Oh, no this is not going to be pretty. I need to do something before someone gets hurt or worse. I don’t know what I would do if that happened. I can never forgive myself if something happens to my mates and this creature is crazy and going to die because he upset and pissed off my mates.

I can see Jake grabbing Duke by the neck and punching him in the face. I see Elijah and Andrew holding on to his arms and Matthew behind him holding him still while Jake punching him in the face and stomach.

Now, Duke’s face is back to his normal handsome self. The only thing we can’t heal faster is our breathing and we need to stop and calm down and relax before we do anything physical again.
“Matthew! Please stop I cried out. Stop your going to kill him.” But I knew he wasn’t going to die but I can’t see them beating up Duke. I don’t know why I feel that way. All I know is, that I can’t see him hurt. I was waiting for them to drop him off.

But when he heard my name, he started to let out a breath and stop what he was doing. I saw his eyes when he turns towards me. That was when he walked towards me and took me in his arms. I can hear his heartbeat when he laid my head on his chest. I can feel how hot his body feels on me. I felt him bent down inside my hair and smelled my neck. Then he was calming down. I felt his breathing slow down a little bit.
