.
Thea had decided on her song, The Untold Secret.
It was a slow song, and she was pretty confident about it.
However, before she could insert her name, Tiffany suddenly showed up and pushed her away, “Jesus! Thea! Why are you pushing me?!”

Thea didn’t manage to get the song she wanted. She was forced to choose Worth It. This song would definitely require the performers to dance. And dance had always been her weakness. The angle that Tiffany chose was pretty tricky. The camera didn’t get the scene where she pushed Thea away and blamed it on her.
Thea hated this so much, but she didn’t have a choice but to accept the song. She ended up teaming up with the other three girls. Beth chose another song this time. They couldn’t be on the same team anymore.
If she couldn’t dance well this time, she wouldn’t be able to make it to the next round.
Thea went to the dance studio immediately after choosing the song. All the other girls on her team were all there. Most of them were pretty good at dancing.
This song only has a few high notes. Thea, this time couldn’t show off her vocals anymore. She could only start to practice dancing.
Because of Thea’s weakness, she only got about two lines in this song.
Her situation was extremely dangerous.
