AMELIA.
Today was another day. I was in school but couldn’t think or do anything properly. My mind was occupied with what happened while I slept. That was the second time that I was choked while trying to sleep.
It was a very uncomfortable feeling, and I didn’t know what to do. I thought of going to the witch’s place the other day, but school practicals came up, and I had to stay late in school.
But I planned on going today; I would meet up and talk to her about it.
Hopefully, we could find a middle ground.
“So, what’s up about the party?” Ava asked me.
“What party?” I inquired, a bit confused.
“Oh my God, I’m not even socially active, but I still know things because I pay attention,” Ava said, rolling her eyes at me, and I just laughed.
“Sorry, I’ve been occupied with stuffs recently,” I explained to her. I couldn’t say much because she would think of me differently if I told her.
“Yes, I can see that. Do you want to tell me the stuff that is happening with you?” She asked me, and I shook my head.
“I’m fine,” I told her, and she looked at me for a while before nodding.
“I know something is going on with you, but I’ll leave you till you feel comfortable enough to talk to me.” She spoke in an understanding tone and I smiled.
“Thank you. So tell me, what party were you talking about?” I asked her.
“Well, the jocks won the championship this year, so the captain is throwing a big party,” Ava summarized.
“You mean… Dylan?” I drawled and she nodded.
I shrugged. “I didn’t know about that.”
“Well, that’s probably because Dylan was forced into it. He’s not exactly interested in doing it.” Ava explained, and I nodded my head, understanding what she meant.
“Okay, I understand now.”
“We must go shopping after school and get what to wear.” She told me, and I frowned.
“We are going?” I asked her as I placed my books on the table in the cafeteria.
“Yes, my love. We are going to the party. Come on, Dylan is your friend, and you must support him, Amelia.” Ava , and I rolled my eyes.
“You know I’m still not a party person; Dylan will be fine,” I said, and she laughed.
“I don’t mind coming to your house and dragging you back to the party in your nightwear,” Ava said, and I laughed.
“That would be so hilarious,” I said while laughing.
“You think I’m….” She was cut off when I felt his presence behind me.
I relaxed as I felt him; he wrapped his hands around my waist and kissed me on the cheek. That action alone sent sizzles of electric through me.
“Mmmmm, I missed you so much.” He mumbled into my neck, and I tried forming a sentence, but nothing was coming out.
“Hey, Dylan.” Ava greeted, and he just groaned against me.
“Dylan, what are you doing?” I asked him quietly.
“I missed my friend, so I’m recharging for all the time I have been away.” He said possessively like a baby.
“How was practice?” I asked him.
“Practice was good. There’s a party later today. Come with me.” He told me, and I shook my head.
“Ava was still talking about that, but you know me and parties,” I told him, and he groaned into my neck.
“I won’t be there if you’re not coming.” He said.
“But you’re the host,” I told him, and I felt him shrug from behind me.
“I don’t care, you’re my anchor, and if you’re not there, I’m not interested.” He said, and I rolled my eyes.
“Dylan, you have to make your pre….”
I was cut off when I felt his tongue slip out and lick at a small part of my neck. I didn’t know when my hand found his thighs and squeezed it.
“Dy…. Dylan, what are you doing?” I asked him.
“I can’t help myself, Amelia. You sleep so well and feel so good right now. And you taste so good. I want more every fucking day, Amelia; what are you doing to me? What should I do? Hmmm?” He muttered against my neck.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I whispered as he continued placing kisses on my neck. I relaxed into him, and his hands went to my stomach, and he tightened his hands around me. I wore a crop top; his fingers trailed non-existent lines on my tummy.
I started breathing heavily; I didn’t mean to, but it just happened.
“You know very well what I’m talking about,” Dylan said, pushing into me from behind, and I felt it.
He was rock-hard.
“Dylan….” I started as a warning.
“I can’t help it, Amelia. I’m fucking trying, but you do something to me. I don’t know what it is, but I can’t help myself around you. I’ve been fucking trying, okay? But it’s like a magnet. I just want to fucking touch you all the time.” Dylan said.
“B…but we are just friends, Dylan. We…we can’t c…”
“I know, Amelia, but tell that to your breathing and nails, which have dug little moon crests into my thighs. I’m not complaining, though.” He said, and I sighed and removed my hands, but he returned them.
“I want you to touch me, Amelia.” He said, and my hands went back there.
This guy….
“How do you feel comfortable doing this in public?” I asked him, and he just shrugged.
“I’m not doing anything; I’m just hugging my friend from behind because I missed her today. Ava can also do that for you, yeah?” He asked me, and I sighed because I knew he was right, but he felt too personal. It was like I was going crazy.
I could feel people’s looks, but it felt like Dylan didn’t care an…
“Come to the party with me.” He said, interrupting my thoughts.
“If I’m coming, I’m coming with Ava,” I told him, and he groaned.
“Okay, I’ll take anything I get.” He said, placing a kiss on my neck before he stood up.
Then he kissed me on my head, and he was gone.
“Amelia, you look like you’re out of breath,” Ava said teasingly.
“I think I might be in trouble, Ava,” I told her, and she laughed.
“Yeah, I can tell.”
