“Say whatever you want to say. If there’s nothing to say, then stay silent. He will eventually understand your determination and stop coming to bother you.”
Tilda understood what Rosalind meant.
It all came down to her concerns about the little life in her belly.
Rosalind wanted her to reconsider her decision about having an abortion so that she wouldn’t regret it later.

Tilda ignored Johnny’s knocking and turned around to go to the dining room with Rosalind.

Rosalind glanced at her and said, “Johnny must have left. After we finish eating, let’s go out for a walk and get some fresh air. You’ve been sleeping at home all day, and I’ve been looking for a lawyer all day. It’s suffocating.”
“Sure!” Tilda didn’t think much and simply nodded in agreement.
Rosalind sighed and glanced towards the door.
Hopefully, he just got tired of knocking and took a break.
If this Johnny really left, then there was nothing she could do for him.
Rosalind could see that both of them had feelings for each other. It was clear that Tilda really liked Johnny. Moreover, unlike herself and Ulric, they didn’t have as many obstacles between them.
If Johnny and Tilda could reconcile, she would be genuinely happy for them.
After dinner, it was already completely dark outside.
Rosalind cleaned the table quickly, put on a jacket, and went out for a walk with Tilda.

“Let go! I’m not here to see you!”
“I won’t let go!” Johnny quickly took out the paternity test result from his pocket and showed it to Tilda. “This is the result of the paternity test for me and Caroline’s daughter. That child is not mine!”
