“I just have to thank him.” Ulric’s thin lips twitched. “Don’t worry. I just want to express my gratitude in person.”

In the private room of the restaurant, with Ulric and Rosalind outside, only Johnny, Tilda, and the two children remained.
Tilda pulled out chairs for Floyd and Jake, then sat in the middle.
