” How is she doing?” Vincent asked but I didn’t need to tell him anything. It has been months since we rescued her from the shadow pack. Her condition haven’t improved but her belly kept swollen. According to the pack doctor, the pup in her belly might die if she doesn’t wake up soon. She said it was a miracle that the pup was still alive.
Thank you, Bella, for still holding onto this pup. I knew once she let go she would die. At this point, only her fate could save her and our pup.
” We couldn’t capture the rogue that killed your father because he was dead by the time we got to his house,” Vincent said but the direction of my gaze didn’t change. I have finally found the one who was behind my father’s death, aside from my uncle.
I have finally cleared my name and consciousness. It took me years to realize I wasn’t the one who killed my father.

” Leave,” I demanded, as I wanted to spend some alone time with my mate.
Whatever that bastard did to her I have made sure he never does it again. Maybe Shadow Pack shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
It was my fault for not finding her on time; it took me a week to be able to trace her whereabouts.
I had to torture Juliet to get the truth out of her. I had my warriors dumped her body in the woods whether she was still alive or dead wasn’t my fucking concern.

” Roman.” She whispered in her sleep.” Bella, ” I took her hand; her belly was already big.
” Bella.” I sat in the chair beside the bed with hopeful eyes. Over the past month, I could only hope she would wake up soon.
Our first pup was still in her belly; she promised me that she would take good care of her
” Roman.” She called my name again, and this time, her eyes pushed open. ” Roman?” She shut it back because of the light that was entering the room through the open window.
” Bella?” I didn’t know what to say as I watched her pale face once again. The moon goddess has listened to my prayers.
” Roman, my child…”
” Shhh, the child is okay,” I said as she ran her hand on her belly, which had grown.
” The fetus has grown,” I explained with a slight tear showing in the corner of my eyes. I thought I was going to lose her.” How long have I been in a comma?”
” eight months,” I said.
” I will never let you get hurt again.” She sat up on the bed, and I couldn’t help but pull her into a tight hug.
I thought I had lost her but she was okay, and so was our pup. I immediately linked Vincent to bring the doctor.
Carolina did a few tests on her, and most of them showed that she was in good condition. Her condition was rare; the pup was only rare, thanos to her wolf.
” Roman!” She suddenly screamed and my eyes widened when I saw her holding her belly.” Are you okay?’ I didn’t know what to do.” Call the doctor, please call her right now. ” she pleaded, and I told Vincent to call back the doctor.
Carolina entered the room and ordered Vincent to close the door. I couldn’t stop anything, my mate was screaming in the room. At some point, I wanted to go in, but Vincent reminded me of what the doctor said.
Any distraction could bring complications. I only stormed into the room when I heard the cry of a newborn.
I was now father to a girl!

My eyes shone with pride as I stared at my mate who had just come from my coma and had just given birth. ” It’s a girl.” She whispered with a smile before fainting.
” She will be awake in a few minutes, she needs to rest.”
Carolina explained.
She cleaned the pup and returned her. Her tiny figure made my chest swell in pride as happiness and possessiveness crawled into my veins.
From now on, I have my own family, and I will protect them with my life.
The joy of having my own family was overwhelming; I have finally obtained a family of my own.
‘ My pup is born, and the pack must be her safest heaven.’ I mindlinked my warriors.
