Legardo is not the real Legardo? Leo is the real Legardo’s son? In other words, he is the real alpha of the white sted pack if it ever comes out that Legardo isn’t Legardo? Penny, the smooth faced innocent girl that had come with Arnold, was fake Legardo’s daughter, a spy?
Peter ran his palm over his face, feeling hot and bothered. He couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
Although he was relieved that Leo hadn’t betrayed them, the information that Fayot was dishing out was too deep to be taken lightly.
He could understand that the latter had thought that helping the false Legardo would help him get revenge on those that had killed his parents, yet this false Legardo, what was his true aim?
He could communicate with them through the mind link? Just who was he? Peter pondered, his mind racing through this questions which he was sure was running through the rest of the people’s minds, even as his eyes followed the direction of Fayot’s eyes-he too was curious on who could be mated to the spy.
His mouth dropped open when he saw Clem shift uncomfortably under Fayot’s sinister gaze. His beta’s son? Could this morning get anymore worse? And why hadn’t the boy say anything?
“No, it can’t be true.” Caden, Clem’s father, was heard, as he shook his head, not wanting to believe what was happening.
Caden was still trying to get over the fact that his daughter had been sidelined, although now he wasn’t as lvid as he had been previous nights ago. He couldn’t accept his son being mated to a spy. His shock mirrored that on the faces of everyone in the hall. Clem, for one, was stunned.
“You are lying, Fayot. I didn’t feel a thing.” Clem stated, refusing to slot in Penny’s beauty as one of the reasons for her being his mate.
After all he had crushed on Maya and Emma at one time, but they weren’t his mates. The fact is that he hadn’t felt the mate bond. So, that discounts it.
“Well, that is because of the panjyo potion. She had used it when she had entered the other pack. Though she is not aware of this particular consequence. I am sure that she would be tearing out Legardo’s ears by now. And to think that she is his favourite person.” Fayot commented, shaking his head.
Maya huffed. Seemed she was not the only one having some daddy issues. She was beginning to feel for the Penny. Was that even her real name?
She should ask Fayot this, but she kept quiet, deciding to ask him later. At least, her mate wasn’t a spy. That was established. She couldn’t help but wonder what Leo was going through now? Would this Legardo put him away in prison?
She sighed, taking her attention to Clem. The dude was pacing now, no longer sitting. She couldn’t help but wonder what could be going on in his mind.
Clem dumped himself on his seat when his mother touched him. It was enough of the dramatics-her touch seemed to say.
But Clem’s mind was in riots. Why would the goddess mate him with someone that was an enemy of the pack? What was she planning? For him to betray his people? He couldn’t do that!
“Well, this development can work in our favour.” Kane said, dragging the attention of the people to him. “Clem can convince hr to join us. I don’t think a girl would be pleased on being kept away from her mate.”
Blenda pondered the issue, and considering how she had met Dobah, she could say that Kane was right this time around. Perhaps, just perhaps, Penny could join forces with them, but how would they do this? How would they convince her?
“Well, I don’t know the odds of that. Diana-Penny isn’t her real name-is quite close to her father. Very close. I think it’s because she is really his blood daughter. But I’m not sure from whom.” Fayot stated, feeling his chest begin to constrict.
Was Legardo already here to take his life? Well, he has to talk faster now, before going home to be with his parents. Finally. He had missed them so much.
“Also, Legardo isn’t a mere werewolf. He has strange powers, powers that are quite weird, and he is a lycan.” He managed to voice out, feeling his line of sight darken before he fell to the ground.
Immediately, Aiden rushed to him, aware that the boy’s last statement had shocked the pack again.
A lycan? Interesting. The story gets more fascinating day by day. Now, he wished that he had asked the Legardo to take off his mask when the man had come visiting his prince. He had discounted that noton then, because he had thought it unnecessary.
Oh how foolish he had been. If he had pushed forward with the suggestion, perhaps he would have known who Legardo was really. But now, that would be another conquest on its own. Hopefully, the dude will visit them again when he was around.
Wait! Has he visited? A lot of things to do this period. Aiden thought. They had to see the prince.

“Dad!” Diana(Penny) shouted as she strolled into Legardo’s personal room, not bothering to knock. She was of course the only person that could do this without risking a bout of knock out wind from her father.
Legardo stirred lazily from his comfort chair, not ready for this topic, even though he was aware of the reason why his daughter was like this. But he didn’t welcome this distraction, he was about to do away with Fayot.
The idiot had thought it wise to sell him out. He would show him. He would let him experience a slow and torturous death. Fayot hadn’t been aware, but he hd installed a magic spy bug inside him after they had met, and so when Leonarya’s demons had been destroyed, he had activated the bug to work.
Therefore he had heard and seen the whole happening in the pack, and he must admit he was intrigued, especially with the presence of the ancients who were supposed to be on his side.
