CHAPTER 63

DIEGO
“Thank you so much, Alpha. This is really great.”
“You’re welcome,” I responded to my new chubby partner, who shook my hand not quite gently.
He was so thrilled with the fact that we’re now partners after all the past rejections I’ve been giving to his company so far.
He doesn’t know that he struck this luck since I used him in getting Damian’s attention. Let’s say it’s his reward for meddling at the right time.
“I’ll take my leave now,” My new partner said, rising to his feet.
I didn’t even bother to do the same. I just sat there comfortably on my seat, watching him distance himself from my table.
As he was about to exit my office, Chubby took a brief pause and asked, turning over to face me, ” So, what about that girl from that night, Alpha? You never told me if she was your…”
“My what?” I questioned, cutting him halfway.
From the way I glared at him, he quickly grabbed the message behind my gaze and swallowed that curiosity back.
“Nothing, Alpha..”
“Alright then, Goodbye,” I responded coldly, leaning against my seat.
He stepped out and shut the door from behind, giving me the space I needed at last.
“I hate that guy. He better play his role well in this deal or else I won’t spare him for the stress,” I grumbled, tossing the agreement document aside.
That’s when the door came open and Anna came poking her head in to see if my visitor was gone.
“Can I come in, Alpha Lord?” She asked sweetly, smiling.
I chuckled and permitted her to do whatever she wants. “You’re no stranger to me,” I said, beaming at her.
Anna came in and said, admiring the interior of my office, ” I’m impressed, Alpha. I did a little touring around the place and I must confess, sir…”
She came up to my desk and sat on it, flaunting her body before me with a cunning smile on that pretty face of hers.
“You are one hardworking boss,” She commented, running her hand on me.
“I’m really amazed by your success. Honestly, I don’t even know the right words to use and describe how I feel at the moment.”
“Proud? Aroused? Steamed?” I winked, leaning closer while taking hold of her hand, and kissing it.
Anna blushed and said,” I guess you found the words.” She giggled.
I’m glad she decided to come along. She solved one problem I always avoid whenever I visit the office. And that’s boredom.
When Anna discovered I was visiting the company, she didn’t hesitate to get herself ready and wait right outside the mansion near the car.
I was amused. It pleased me deeply.
“I’ve heard Mafias get themselves involved in dangerous works, but I’ve not seen you carrying out any of that before. Aside from your hunt on bad guys, you’ve never one day showed that sign of selling something illegal like drugs.”
She held my tie and stared into my eyes. “Could it be that you’re a saintly Mafia who deals with Legal businesses only? ” She asked curiously, wrapping my tie around her finger.
I smirked at her question and replied, placing my hand on her lap to feel her smooth skin, “I deal with both. Be it Illegal or Legal, I work on both sides.”
“Oh, so your finance company is the legal part and the illegal one is…” She dragged, waiting for my answer.
Instead of telling, I decided to show her.
“Come with me,” I said, rising to my feet and leading Anna into the room next to the bathroom.
“This is a closet,” Anna pointed when we got into the tight space.
She turned over to face me with a frown and asked, “I hope this isn’t one of your naughty tricks?”
“It’s neither a trick nor a closet,” I replied, stretching my hand to the wall and pushing something in the dark.
That’s when the tight room shook, causing Anna to tremble. She held me close, feeling the closet taking us down. That’s when she realized that this was a secret elevator and not what she thought it was.
“No way!” She exclaimed, looking at me. “A hidden lift? Oh my Goodness!”
Her reaction got me chuckling.
She still held on until the lift came to a stop. When we came out, Anna was amazed to find a different work ground under my company.
“This is where I handle my other business,” I shared with, taking her out of the lift.
She was astonished.
Unlike most of the Mafias that sell drugs and guns, I handle anything tech, chips, expensive and illegal car parts. I don’t really dig into drug trafficking businesses. It only creates mad wolves, and I don’t want such in my circle.
Anna drew deeper into the underground hideout, admiring the works being carried out by my staffs.
The smile on her face showed it all. Looks like she’s impressed again.
When she came to a table, she stopped and asked, “Wait, this black round object as well?” She picked one and showed me.
On seeing this, I couldn’t reply her question but slide my hand to my neck, waiting for her outburst.
“Anytime now,” I muttered, dropping my eyes on Anna’s face. She became suspicious after seeing this familiar item.
She squinted her eyes at me and asked the fellow working on the object in her hold, ” Please, what is this piece?”
“That’s a chip,” He replied, glancing at me confusingly.
“A chip? Waw!” Anna exclaimed with a big smile, facing me.
“Diego… Does this object look familiar to you? ” She placed it right in my face, grinning from ear to ear. “This is the same black piece I showed you. The same one that fell out from my phone and you placed back. Do you remember?”
“Doesn’t ring a bell,” I lied with a smile, and that made Anna mad.
She dropped the chip on the latter’s table and stormed towards the lift.
I chuckled while following her from behind, telling her not to overreact. “It’s just an object.”
“What?” She turned around to face me, puffing out steam.
“That’s a chip, a freaking Chip! I can’t believe you placed that in my phone despite my refusal! You are… You… ARGH!” She sparked, hurrying off.
She’s angry and it only makes things more interesting.
I quickly held Anna’s hand and stopped her from leaving. She kept frowning, trying to pull away.
“Don’t get mad at me. You should be happy that your phone was chipped,” I said, cupping her face.
“Are you crazy?!” She grumbled and slapped my hands off, refusing to develop happiness over my action.
“You did this behind my back!”
“Yeah, because we were on each other’s neck then and I wasn’t sure of the kind of person living in my house,” I cleared, poking her on the chest.
Anna gasped when I did this. She wanted to do the same but I held her wrists, stopping her.
“Anna, relax,” I spoke softly, pulling her close. “That was then. Still, I feel no regret for placing a chip in your phone,” I admitted, wrapping my arms around her waist.
She was still upset, but I could tell she was slowly melting in my arms.
Trying not to look at my face, she asked, “And why?”
“That’s because the chip led me to Jay’s hideout, where I found you.”
And like a magic switch, Anna’s face went red. She finally looked into my eyes and blushed. “Oh, I… I see, ” She uttered, trying to hide her smile.
“I guess your action is justified then. But that doesn’t change the fact that you kept it away from me. I deserve an apology,” She grumbled once more, making her demand.
And who am I to ignore that request?
“Okay, I’m sorry. Very very…” I squeezed her tooshies, causing her to gasp out. “Very sorry,” I smiled, pressing her body against mine.
All these grumpiness from her was getting to me way too much. Now I wanted more action from Anna.
When she felt my grip, “No, you are not sorry. Let me go!” She pulled herself out of my arms, turning over to the lift and hitting the buttons.
While doing this, someone was touching herself secretly, turning her gaze at me.
Looks like I pulled the trigger on time.
The lift came open and Anna walked in, running her hand on her body while looking at me.
She leaned back with her head tilting to the side, and gave me a smile, biting down on her lower lip.
I don’t need anyone to tell me what that language means. It’s Anna’s way of saying she wants me now.
Before the door would close, I immediately got into the lift and had Anna pressed back, with my lips connecting with hers.
“You’re enjoying this, you bad wolf,” She said, holding me close.
I knew my naughty girl couldn’t stay mad at her Alpha for long.
.
Later at my office, I received a call from the front desk that my main visitor was finally in.
“Let him in,” I ordered, keeping the phone aside.
“Who’s that?” Anna asked, caressing my chest. She was sitting on my lap when I made the call.
I looked at her and replied, “Crazy Alpha of course.”
“Crazy Al… Damian?” Her eyes came wide in surprise.
I smirked at her and told her about his interest in signing a partnership deal with my company.
This sounded amazing to her.
“I thought it was the huge guest from earlier? I didn’t know Damian made that step. Waw, you really got to him.”
“I know right? Wolf Blood’s Alpha is partnering with the same man others viewed as dangerous. This will be fun.” I leaned back proudly, waiting for him to show up.
When a knock came on my door, I permitted loudly, “Come in.”
A man in suit, who turned out to be the Alpha’s guard, opened up the door with Damian poking himself inside. When he lifted his head to look at me, he froze on seeing Anna sitting on my lap.
“Alpha Damian, welcome!” I greeted, placing my hand on Anna’s waist. “I’m glad you could make it.”
“Nice to see you again, Alpha Diego. How are you, Anna?” He greeted, dropping his eyes on her while taking his seat.
Anna hummed and leaned down to rest on me, responding softly, ” Fine.”
Her sudden sassiness didn’t sit well with our guest. He couldn’t stop watching how sexual Anna acted with me.
“Diego, I’ll be with Arnold if you need me,” Anna said, rising to her feet.
“Okay,” I accepted, receiving a kiss on the lips from her.
She drew her face off mine and winked, being all foxy and cunning.
I smirked, watching her leave the office for Damian and I to be alone.
Once she was gone, Damian got himself in shape. He cleared his throat and said, taking two documents from his guard’s hold, and handing it before me, “My papers are ready. Let’s get this deal signed once and for all. Right Alpha? ”
He flashed a smile.
I felt like scoffing at hus swift move. Still, I returned the gesture. “Right. Let’s get this done once and for all.” I also pulled out mine and placed the documents on the desk before Damian.
“You can read what is written inside. That should be enough to show you how genuine I am when it comes to business,” I said, taking hold of his papers to read as well.
Damian chuckled. ” There’s no need for that. I’m sure we’re doing the right thing here,” He said, pulling out a pen.
“I love your reasoning, Alpha,” I praised, taking out my pen to sign on the documents.
We both signed and shook hands to seal our partnership.
“Thank you for accepting me, Alpha Diego. This means a lot to my company.”
“No, I should be thanking you for believing in me, Alpha,” I said, simpering.
The deal has been made. Let’s see how things goes, Damian.
