EVOLET
With Thelma gone, all the werewolves under her control were snapped back to their senses.
Cadell and I got back to the pack and found the Vampires and Werecats rounding them all in a big circle.
They were confused on what was happening. Even the Alphas who joined in this battle, had seen their own men transform into things beyond their wildest dream, and ran into hiding to protect themselves.
They were captured by Trent’s men while trying to flee away.
They were the only ones who were held down like prisoners, except for their armies.
“What’s going on here?!”
“Where’s the Queen?!” They roared out, still puzzled by all these drama unfolding before them.
The only one who was acting stubborn was Allen. That jackass thought he was powerful enough to take anyone out, since he’s the Alpha. But Trent was the one who brought him down to his knees like the loser he was.
“I will kill all of you!” He threatened both Vampires and Werecats, mostly directing his words at Scarlet and Trent.
“I am the Alpha of Wolf Fall! Son of the greatest Queen who defeated your kinds many years ago!” He bragged.
But his pride went flat when he saw the people of Wolf Fall standing boldly behind someone else’s back, instead of his mother.
“Evolet?” He called, puzzled by my presence.
“That’s Luna Evolet to you!” Scarlet corrected, smacking Allen right at the back of his head.
He was stunned by this and couldn’t get what was happening.
Thanks to the elders who were present, the Alphas, as well as Allen, learnt the truth behind Chriselda and Thelma’s deceit and crime.
That weakened the heart of the Alphas, who fell down before me, the true Queen, seeking for mercy.
“We didn’t know. We thought she saved us all from the war.”
“Chriselda said she tried to save you, but we never knew she and the sorceress were… Forgive us Luna.”
They pleaded with all of their hearts, keeping their heads down.
“That’s okay. You were all victims. I can’t punish you for their own deeds. Please, you may rise,” I said to them, signaling the Werecats holding the Alphas down to let them go.
They obeyed and allowed them to rise. Only Allen remained on his knees, still shocked by the news of his mother’s passing.
“She’s gone?” He asked, lifting his head to look at me.
I didn’t reply his question, but stared at him.
“So, that video was true.” He chuckled, swaying his head. “I knew she committed that crime. It was clear in her eyes. That woman! Goddess, this is really amusing.” He laughed again.
“Aren’t you sad that your mother is gone?” I questioned Allen, levitating my brow at him.
He smirked out and responded, “Why should I? The true enemy is gone, so why will I be sad about that?” He chortled.
I hummed, understanding the kind of son Christy gave birth to.
Like mother, like son.
“This is a big sign, Evolet. The Goddess had to look for a bigger way to tell us both that we were meant for each other.”
“Is he serious right now?!” Derby groaned at Allen’s words in irritation. “He’s still living in that fantasy of making you his mate!”
“At least he’s openly admitting to everyone that he never had an interest in the hunt,” I said, staring at Allen.
He smiled and nodded, backing up my statement. “I never wanted that time wasting hunt. It was that evil mother of mine who was so engrossed in it. She’s the reason why I couldn’t be with the woman I truly loved, and that’s…” He paused, directing his eyes to my right hand side.
Allen’s mood changed into bitterness when he saw Cadell standing next to me, taking hold of my hand tight.
That was enough to tell him that his desire will never come to pass, no matter what he says or does.
He lifted his eyes to stare at my true mate, glaring at him with deep hate.
“It’s you, that… that Rogue!”
“And you’re that disgusting pervert who has been hitting on my Evolet non stop. You were lucky that day when we fought, Boy. Your mother would have mourned you before she met her own end,”Cadell said, mocking Allen.
Allen groaned and made an attempt to charge at Cadell, but he was tossed down by Trent, who dared him to make another move and see what happens.
“He’s not wrong, and you know that. You had to scram away when you got a taste of his fist,” Trent said, keeping his feet on Allen’s back.
“Get off me!” He sparked, trying to push Kitty off. But when he saw me coming close, he stopped and patiently waited for me to get closer to him.
When I knelt before Allen, he immediately placed his hand on my lap and began to caress me there, saying, “Evolet, I mean it when I say I love you. You have always been the one for me. If… if I had a diamond ring now, I’d place it around your finger to show you.”
“Diamond ring huh?” I asked, tilting my head to the side.
He nodded, repeating that same stupid line he used for every damsel he tricked into falling for his nonsense.
“We belong together, Evolet.”
“Hmm,” I hummed with a smile, caressing his face. “We belong together.”
“Yes, that’s right, Eve.”
“Always with that annoying line. The same rhymes you sang to those poor girls just to get in between their legs,” I chuckled, running my fingers to his head.
Allen swayed his head and claimed the damsels were the ones who seduced him. “I swear to the heavens, Eve. They are the ones who came to me!”
“ENOUGH!” I roared, grabbing him by the throat.
When Allen saw my eyes, his entire body shivered. He became terrified instantly.
“They came to you? What about the night you snuck into Derby’s room?! Was that Derby sneaking to you on her own terms?! You disgust me!”
“Evolet, she was… the one who tried to seduce me into…”
“One more lies from your mouth and I’ll send you to the after life to be with your mother!”
Allen went shut, trembling at my mercy.
“But I won’t do that. That’s because I have a much better plan for you, Allen. The maidens have all agreed with me on this, and that will be your punishment.”
“What… what punishment?” His eyes came wide, as he tried to know what awaits him.
He looked to the side and saw all the damsels watching with satisfaction in their gazes.
That increased Allen’s fear.
“No, I won’t allow you to punish me!” Allen shouted, pulling his neck out of my hold, but he couldn’t get Trent off.
The Alpha Cat forced him down to the ground, leaving Allen helpless.
“Evolet, don’t!”
“Don’t waste my time, Allen. Someone is waiting for you,” I said, placing my hand on his forehead.
It didn’t take long for Allen to scream out in pains, falling to the ground unconsciously.
When this was done, Trent ordered a Werecat to take Allen away to the house we prepared for him and his beloved Fiona.
The punishment is clear. Allen, Fiona, and her mother, will be wolfless from now on.
Since he prefers a woman who meets his standard, he’ll spend his entire life with Fiona, as her husband in this pack.
It’s what she wanted after all, except that her husband won’t be able to make her the Luna of Wolf Fall anymore.
They can’t try any tricks on me, otherwise, they’ll have to face my wrath. And I’m pretty sure they won’t make that mistake.
Fiona’s mother won’t be allowed to see her daughter no matter the tactics she makes to do it. If she does, she’ll face the music too.
I brought this to the damsels and they agreed to it excitedly.
Let’s say they can’t wait to watch how those two will live their lives as a couple without getting on each other’s neck.
Once this was done, every creatures present cheered out my name, saying, “LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!”
Indeed… Long live the Queen.
I wouldn’t be here today if the Goddess didn’t lead all these wonderful people my way.
Derby, Trent, Scarlet, Mom… And most especially Cadell.
They contributed greatly to my victory.
My true family.
.
Two weeks went by swiftly with the Werewolves, Werecats, and Vampires living in harmony.
Scarlet, Cadell, and Trent, soon followed me to other kingdoms, like the dragons, werebears and so on, to see their rulers and bring us all together like old times.
When they saw our unity and learnt who I was, they were filled with joy which bloomed my heart deeply.
We succeeded in getting them on our side.
The unity was back.
The fourth week became a roller-coaster ride of joy and comedy.
Trent and Derby were finally carrying out their vows as mates, filling the Werecat pack with great celebration for their Alpha.
It was a thing of Joy when I saw how Derby kissed Trent happily. My bestie is now a Luna!
Cadell had to add his spice by taking a funny image of Trent when he sneezed. He promised to frame this and send to Trent as a gift one day.
What did Kitty do?
“Oh, you will get yours soon, old man!” He threatened.
As for Allen and Fiona, those two were battling to cope with each other in their homes.
Cadell had shown us all a video he took of Fiona and Allen at night, during a family gathering at the mansion.
Fiona had prepared something tasteless for Allen to eat, and when he rejected it, she charged at him like a beast, ordering him to finish it.
“YOU WILL EAT MY FOOD!”Fiona yelled, grabbing Allen’s neck.
“SCREW YOU!” Allen shouted, finding it hard to get her off.
“Entertaining indeed,” Trent laughed.
“Put it on the screen! We need to see this boldly,” Mom suggested, getting Scarlet and Derby to sing along with her.
Funny enough, Cadell had already done that before he gathered us all. “Enjoy yourself,” He grinned, turning on the TV.
“YES!!” We all cheered, hailing the big dog.
I laughed at Cadell, who had his arms in the air with pride, acting funny.
My crazy mate is now at peace.
He no longer needs to hide in the shadows like an outcast, just to keep his identity hidden. He can now move freely, knowing that the life he had wanted is finally his.
I’m sure he’s excited for our special day that’s coming in a few days.
A day of intense joy for every creatures and the people of Wolf Fall.
That’s mine and Cadell’s mate bonding ceremony, and also our coronation into power as Luna and Alpha of Wolf Fall.
We all came together to make this event possible. And when the moment was here, I felt like a real Queen while walking down the aisle with Mom by my side, staring at my Cadell who was waiting for me.
He held my hands and looked into my eyes deeply, as we shared our vows before all the creatures present.
Once the vows were made, the elders announced in a chorus, “By the power from the Goddess above, we now pronounce you Alpha Cadell and Luna Evolet, rulers of Wolf Fall pack.”
Everyone cheered and clapped loudly, celebrating this beautiful moment with us.
The moment we have been looking forward to has finally come. The day the light bonds with the darkness to become one.
At last.
During the party, Cadell, who was sitting on the throne next to me, felt uncomfortable in his high seat.
He has been changing position and almost had his legs resting on the arm of the throne just to find that relaxing spot he’s looking for.
When I saw this, I had to stop him with laughter in my mouth, telling him to look right at Trent and see what Kitty was doing.
“He’s recording everything down. One funny move from you and he’ll use it to make fun of you as long as he wants,” I giggled, looking right at Trent.
He had his phone set up, with his cunning eyes fixed right at Cadell.
When Cadell saw this, he groaned. “He will eat the dust if he takes any silly video of me.”
“I don’t care, Alpha. Give in to temptation and let me work my magic,” Trent said out loudly, showing no fear.
That left Cadell with a squeezed face. He wants to get his hands on Trent.
I laughed and told him to endure until all these was over. But someone had a different plan in mind.
“Wait, if I’m the Alpha, that means I can do whatever I want to do, right?” He asked, smirking cunningly at me.
Suspicious of his behavior, I asked, “What are you planning, Cadell?”
He didn’t answer me but did the unexpected.
In a swift, Cadell took me away from the party and straight to my old home.
I couldn’t recognize my room when he brought me there. It was decorated… beautifully.
“Cadell, you’ve… you’ve been really busy,” I said, drawing closer to the bed which was covered with rose flowers in the shape of a heart.
Someone has been planning our bonding night secretly.
“I thought we should have an alone time somewhere away from the mansion.” He drew close and held me from the waist, with his lips slowly connecting with mine.
I felt my body heating up at my naughty mate’s gesture. He’s one tempting beast I can never let out of my sight.
“So, your majesty… How about that gift you promised?” Cadell asked, winking at me.
I blushed at him, carefully pulling myself out of his hold to give him his gift.
With my hands gently running through my dress, I stripped myself out of my gown and stood before Cadell in a new and attractive lingerie.
When he saw it, his eyes lit up in delight, causing my heart to beat sweetly.
“Funny how you almost got me the same gift,” I smiled, reminding him of a funny moment that occurred last night.
I went to the store to get this lingerie to surprise him, only to be surprised by Cadell, who was holding the same attire at the other side, staring at me.
Instead of walking up to me, Cadell carefully dropped his own and left with a pervy grin on his face.
“That’s what I call one mind,” He joked, drawing near.
I did the same while staring deep into his eyes.
The way my heart raced before him, felt so sweet and undeniably good. I couldn’t hold myself back and gave in to my love for Cadell, making him sweep me off my feet and right into bed.
Just as this interesting moment was taking place, Derby began calling my phone.
I had no choice but to answer her.
“Yep?”
“Where are you?”
“Um… I don’t know?” I responded according to Cadell’s lip. He’s the one doing the talking here.
Before Derby could react to my answer, Trent took the phone from her and said, “Eve, I know Cadell is there. He won’t escape me tonight. I will find him!”
“Good luck with that, Kitty Cat. Daddy’s busy at the moment.” Cadell responded, taking the phone out of my hand.
“Wait what?!” Before Trent could utter any other word, my pervy wolf ended the call naughtily, dropping my phone aside.
He looked into my eyes and winked, planting laughter in my mouth.
“You are crazy.”
“Of course I am.” He smiled, locking his lips with mine, while his body filled my inside with intense pleasure.
I held him tight, happy to have my mate as my Alpha at last.
The enemies thought they could ruin my story for good, but they failed woefully.
Evolet proved them wrong, with the help of her trusted wolf.
Together… We won the battle.
THE END.
