“Then, they should do as they pleases” Daniel said in response
“But sir, this contract is worth more than $10 billion dollars” Williams said trying to convince Daniel but his mind were made up already. He wasn’t going to leave Lisa.
William stared at Lisa angrily, he wondered what is it about Lisa that his boss doesn’t want to leave her .

Hours later after Lisa was awake , Daniel tried questioning her to know everything that happened to her and why she jumped off the bridge but Lisa refused to answer , he had no option than to let her be.
He sat close to Lisa staring into those beautiful eyes of hers. While Lisa was lost in thoughts.
He could see sadness in her eyes. She was depressed and traumatized by whatever happened to her. She wasn’t happy at all, even a blind man could see that. He wondered what must have happened to this poor young lady.
He knew Lisa needed help and he was ready to give her that help she wanted.
He’s seen so many beautiful women in his life who needed help just like Lisa, he had helped them and never thought of staying in touch with them again. But Lisa, from the moment he set his eyes on her he felt there was something about her.
He felt this kind of bond he’s never experienced in his entire life. He felt kind of connected to her. He wondered who Lisa was and how he felt that way towards her.
Just then he remembered how Lisa cried making him promise he won’t let them take her. He had promised her even though he barely knew her, he would keep to his promises.
He brought out his phone and dialed his PA number, booking a flight for the girl. We all leave the country tomorrow noon.
“Sir? You’re taking her with you?” His PA asked worriedly.
“Questioning my decision? If I may ask, who is the boss here?” He asked over the phone and his PA swallowed hard.
“I’m sorry sir. I’ll book the flight immediately ”

Alfred is seen sitting on the couch in his room looking so depressed and drunk. His thoughts filled with Lisa.
Everyone believes she’s dead but no he doesn’t believe. He believes she’s still alive , he could feel it. She’s still out there somewhere. His thoughts filled with Lisa and his kids and just then he started feeling sleepy.
“This is all my fault. All my dreams of being a father are gone” he thought and closed his eyes and drifted to sleep and suddenly the door opened revealing Andrew.
Andrew stood at the door staring at him with pity in his eyes. He moved towards her and helped him lay properly on the couch.
He took the bottle of drinks in his hands and covered him with the duvet before walking out of the room.
–2:30pm Singapore–
A car is seen driving into a big mansion and the car screeches to a halt. Daniel came out of the car and followed Lisa.
“I’ll bring the luggage’s inside” his PA , Williams said and Daniel nodded in response.
“Welcome sir” the maid greeted with her head bowed and opened her eyes kind of surprised as she saw sir Daniel with a girl. This was the first time he’s seen him bring any girl home.
“Welcome ma” the maid said to Lisa who was almost lost admiring the house.
“Thank you ” Lisa said and forced herself to smile.
“I know you must be tired from the trip, I’ll prepare a cold bath for you and madam” the maid said and Daniel smiled at her.
“There’s no need for that, Lois. You can do other things. I’ll call for you if I need your help” Daniel said to the maid and she nodded before she left.
Daniel helped Lisa climb the stairs and took her to her room.
“This is going to be your new room ” Daniel said smiling at Lisa.
“Thank you ” Lisa said in response
“If you need anything just let me know. I’ll be in my study” Daniel said and with that he left the room.
There he met Lois standing by the door smiling at him.
“I filled the wardrobe with clothes as you’ve told me to” Lois said and Daniel muttered a thank you.
“What about your mother? You know if she finds out about her she’s going to be furious ” Lois said looking concerned.
“That’s why we are not letting her find out. You have to keep her a secret ” Daniel said and Lois nodded.
“She’s pretty anyways” Lois said and chuckled.
“She’s not my girlfriend if that’s what you’re thinking. I just helped her” Daniel said as he walked to his study room with Lois trailing beside her.
Lois is a maid who works at one of Daniels’ mansions. Although Daniel never took her like a maid, he took her like a mother because she was old enough to be her mom.
Daniel and ma’am Lois have this kind of mother and son relationship that at times Mrs Bella, Daniel’s mother gets jealous of them.
Daniel tells ma’am Lois all her secrets because she trusts her and also believes her to be an understanding woman. That’s how close they’re.

Lisa sat at the bed in the room looking around. She couldn’t believe she was far from Alfred now. Now, she felt at peace. She didn’t know why she agreed to leave the country with Daniel but she just followed her heart because she felt he wasn’t going to hurt her in any way.
She felt he was going to protect her and made sure she was safe at all times. She sighed softly and placed her hands on her chins. She then stood up from the bed and opened the wardrobe only to see it was stocked with female clothes.
“Woah!!” She muttered and closed the wardrobe and sat on the bed.
For the first time since her mother died, this was the time she felt so happy and free. And yes she was free again from her master , Alfred kings.
