Godiva PoV.
“Go to hell, bitch!”
I hurled Kayleigh’s head into the roaring flames. Satisfaction coursed through me after I tore her apart five minutes ago. I had deliberately kept her alive to deal with her personally. Knowing she was the reason Castor was injured, I wouldn’t let her go, not even if it meant facing her again in the afterlife.
The Moonstone warriors and our allies gathered around the mountain of vampire corpses. As dawn peeked over the horizon, their bodies turned to ash, carried away by the wind.
The howls of wolves echoed through the air, announcing our victory. Yet, despite our triumph, I was still unsettled by the fact that some vampires had escaped, including Virgil. It wasn’t impossible they’d return one day to seek revenge for their crushing defeat.
“Alvise sent word that the twins are fine, but they keep asking for their mother,” Castor said beside me as Pollux and I supported him down the cliff.
“They didn’t ask about their father. I’m offended,” Pollux clicked his tongue and glanced at me.
“Why are you looking at me? You two weren’t around when they were born and raised, so don’t complain,” I retorted.
“Make sure they’re close to and respectful of their father, Luna Godiva. That’s your duty once we’re back in Burze. They, especially Apollo, must learn to become a leader.”
Even while injured, Castor’s Alpha command was something I couldn’t refuse. I nodded in agreement, and the three of us returned to the cottage after an hour-long trek on foot.

After the battle in Trionia, Castor rested to recover from his injuries. Pollux took over all Moonstone affairs, while I focused on the twins.
They weren’t particularly close to their father yet. Explaining our bond as mates, along with the fact that they were special, was a challenge on its own. Care, curious about his identity as an Alpha heir, seemed far more eager than Mia.
Care and Mia each had their own way of processing their identities. At a young age, I had to strike a balance. They were beginning to learn not to stand out too much among their human friends.
One afternoon, while picking them up from school, I discovered Mia’s bag had been torn. When I asked what had happened, Care, with an innocent expression, explained how his mere presence had scared off the bully.
“I didn’t do anything to him, Mom. I just glared at Sebastian, and he ran off screaming. Though I did notice his pants were wet,” Care recounted smoothly, a small smirk on his face confirming he had started to show his natural dominance.
“It’s true, Mom. Care protected me, but now he’s asking for M&Ms as payment-how greedy,” Mia added.
“I’m a wolf with a price, Mia. Admit it-you need me,” Care replied smugly.
Such exchanges had become routine between them. I could only shake my head, realizing they had both inherited traits from their fathers.
“They are Melucci Alpha heirs, and I plan to create even more Melucci heirs with you, my precious,” Castor whispered suddenly in my ear. I’d been so focused on the twins that I didn’t notice their fathers’ arrival.
In front of me, Pollux stepped forward, shielding the twins from view.
“Leave them to Trisha. Right now, it’s your turn to be taken care of, sweet pea,” Pollux quipped, his voice dripping with charm.
I knew exactly what they were planning the moment Castor had regained his strength. Surrendering to the flames of passion they ignited within me, I allowed myself to be theirs.
In every breath I took, I called their names. In my weakness, I found them, and in my strength, I stood beside them.
As the moonlight bathed my room, I lay down on the bed. Castor took the lead, his touch commanding and confident. His hands moved with purpose, stripping away my layers with a single, deft motion. His warm hands roamed over my skin, igniting a fire deep within.
“You know what to do, my precious…”
“I want you, Alpha Castor… inside me.”
My breath hitched as Castor filled me. His hands intertwined with mine, his touch firm yet tender, while his tongue played wildly with my breasts, alternating between them. My moans grew louder, only to be stifled by something hard and demanding pressing against my lips.
My mouth felt full as Pollux sought equal attention. As Pollux manhood moved in and out of my mouth, I was overwhelmed by the dual sensations-Castor’s relentless rhythm inside me and Pollux’s presence commanding my focus.
They alternated seamlessly, fulfilling my unspoken desires as I shifted positions to take control. When I felt the first rush of warmth deep inside me, Castor groaned loudly beneath me, his voice heavy with release.
Before I could fully process the moment, Pollux pulled me toward him, his hands gripping my hips as he took his turn. A cry of ecstasy escaped my lips as his fingers teased and explored, sending waves of pleasure that blurred the edges of reality.
“I’m ready to finish…” Pollux murmured, his voice thick with intensity.
I gave him a small, encouraging nod, and with one final thrust, he reached his peak, holding my sweat-drenched body close to his. Nestled between the two Melucci brothers, I felt their warmth envelop me as they each pressed a tender kiss to my forehead.
Catching my breath, I whispered, “I can’t imagine what my life would’ve been like if I hadn’t met you both.”
“We would’ve found you, Luna,” Castor replied with certainty, his voice soft yet resolute. “Your mother made sure of it.”
“I can’t imagine what my life would’ve been like if I hadn’t met you,” I said later, catching my breath as I lay between Castor and Pollux, their warmth enveloping me.
“We would’ve found you, Luna. Your mother ensured it,” Castor replied.
“I still don’t understand how the mate bond works. It’s not that I’m ungrateful-I’m just curious. I thought werewolves were just fictional monsters like in human movies. But they’re more…”
“More what? Don’t keep us in suspense!” Pollux teased, propping his head up on his hand to face me.
“More insane than I imagined,” I admitted with a laugh.
Together, we laughed at our pasts.
My life, once riddled with uncertainty, had changed drastically because of delivering a pizza and a power outage. Learning that it was all orchestrated by Castor, I came to believe that fate could indeed be altered.
As my mother once said, destiny is a puzzle, and I’ve solved it.
I am Godiva, Luna of the Moonstone pack and a descendant of the Moon Goddess, the resilient heart of the Twin Alphas.
