Chapter 924: Will You Regret It

Book:Married The Day We Met Published:2025-3-10

“Jaquan… I didn’t know she, she…”
“What?” Jaquan smiled lightly, lifting the woman’s long earrings with a flirtatious touch. “You did well, knowing how to read the room.”
The woman was still trembling. “Jaquan, I was wrong. I won’t dare to act on my own again.”
“How long have you been at the club?”
“Three, three years.”
Jaquan nodded, then suddenly yanked the earring off, causing the woman to scream as blood flowed.
“Take her to the beach.”
He gave the order simply and efficiently. His men immediately stepped forward and dragged the screaming, pleading woman away.
Blood dripped all over the corridor.
Callie trembled all over, unable to believe what she was seeing. Moments later, Mollie was also taken away. Jaquan took a tissue and slowly wiped his fingers, looking at Callie.
“Why are you crying?”
She touched her face and felt the cold tears, realizing she had been crying.
“I once softened because of your tears, even thought of giving up everything to take you away.” He squatted in front of Callie, wiping her tears with his thumb. “But now, your tears mean nothing to me.”
“Bastard!” Callie screamed.
Jaquan picked her up and carried her to the exclusive room on the top floor.
“I don’t expect to hear my father’s whereabouts from you. Compared to that, I’m more interested in dealing with Nelson.”
Callie was thrown heavily onto the bed, which had a lot of bounce. She tried to escape but was pinned down by Jaquan. He leaned in close, “Nelson is far away in International Waters. You can’t leave tonight.”
Callie looked at him in disbelief. “You wouldn’t dare.”
Jaquan grabbed her struggling hands and easily removed her coat. “Do you think Nelson will regret taking my father when he finds out about this?”
He laughed joyfully at the thought.
Callie shivered with fear, feeling like he was a demon.
“Jaquan… please let me go…” Callie couldn’t stop trembling. “I can help you rescue your father unharmed. Trust me, as you said, Nelson still has feelings for me. He will let him go!”
His actions didn’t stop. His large hand moved around her back, pressing on her bra clasp.
With a snap.
Callie’s scalp tingled.
“I’m a desperado; Nelson is not,” he said. “Someone like him wouldn’t kill. I believe Cyrus will suffer but not be killed. So actually, I’m quite at ease with him being with Nelson.”
Hearing this, Callie realized his intentions and felt utterly hopeless.
He was a total madmen!
Just as Jaquan was about to remove her bra, his phone on the side suddenly vibrated violently. He paused.
Callie saw this as a lifeline and quickly grabbed the phone without looking at who it was and answered it.
“Jaquan, did you take Callie?”
It was Charlotte… no, Holly’s voice!
Unlike her usual gentle and weak demeanor, her voice on the phone was much stronger.
Jaquan squinted, glaring at the stubborn Callie.
After a moment, he answered, “Yes.”
“Why did you take her?” Holly asked warily.
“What, afraid you won’t be able to become the Ellison family’s young lady? Rushing to question me?”
As she listened to their conversation, Callie’s fingers turned white from gripping the phone tightly. It was hard to imagine that these two people had no apparent connection in public but were so closely linked in private.
