Chapter 102

Book:Stepbrothers Punish Me Every Night Published:2025-3-17

Mia’s POV
After doing some research on this werewolf camp, I found out that it
happens every five years.
And this is my first time hearing about it.
Lots of powerful werewolves from around the world come to give
teachings and training on controlling our strength and unleashing our
potential. It’s sort of like a seminar for humans, but at the same time, we
gain a lot-skills, knowledge, and possibly allies.
But the problem lies with someone like me.
Would they be willing to accept someone with no wolf?
I have concealed the fact that I have a wolf, but if they find out, will they
have no prejudice against me?
I’ve been bullied all my life, but I need this kind of training. I need to
learn new techniques in order to unleash my power. The only way I can
reveal that I am the White Wolf is when I have enough strength to
protect myself-when no one can hurt me.
If I reveal it too soon, so many people will come for me.
And I will probably die faster than I think.
But since Daisy already invited me to go with her-and her brother got
us spots to attend-there’s no reason for me not to go.
I also know that Xavier and his brothers must have gotten the
information and an invitation somehow.
Not that it matters to me.
It would be better if they didn’t follow me.
I packed all the things I needed for the next few days and decided to
check on Daisy. When I got to her room, I found her on the phone with
someone. I didn’t know what they were talking about, but she seemed
upset.
I went back to my room to finish getting my things.
By the time I was done, Daisy came in, smiling at me.
I knew she must be struggling with something, but I didn’t dare ask.
I didn’t know if I had a solution to her problems.
She had always comforted me, hiding her own weaknesses in the
process. She didn’t deserve whatever was happening to her, but
sometimes, I wished she would open up to me.
“Mia! You’re finally done packing?” she asked.
I nodded. “Yes, I’m done.”
“That’s good enough, then! We can set off now,” she said.
I agreed, and we left the room. Daisy went to get her things, and we
headed outside.
There, we found a car big enough for all of us waiting.
And not just the car.
The four Alphas were also there.
“What are you all doing here? I remember I didn’t invite you to come
with us,” Daisy questioned them.
I immediately stopped her.
If they were going to keep following me around, they might as well be
useful to me.
“It’s nothing, Daisy. I’m the one who asked them to come with me.
Besides, they’re strong Alphas. They’re more qualified to go than me.”
“What do you mean they’re more qualified than you?! Who would be
more qualified than you?! You are the wh-”
I quickly gave her a look to stop her from revealing my secret.
She immediately understood.
“I’m sorry, Mia. I just get worked up whenever I see them. It’s not as if
they’re righteous or anything,” she grumbled.
“I understand, Daisy. Don’t worry-I’ll keep an eye on them.”
I expected the brothers to say something to defend themselves, but they
seemed to go along with what I was planning.
Nathan took my bag and put it in the back of the car.
Daisy and I got in and sat in the middle. There were extra seats in the
back, where two of the brothers sat, while the other two sat in front.
We finally set off.
I didn’t say a word to them.
Only Daisy and I talked, enjoying the scenery as we traveled.
It was the first time in a long while that I was traveling, and I couldn’t be
more excited.
But I didn’t know what was waiting for me where I was going.
That’s why I couldn’t let my excitement get the best of me.
“We’re finally getting closer to the place. We’ll meet a lot of people… but
let’s just stay away from some of them because they’re troublesome,”
Daisy reminded me.
I knew what she was talking about.
But at the same time, it felt like her words were directed at the brothers
in the car with us.
“Don’t worry, Daisy. I’ll find my way around.”
After that, we didn’t say anything else.
As we got closer, our car finally arrived at the location.
It was a vast land, built specifically for the werewolf camp. A huge
mansion stood in front of it, towering over the open fields.
Not just that-there were a lot of people walking around as our car
passed by.
I could sense powerful werewolves from different packs all around us.
The car finally stopped.
Xavier offered to take our things inside and find our rooms for us.
“No, thanks. You don’t need to do anything. We’re not your slaves,” I
said, taking my bag from him.
“Act like the Alpha you are.”
Daisy and I went to find the coordinator.
Once we got our room keys, we found out we were placed in the same
room, which made things easier.
After settling in, we decided to go outside and check out the place.
However, I should have known-trouble was just beginning.
We bumped into someone.
A man who seemed to be an Alpha.
“Are you blind?!” he yelled at us.
Daisy wanted to retaliate, but I quickly stopped her.
“I’m sorry, Alpha. We didn’t mean to bump into you,” I apologized.
But it seemed like my apology wasn’t enough.
“You’re apologizing, but you’re not on your knees,” he sneered. “Do you
even know who I am?”
“Who the hell do you think you are to ask us to go on our knees?! I’m not
kneeling for anyone!” Daisy snapped.
I knew this person was being unreasonable.
He was probably one of those bullies who thought they were better than
everyone else.
“How dare you talk to me like that?! I’m going to make sure you never
get the chance to use your mouth again!” he growled, ready to fight.
Daisy wasn’t backing down either.
She wasn’t someone to be easily intimidated, and she wasn’t weak.
But I didn’t want to get into trouble the moment we arrived.
It was just for a few days.
We couldn’t afford to stir up trouble at the werewolf camp.
Maybe I should just kneel and apologize.
It’s nothing new to me anyway.
I’ve been bullied my entire life. I know how to play along.
“Who gave you the right to touch our girl?”
I heard a familiar voice.
And for some reason, I felt relieved.
They came for me.
