“Just do a TCD foaming test. Based on your description, there’s no need for a comprehensive brain vascular examination. It would be a waste of money,” Taylor suggested based on his judgment.
“Alright, thank you, doctor.”
“You’re welcome,” Taylor replied with a gentle smile. “Feel free to ask me if you need anything. I’ll go check on the patient who just came out of surgery.”
“Okay, thank you. Don’t let me keep you.”
Taylor nodded and turned to leave.
Recently, he had several surgeries every day, all of which he performed himself, and they were all very successful. He often wore a 30-pound lead apron and stayed busy in the operating room all day, sometimes even missing meals. After work, he often felt exhausted and just wanted to lie down, but he never complained. Instead, he had grown to love this life-saving job.

A month later.
Claire, in the late stages of pregnancy, was feeling somewhat uncomfortable and had difficulty moving around. So Rowan arranged for her to stay in the hospital, ready for delivery at any time. She wasn’t idle; she brought her computer along. When she felt comfortable, she continued writing chapters for her new book. Mr. Marsh had already bought the film rights after seeing the story outline and character settings. Once her work was complete, a screenwriter would adapt it into a script. After Summer gave birth, Spencer and Summer would star in it as per their signed contracts.
With Claire’s writing and Marsh Group’s investment in the series, along with the same lead actors from their previous hit, it was bound to be another blockbuster due to their large fan base.
Rowan also had surgeries to perform recently. People with difficult cases often sought him out specifically. So he was very busy too; everyone knows that doctors have highly unpredictable working hours.
Fortunately, Claire loved him dearly and understood his situation without ever complaining. He arranged for a servant to accompany and care for Claire at all times. Whenever he had time, he would visit her, bring her food, or chat with her for a while.
